Vinaccio Coffee

We’ve had good experience going through the drive thru but weren’t so impressed by actually going into the business. I will admit I’m surprised this place is still in business as it never seems busy. Also the other reviews suggest the ownership isn’t so great which is unfortunate as the coffee is good and I’d much rather support a shop like this than Starbucks.

This business needs to be put out of business ASAP. The owner fires girls for no reason and then refuses to pay them their last check. Very unprofessional and rude. The owner is not GOD and should not be playing with these girls lively hoods. If they work then they should be paid. YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO HOLD PAYCHECKS!!! I hope every person that has worked for you goes to L&I and turns the owner in. After hearing the complaints pour out of this place you can bet my money will be spent at another ethical business.

The owner of the coffee place is rude. He doesn’t care about his employees much less his customers. The employees never know if they will get there check on time or even the full check with his excuse «I’ll pay you the other half later».
It took him two months to bring a customer chai, she was a regular for years and came in everday asking for chai, making the baristas look bad.
He goes through employees like sand. He will fire anyone at the drop of a penny. After telling him multiple times that an employee wanted more hours he gave the new girl 5 of the best shift and the one that was there the longest 2 ½ of the worst, when she confronted him about it he fired her. Didn’t tell her just talked to his other employees behind her back to get her shifts covered then took her off the schedual. This employees was the one that went to the store for him because she was tired of him not picking up bananas for smoothies and she was tired of customers being mad at her because he is lazy.
The reason for the «Russian Roulette» barista is because nobody gets trained there. You show up and just start working. That place is a complete sh#! Show.
