It was my first time trying this plate out today, and let me say that I will be back! I got the ground chicken wrap(I think it’s chicken lule) and it was great! Super filling as well! However, it might have been better if there were onions and greens in it(because I’m Armenian), as oppose to the grilled veggies and tomatoes they had in it. Nonetheless, I’ll still be back! :) can’t wait to try out the rest of the menu!

Yum! The food is fresh and tasty. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. Justino was helpful and managed to check in on every table even when things got busy. We’ll definitely be back.

I was craving hummus and pita while at work and found that this place is 10 mins away from me. Ordered for pick-up around lunch time. Got the Daddy’s Famous Lule Bowl and a side of hummus and pita. When I got there, the cashier knew right away that I had a pick-up order so I was in and out of there quickly. He gave me extra bread too. Everything smelled amazing and it made my mouth water while driving back. The lule tasted like heaven; very tender and flavorful! The hummus was great too. There were more than enough food for me in that bowl. I was a little disappointed about the bread because I thought it was pita but it’s lavash. However, I enjoyed eating it with the hummus. Satisfied my craving! Loved the food! Will definitely be back!

Came here for lunch and ordered a mini lule wrap for $ 3. Such a good deal! It was so juicy and tender, full of flavor! Hit the spot. Will definitely return if I’m around the area.

Kebab Daddy is a nice little Mediterranean eatery in the Montrose area right next to The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. I came here with my boyfriend a few weeks ago for lunch. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of vegetarian options they have. The food is delicious and very well seasoned. The atmosphere is nice and I like that they play country music inside. My boyfriend ordered the Chicken Bowl and I ordered a Vegetarian Bowl. The house salsa is amazing. Smother it on your bowl and it taste like heaven.

This is how Mediterranean food should taste like. First time trying this place and already know I will be back soon. I tried their beef Looleh wrap. It was amazing. The special yogurt sauce that they use brings out all the flavors in the wrap and compliments it so well. Their French fries is super fresh and addictive!!! The person who took my order was the owner and he was a sweetheart!!! Definitely try this place out, you won’t be disappointed.

Mediterranean is probably in my top 5 favorite cuisines. I crave it a lot and will often default to it during those times when I’m not really in the mood for anything. We came in for a late dinner but still received excellent service. I found the price to be a little steep but the portions are relatively large so you could probably stretch it to two meals if you really wanted to. There are also a lot of vegetarian options so it’s a pretty friendly eatery. We decided to order two different plates to sample different stuff but you can also get wraps or bowls. A plate comes with basmati rice, house salad, one side, and lavash bread. We ordered Daddy’s Famous Lule(80% Certified Angus Beef mixed with 20% all-natural pork) and the Chicken Shish(All natural, hormone free chicken thigh). For our sides we chose hummus(garbanzo beans, tahini, olive oil, fresh garlic, and lemon) and the recommended Garlic Lebni Mix(highly strained yogurt(kefir cheese), mixed with fresh garlic and spices). Food didn’t take too long to come out which was nice but it didn’t really live up to our expectations. The rice was not seasoned enough so I ended up drowning it in salsa to give it some flavor. The chicken while cooked properly was also under seasoned so I was really needing to use the hummus to add some flavor to my meal. Their lule however was moist and delicious and was an excellent match to their lavash bread. I didn’t care too much for their garlic lebni. They claimed to have mixed a lot of garlic and spices into it, but it literally just tasted like really thick greek yogurt. Not a fan. I appreciate that the food for the most part did taste fresh. It was just missing the level of spice that I’m used to getting at Mediterranean restaurants. It was also a $ 1 or $ 2 more expensive than what I’m comfortable with paying for such a casual eatery. If you’re really in the mood and you’re near by, it might be worth a try but I wouldn’t drive out of my way to eat here. 3⁄5

Another on a long list of places I have been meaning to try, that I can now move to the wish I’d done that sooner column. The young lady at the counter was all smiles and a pleasure to interact with. I went with the paleo plate, to keep the carb count down, after all the Christmas feasting that’s been going on. The vegetable skewer was a tasty blend, done with a nice grill char, that was a fantastic compliment to the beef shish and chicken shish I chose as my meats selection. I enjoyed the chicken more, but the beef was also very good and had a nice medium finish that’s often hard to pull off effectively with smaller pieces skewered on a stick. The garlic sauce was a nice rich adder that held together nicely on all three selections. I can see why there are so many positive reviews — as I said in the opening — I wish I’d come here sooner!

Stopped by for a quick bite the other day for lunch. There was a sign out front that said they serve breakfast all day. However, their menu inside did not have breakfast listed anywhere. It felt like too much of a hassle to ask about Breakfast, so I just went with the tri-tip pita. The pita was quite good, but it was very small. I ate it in about 4 bites, and was still hungry. I will return again and try something new. They have happy hour specials during the week from 2 – 5, and you also can save 10% if you check in on Unilocal(during the weekdays). Overall, i was impressed with the food, but I should have done a better job ordering. I’m not sure why some of the other reviews complain about the service. The service was nothing special, but it was not bad, by any means.

We have moved to the area for a few months and were bummed we wouldn’t have a kabob place like the one that was close to us when we were in Glendale. Thanks to Unilocal I stumbled across Kabob daddy. They are located right in the heart of montrose next to coffee bean. The staff is very nice and welcoming. Not the usual for middle Eastern cafes/bakeries. The food is delicious! We have catered from them about 4 times by now and they always have great tasting kabobs, salads and sides. They are also very helpful to in helping you know how much to order. A few times we have gone in and said how many people we have and they will put some items together and it works out perfect! The restaurant is clean as well. We have not dined in but picked up and it always looks clean. Glad to have a new go to kabob restaurant near our new home !

Like Frank G.‘s review below, I agree the food here is tasty but the customer service is absolutely abysmal. So bad that I still get angry thinking about it months later. I saw a Kebab Daddy coupon in one of the local mailers for $ 5-$ 10 off, I forget exactly. So I put in an online order for pickup and I drive about 5 miles to the restaurant. At the register I suddenly realize I left the coupon at home. I explain it to cashier and she asks me to describe the coupon and which magazine I found it in. So I describe it in detail. After I’m done, she tells me she can’t give me the discount without the physical coupon present! Are you… kidding me??! After you ask me to DESCRIBE it to you? Mind you, it’s not like there was a bar code or anything special on the coupon itself. By this time she must have known I was a local in the area, based on the mailer I described. I was shocked they would treat anyone this way. At this point I could see my order was ready for pick up. And $ 5-$ 10 really wasn’t worth the hassle, but I am a man of principle! So I said in my final plea, «I guess I’ll have to go home and come back with the coupon?» Girl didn’t even blink an eye. So I drove all the way home and back, fuming the whole time. I storm back in and this guy who looked like he’s charge(manager? owner?) looked really embarrassed. He quietly look my coupon without even looking at it and handed me my food. Even great food doesn’t take taste good after that kind of experience. I will NOT be coming back.

Allow me to preface my one-star review with the caveat that the food is excellent. I’ve eaten a variety of meals here over the last few months and none of it has disappointed. No, my review pertains to the customer service/respect aspect of this restaurant, or, more precisely, the lack thereof. Last night was the Montrose Octoberfest, and the Kebob Daddy restaurant is located nearly smack dab in the middle of the festivities. As such, I’m sure they anticipated crowds of drunken baboons would eventually come pouring through the doorway in search of restroom facilities. I’m sorry to disappoint. You see, even though I was as sober as a judge, and had brought an additional seven people with me to the restaurant, and we had all just finished eating dinner, AND I had also eaten lunch there literally the same day, the Daddy and his cronies couldn’t be bothered to allow me to use their restroom. When I frequent an establishment multiple times INTHESAMEDAY I expect to be treated with dignity, respect, and appreciation as a customer, not like a degenerate strewing refuse across the establishment. Regrettably, I will be unable to frequent this establishment in the future. I would also advise prospective customers to be cognizant of the fact that their repeat business means nothing to management here.

Food is really good! The service has always been good and the staff is friendly. It is a cut above fast food, and my meal is alwsy fresh and delicious. If I have any reservations its only on the price. It is a tad pricey but again good quality and delicious!

i loved the service. the guy gave us a history of their business and it turns out they have been selling their meat to the kebab place i’ve been going to for years! I got the chicken lule and the beef lule, and both were absolutely delicious. the meal comes with a side, so i got the garlic dip and my friend got sweet potato fries. YOUMUSTTRYTHEGARLICDIP. it gives the meat a sense of coolness and keeps it moist as you bite into it along with the rice. their menu has a lot of variety. you can«wrap it, bowl it, or plate it.» and there is even breakfast which ive never really seen at a kebab place. definitely coming here again :)

I wasn’t super impressed with this place. Don’t get me wrong, I love me some Mediterranean yummies, but the price and some of the flavors just didn’t do it for me. I ordered the chicken breast plate. The chicken breast was absolutely delicious, very flavorful, because there is nothing worse than dry chicken! This was everything but that. The hummus just didn’t taste right, please keep the hidden ingredients out of the hummus! Also they have an eggplant salad mix, eggplant isn’t my favorite, so I can let that slide. If they ask if you want to upgrade from a regular salad to a greek salad for $ 1.50 more, don’t do it. It wasn’t anything special or worth the extra money. In other news, the employees that work here are all super super nice and very patient. Just because I didn’t exactly enjoy some of the flavors the first time, doesn’t mean I won’t like something else. I definitely see a gyro wrap in my future.
