I go here a lot.
Why? Because it’s Cicis and HELLO! MAC AND CHEESE PIZZA. If they didn’t have that, I wouldn’t be a frequent customer. The staff is offstandish. The buffet is always stale until you ask for some fresh pies. The cleanliness of this location… No. Run.
But like I said… Mac and cheese pizza for life.

Still the cheapest place around to get a basic salad.
On latest visit, though, no one busing tables and generally kind of dirty. Pineapple looks rotten. Last week there was no French dressing, but they got some this week.
Just one guy running the whole joint for Tuesday lunch, and barely keeping up.
They have taken the spinach pizza off the buffet; it had been my favorite. The new stuffed crust pizza is not my style.
CiCis in Statesville has closed, and I hope this one turns its act around or it will be next.
I hope I’m not asking too much for my $ 5.

Typical Cici’s. Pizza is pretty good thin crust and decent Salad Bar
A lot of people love Cici’s and I have over the years, eaten at several different one. Generally pretty much the same
This one would be good for families with young children. The pizzas are good but not great. Salad bar is mediocre.
Place is busy but at the same time, they appear to understaffed. I walked in and got my lunch and seated myself. There was a table across from me that had not been cleaned.
After I had a nice leasurely lunch and got up to leave, guess what? The table still had not been bussed.
Mediocre at best but with the coupons they put out, still a cheap lunch if you’re willing to put up with everything else.

The pizza buffet is good for children since they love pizza and they can eat different varieties for a low price. Kids under 4 are free, $ 3.99 for older kids and $ 5.99adults!
I wish they would of put out the pizzas faster since my kids were waiting for a while for the fresh pizzas to come out.
For its price I would bring my kids here again.

This has got to be the example of how not to run a restaurant management doesn’t have a clue dirty tables stacked with dishes and a half empty buffett line

Cheap? Yes. Fast? Yes. Disgustingly dirty floor? Hell yes. Its Sunday towards closing, there’s 8 patrons including my party of two, 4 employees and the dirtiest floor I’ve ever seen. Having worked in the food industry before, the slower it gets towards the end of the night, cleaning gets done so you can hustle out the door quick add possible. But the case here. There’s two folks hanging around the front like they are expecting a late night mass exodus to come thru the door. Meanwhile pizza is still being cooked, and there is about a half a pan of pasta, and closer to a full pizza, in bits in pieces strewn about as well. In their defense, the line remains spotless and at all times stocked, but that’s is saving grace. It was clutch, as I’m in town for a business trip for two weeks, but ill stick to the drive thru next time.

I don’t usually Unilocal chain restaurants but I was really impressed with this Cici’s. Nice and clean and the staff would holler out what pizzas were fresh up. I’ve been to other Cici’s and this one went above and beyond. The food is Cici’s food and I am not really rating the food but the way the place is ran is excellent. They make sure you have a wide selection of pizzas available. Love me some Mac and Cheese pizza!

Conveniently located across from Walmart — which for many is the Mecca of Race City. They often have a big crowd here. This is a great place to bring kids, and groups of families after sporting events. You walk in, pay, sit down and get whatever you want from the long buffet. As a buffet, the quality is average. Howver, they are all about great quality and eating at your own pace. I find their crusts thin, which I usually like. I also of course love their desert pizzas! Lastly, it’s also perfect for a group or couple where everyone has their own kind of favorite. Something for everyone, cheap.

What can I say for the price, kids everywhere enviroment it is great. I would like to see them get a new dough. There again it ‘s Buffet style,& just not real crazy about that. For the price& service 4stars, food2.

When Cici’s see’s me walk into their pad they breathe a sigh of relief. This is because the locust disguised as teenagers, race teams and big appetites have come in before me and cleared out the buffet with 47 plates.
So, how much can la flaca blanca (that is the skinny white girl) eat? Well, to be exact, 2 plates of those litte cinnamon buns with the drizzled icing. I like sticky buns.
Now, what about that little girl with me? 2 plates too. Pizza, pasta and sticky buns. And she was free.
How does this place make money? Well, on people like me. I don’t eat very much (except for those sticky buns). I make up for those locust that invade daily.
