First time ordering from here today. Will never do it again. They messed up my order twice. When I called they transferred me to another person who was rude, hoping it was not the manager. I will take my business elsewhere where they may actually care about the customers.

The pizza place is fine. But the Unilocal order system didn’t work. Charged me. But no order when we went to pick up.

When I lived in North Carolina Dominos was my late night pizza delivery go to. I’ve lived in Moorpark for a little over a year now and only recently got my boyfriend stoked on their corporate pizza. I’m a general manager at a restaurant in Westlake Village and work a lot of late nights, so again, Dominos became a regular occurrence in our home. About a month ago we had to cancel an order, the online order status had the delivery taking over 45min after the driver had left the store. My boyfriend was upset, when he called to cancel the store manager told him the driver had gotten lost while trying to locate another delivery destination. No big deal, I work in food and beverage, I get it. Sh*t happens. I still dig Dominos. Last night, 5/29, we place an online order for their $ 5.99 each, two pizzas; thin crust half mushrooms, black olives all over, regular crust black olives and mushrooms, one garlic butter and two marinara(it’s ok pizza, but still needs loads of sauce to be consumed). Firstly, we’re vegetarian. Secondly, truth be told, we had a couple drinks when we placed our order late last night. When the pizza finally arrived we both realized it was incredibly late and we needed to get bed, I had to be to work early in the morning. Tonight when I got home from work I decided to pop a couple pieces of the thin crust pizza into the toaster over. I sat down on the couch with a plate of reheated pizza, ate one slice, started in on the second slice and became overwhelmed by a strange taste and texture, I spit out a piece of chicken. I inspected the rest of the thin crust and noticed a sparse scattering of chicken bits. Again, I work in food and beverage, I get it. Sh*t happens. I threw two slices of the regular crust pizza in the toaster over. I pulled the slices out to inspect how they’re coming along and I see more chicken bits. Awesome. Ok, sh*t happens. Called to let them know, Tony answers, when I start to explain what had happened I get a very exasperated and obviously annoyed(in the stereotypical SoCal accent), «Ooookaaaay.» He spouts off my order from last night. Why does he have this memorized and why do I have the feeling he knew there was chicken on the pizza? I’m put on hold and the store manager picks up the phone, clearly gives zero f*cks. «We can give you a free pizza, but you should’ve called last night.» Sorry, homie, but I wasn’t looking for chicken on my veggie only pizza. It was a couple pieces of chicken on two separate pizzas. Either someone tossed chicken on the pizzas mistakenly OR it was done on purpose. If it’s not one of those situations I’m think y’all are due for a health department inspection because cross contamination, just saying. And even after all of that I don’t hate on Dominos, Moorpark and Ventura county in general are full of terrible attitudes. I didn’t want anything for free. I don’t want my money back, just a simple acknowledgement of the screw up would’ve been rad. I’ll order from Dominos when I’m visiting North Carolina.

Delivered a cold and incorrect pizza tonight. Contacted the corporate office due to unprofessional franchise owner, he made a request I bring back the pizza to slap him in the face with it, so I’m waiting to hear back from Corp to see if that’s a suitable refund. May upgrade review to a five star if the okay is given. 1.0 — def be back.

Manager would not give a refund or re do my order when it was a mistake. I wanted boneless wings but got bones accidentally. I demanded a refund or to re make and refused. Eventually got refund but doesn’t make sense. Why not just re make to make the customer satisfied. Now they lost a customer for good and It doesn’t make sense. Manager seems to be a huge asshole. Wouldn’t even come talk to us instead made his employee go back and forth. Also seemed to make the employees feel hostile and embarrassed by his assholeness.

I am so sorry! This review was not intended for Domino’s! In fact, This Domino’s here in Moorpark is one of my favorite places for pizza. I’ve been ordering from them for many years and have never received anything other than great pizza and great service.

Food on point last night. I ordered it online before leaving work. Pizza was delicious. Wings were awesome. I really like dominos these days. They’ve really improved.

We order their Gluten-free delivered and have no complaints about the food. It’s pretty tasty. I just wish it was available in different sizes.

Everything on the menu here is BOMB.COM. Love their sandwiches! Pizzas rock! Pasta dishes that you would pay $ 20+ for in an Italian restaurant. Their $ 5.99 for a number of different item deals are my favorite.

Employees are incompetent. We went quite a few months back to pick up a pizza and when we got home it was all wrong. So I called and said I wanted to bring it back. My husband brought it in as I waited in the car with our sleeping baby. The employees gave my husband such a hard time, ended up calling me on the phone behind my husbands back and basically accusing him of lying and asking me if I knew my husband was trying to return the pizza instead of me. I told them yes I knew and that they needed to speak to my husband, who was standing at the counter waiting for them to do their jobs. They were extremely rude to him and all around incapable of having any sense of good customer service. Eventually we asked for our money back and said forget the pizza. It was a waste of time, patience and money. We have not returned since and never will.

Manager at this location is EXTREMELY rude! I needed help with something and he treated me like a complete idiot. I don’t understand what crawled up his a$$ but he sure isn’t a nice guy. I will never order from this location again. I’d rather drive to the next town and carry out than order from him for delivery.

2nd time going through these guys, 1st time pizza was delivered on time but was under cooked and soupy. 2nd time pizza took twice the time quoted for delivery, they said they were busy which happens but adjust your delivery time quote if so… when the pizza finally arrived it was room temperature and needed to be reheated in my oven. 2 for 2 on fail dominos moorpark… moving on

Good food! The people there are great and the food is awesome. They have 50% off deals right now which is cool if you’re into sales and specials. The delivery time is okay, which is expected when the store gets bombed with orders. The drivers are humble too. Awesome place.

We were at The Do It Center buying a couple of Halloween decorations when my son asked to order a pizza. My husband placed an order, we finished up our shopping and headed over to pick up the pizza. The store was fairly clean and the staff seemed friendly albeit overwhelmed by the store traffic. We waited a few minutes to be helped, grabbed our pizza and headed home. Once we got home, we opened the box and stared at it in awe. The pizza had barely any cheese/sauce and it was over cooked The kids tried to eat it anyway but couldn’t get past ½ slice. What a waste of money!

I love that domino’s recognizes the need for a gluten free pizza. The gluten free pizza is delicious and is more of a crunchy crust. My only complaint is that they only offer it in one size(small). The small is fine as long as there are only 2 people eating it. I also love their online ordering system. They make it easy and fast to customize the pizza just the way you want. The options are endless. I know this is not the store itself doing it but dominos marketing scheme is very impressive and effective other pizza places need to take notes. The store itself is right by my house and is easily accesible with ample amount of parking in front. The employees are all very young but are very professional and thorough. I was very surprised by their maturity and friendly smiles. I will definitely choose this pizza place over any pizza place for carry out.

This was a Papa John’s, but Domino’s took over a few months ago. Is it my responsibility to update all these places in town? I went there last week per my daughter’s request. I called ahead and carried out a large 2-item pizza for $ 8.99. It was decent, far better than the old Domino’s recipe. a solid 3 stars!
