Arby’s

I have had to change my review as I watch this place deteriorate. Today I ordered the Classic Roast Beef — as I have for years — but was asked if I want the Red Sauce. Huh — I wanted the Classic Roast Beef why are you asking (I guess the Red Sauce is part of it but for some reason they are trying to discourage us from ordering it to save money perhaps).
Next we tried to find a clean table — after passing by 8 of them that all had pieces of various food particles on them — I asked what day do they clean their tables — went over their heads. :) NOTE — it was 1:30 on Saturday and three employees were standing around chatting and having a good time — you might think they would clean up but you would apparently be wrong.
Finally one of them came out with a container of water and a sponge and proceeded to wash down the table we were waiting at including the seats and then he left. Now we have a clean but drenched table and chairs — not vindictive — I don’t think so.
I found out what might be the problem. In discussion with the manager on duty — she said she hates to personally complain and would rather just clean up the tables herself when she is in a situation like us. WOW — do you really think she is manager material with that attitude and better yet — telling the customer?
It ever gets better — both my wife and I tried calling the customer complaint number and were unable to get past the first few questions — automatic answering system — would not take the numerical input from us — and it hung up automatically. Wonder how long this Corporation will be around.

When all you want is a jamocha shake but Arby’s closes the shake machine down 2 hours before closing. Disappointed for sure. And this was the second Arby’s we went too

I like the food here if you want fast food once in awhile. They get a four star for carrying orange cream soda. I thought they were fast enough when I was in the drive through.

It’s Arby’s. Okay for a quick lunch
