A&W

Thought I would try a burger since it has been a while. Guy who took my order has no patience and was trying to hurry me along. Order complete and have to wait for my food. No big deal right? Patty is extremely thin and way over cooked. To top it off, they are out of root beer and the fries are over cooked and lack flavor. Not coming back to this location any time soon.

Suck ass – you come to the drive thru to get QUICK food right? No this was my 2^nd time coming here and again I had to wait like 5 extra minutes for my food! Like damn stop smoking so much weed fuckers, and do your lame ass $ 7 dollar an hour job RIGHT

Like I said, this is a combo restaurant, it has both a A&W and a KFC attached to eachother, and you can order from either one inside the restaurant, in regards the A&W part, I really think the root beer here taste a lot better then the stuff you can get in a can or bottle at the grocery store, if you haven’t tried it you should! The burgers are ok, not the best but not the worst wither, same deal with their fries.

I am even hard-​pressed to even give it a one star. My friend and I stopped by on our way home from the Seahawks game… Go Hawks!
We pulled up through the drive thru. Ordered our meal and got to the window and saw 2 – 3 cars waiting for their orders. Not a good sign. Pulled up to the window and the girl asked us to roll back a bit because it made their timer start. My understanding is that fast food restaurants measure their service by how long it takes for the cars to be served. So then she motioned us forward so we could pay. Then asked us to move forward to wait some more.
After waiting well over 5 minutes I went inside. Almost wished I hadn’t. There were only 2 others who had ordered. They were running out of food… but had already rung up orders. It was a nightmare. They cashier didn’t have a clue what he was doing. Then I finally got my order and had to go right back in because they didn’t give us our complete order. And only to be told we weren’t charged for them. Which I thought was strange because she read the order back to me and it was correct.
So she made the chicken Littles and charge me probably again because I didn’t have a receipt from the original purchase. I know… this is fast food. But a 10 minute detour was more like 35 minutes. By the time I got the food… mine was cold.
There us more and doesn’t include what was happening with other customers.
This will never be a «quick stop» again for us. And will warrant a call to manager or corporate.

I know, I can’t believe I’m reviewing a fast-​food place either, but our experience here was so atrocious that I can’t help but share.
We stopped here on our way down to Portland for a late-​night snack. I have an Entertainment book and we wanted to use one of the coupons, and this was the nearest place around. It’s a joint A&W/KFC joint (er, see what I did there? ahem) and we were just going to order off the A&W menu and use our coupon (oh my god, am I that person now?! I’m that person).
This place took the «fast» right out of «fast food». There seemed to be a total of four people running the place, and none of them moved with any sense of urgency. There was a group waiting to order when we got there, and another group waiting for their order to come up — and that’s all. Nearly empty. It was at least five minutes after we showed up that the first group got their order — and who knows how long they’d been waiting before that? It took another five minutes for the group ahead of us to place their order, and I heard the girl taking their order quote them 20 minutes for extra crispy chicken. Yikes! It was at least another five before we were able to order, and only then did the girl at the counter tell us that we couldn’t use our coupon because it was a joint «fast» food place, not a dedicated A&W. We turned and ran.
If I wanted to wait in line for twenty minutes for an order of fried chicken, I’d go to a sit-​down restaurant. I hope this places closes down.
