This place is truly like a hidden gem along main street in Moab. Was looking for a quick lunch to take back to the hotel after exploring Arches all day and this place certainly was above and beyond our expectations! The ladies here were so friendly and welcoming. My husband and I decided to split 2 different quesadillas(simply because we wanted to try as much as we could off of the menu!). The ladies also tempted us with their homemade chipotle sour cream and guacamole, which are a MUST! After exploring Moab, we headed to the Grand Canyon and Vegas. This place was hands down one of the best food places that we discovered on our long road trip!

Went here a couple weeks ago and was recommended by one of our tour guides. These quesadillas are amazing! They’re really sizable — we split 2 among 4 people as a snack and it totally hit the spot. I’d highly recommend the Fiery Fungus — super tasty, hearty and flavorful. We also tried the Enchanted Chicken, great too but the other one I liked better. They give you some delicious dipping sauces — you’ve got to try their chipotle sour cream(loved the subtle hint of smokiness flavor), Very nice people and quality food. Check their hours and time of year since they do close down for the winter season.

This is proof that food truck food does not have to be mundane and tasteless. The quesadillas are as unique as they are tasty. We ordered the fiery fungus and enchanted belle quesadillas and both were filling but not overly saturating. They came with chipotle sour cream and even though I’m lactose intolerant, that alone was worth it. Definitely stop by if you get a chance.

Driving thru Moab, stopped here on a whim. Quality food in an unusual spot. I really enjoyed all the New Mexican food and chili references. Our Quesadillas had great seasoning, flavor and heat. This will become a regular stop every trip I make up north. $ 20 for two quesadillas and Blue Sky sodas. Good value for the quality.

One of the few times I have not been let down at a food truck. The ladies were very sweet and friendly and the choices deliberately short. They do one thing very well and that is make quesadillas. No messing around with the jack of all trades nonsense. The ingredients were terrific and the guacamole was great since it did not have a bunch of junk or hunks of onion added. Wish they were mobile enough to make it to Seattle.
