The only reason I visit this starbucks is due to the drive thru… Which isn’t even worth it. They are always messing up the drinks I mean seriously I get iced coffee With soy and half the time it’s wrong! The staff seem miserable besides about 3 people, and it is the longest wait ever. Hope they improve this place soon.

Open late and is a drive thru. Otherwise, I avoid this one. It seems that there are two people with personality — one at the register and the other at the drive thru window. The rest are coffee robots who make drinks with the minimal effort, expression or enjoyment.
They get my drink correct about ½ the time — and yes, I do ask them to make it again — just to remind them that the same accuracy at the register is expected in the cup.

Horrible. We went through the drive thru and the gal had a very hard time with our order. Short caramel macchiato and venti quad shot americano, luke warm, black.
We ended up with the worst caramel macchiato of my life and a pipping hot americano. I know Starbucks will remake drinks, as things like this have happened before but we were already down the road and turning around wasn’t worth the hassle. Shoulda just gone to the boobie stand like the man suggested. Sigh.

This is the Starbucks I stop at on my way to work (commute down 522) and it is extremely slow (drive thru)! I don’t have time to sit in the drive thru for 10 mins+. Also the people who work there do not have very good customer service. Bc of this slow service I have started making my own coffees at home or stopping at other coffe stands. Occassionally I will stop, but I always dread it.

This is my least favorite Starbucks to visit and I visit a lot of Starbucks. They are always really slow and they could improve 10 fold on their customer service. It’s a good thing Jake from our Varsity Starbucks in Lynnwood is transferring out to this location. Maybe we will see some improvement!

This is the Starbucks I usually bring my six year old nephew to. They are always patient as he puts his order in and quite friendly. They have a drive through and my coffee has always been as expected. They have a number of comfortable chairs but sometimes it gets drafty.
