A very sad togo’s shop here in ranch drive! The store is dingy, everything looked stale and the viva veggie toasted wrap we got was very very mediocre. The guy who helped us was damn slow and couldnt follow what we said. I had to repeat no-hummus for like 5 times till he responded«ya ok». The counters also looked messy! Not coming here again!

Please leave your doors open until 8pm on Sunday. I was the second person ordering a sandwich from outside. I arrived 15 min before closing time. A third person showed up 5 min later. thank you

Management should update the hours online to reflect the fact that they close earlier then the time posted online or the door. Showed up at 7:30pm and doors were locked and lights were turned off even though time said they’re open until 8pm. By the way, Subway is open until 10pm.

Their sign says open from 10−8pm on Sundays. I arrived just before 7:40pm and the Open sign was shut off and doors were locked. I stood there for a few minutes going through Unilocal, and was about to write my review before one of workers came out. Instead of letting me inside he said he just mopped the floor and will take my order from there. I ordered the daily special and asked for Coke. I came home with Dr Pepper or something that tasted like mouthwash. He filled the cup not even ¾ of the way. I had a couple of sips and dumped the rest. I want my Coke!

I used to like going to Togo’s when i used to work at Jamba which used to be right next door. Last night(07÷28÷15) I went to Togos with my cousin and when we came in, there was one person working while the other one was sitting down talking to her boy toy. It was probably how many minutes before closing. Their started to be a line after me and while the girl actually working was helping with my order she asked the girl sitting down to help her and the girl sitting just ignored her. As my cousin and I were heading out, one of the customers asked the girl sitting down«aren’t u going to help her?» And I didn’t hear what she said but it looked like she was saying something back like arguing with the customer. I felt sorry for the girl helping me cuz she was going back and forth in making the sandwiches and going to the register while the other girl did nothing. I should of checked the lazy asses name cuz I think that girl should get fired. Should not put someone in charge who doesn’t do anything.

The slowest ass Togo’s I have ever been too!!! 5 in line, 3 employees and one worker decides to go spend 15 minutes in the freakin bathroom glad she aint making my salad!!! Update: 45 mins later I get the two salads I ordered, I looked the guy dead in the face and said«u got the scoop of tuna right?» he says yes… guess what??? I have to then wait another 10 minutes to have my order rung up, while waiting another customer comes back w/her sandwiches wanting her money back because her sandwiches did not have ANY veggies in them. This location gives the Togos chain a bad reputation!!!

Hella stingy!!! This is the only Togo’s that skimps on their salad! Most Togo’s, you can barely close the lid of the salad container because it’s overflowing. Note to self: anywhere but here!

I come to this location, since it’s the closest to my house. I like that you get a free drink, when you check-in. The staff normally makes my sandwiches properly and I will opt for a Togo’s Sammie when my tummy craves one. How can anyone not like the Hot Pastrami(#9)? The staff are friendly, but not the most attentive. All in all a solid meal.

I felt like a tuna sandwich so drove over to the nearby Togo’s. The traffic around this location is tricky but manageable. The line was almost out the door when I got there at 12:30 on a Friday afternoon but it took less than 5 minutes for me to get to the counter. Not bad for a line that long. The food was typical Togo’s. Fresh bread, fresh toppings. The tuna salad was ok. I love the pastrami at Togo’s but think I prefer the tuna salad at Subway.

I love coming here for quick meaty sandwiches. My favorite all time sandwich here is the pepper jack pastrami. They offer a lot of meat in their sandwiches compare to subways. I love to always come here and recommend people to order take out or get their food cater here.

I’ve been here several times and they consistently make mistakes on the sandwiches. Today I ordered a chicken salad sandwich on wheat. when the person asked if I wanted everything on it, I said no mayo, no mustard, no onions, no salt. But while i was saying that, the person wandered off to get the bread. Why bother asking if you’re not even going to listen? Then again, they asked, «all the produce?» I replied with«no onions.» But while i was saying that, the person decided to chat and joke with their fellow sandwich maker. Again, why ask if you’re not going to listen? Not surprisingly, my sandwich came with a lot of onions. i’ve given this location many chances. They all seem to ask but not listen. Instead, they’re too busy getting the ingredients or chatting with their co-workers. Why bother asking if you’re not going to listen? I thought maybe it was just an off day or maybe it’s just the person that’s making my sandwich. I gave them the benefit of the doubt on many occasions. But it’s apparent now that this place just isn’t good. So if you want your sandwich made randomly or with everything on it, perhaps this is an ok location to go to. But if you want your sandwich made the way you like, you may want to consider going somewhere else.

Maybe I shouldn’t write this while I’m heated but when my to go orders have been consistently screwed up that makes me angry especially when I’m hungry and I don’t have the time to go back and get them to correct my order. Last week I ordered an asian chicken salad. When I got back to work I found that it came with the wrong dressing. Caesar dressing. It totally ruined my meal but I realize people make mistakes. Life goes on. Today I order a BLT, and at the last minute I add avocado. Not that difficult right? Apparantly so. I got back to work and I find only bacon and avocado in my sandwich. Where is my L and T??? Another meal sadly ruined. I don’t understand! Do I really have to check my orders before I leave the location? I shouldn’t have to and I don’t have time for that!!! I also don’t want to spend another dime here. Excuse me while I get back to my bacon and avocado sandwich…

I love Togos! But many locations I have been to are not pleasant. I get it. It’s a sandwich place and there are tons of new places popping up now. But with my short encounter with an employee made me happy to have picked this place to stop and have lunch. She was super friendly and made fun conversation with me while working on my order. I appreciated it very much. I could tell the other employees didn’t like their job and would have been unpleasant to have ordered from. I love my number 2… with everything. Loved it when I was young and i still do!

I’ve worked very close to McCarthy Ranch going on 2 years and this is a consistently good Togo’s. Always fresh, great customer service and whenever you check in you get a free drink via Unilocal App!!! If you don’t believe me, well that’s on you! Don’t sleep.

Though the service here was really quite good, the food was not, sadly. After not really finding anything around the place I was working I decided that TOGO’S was definitely a step up from McDonalds or Taco Bell. I walked in and was greeted by at least three of the staff behind the counter, all with smiles, which made me feel welcome. I was helped in a timely manner and the woman making my sandwich made sure I was happy with everything the sandwich came with. I ordered the Roast Beef dip. Pretty simple, just sliced roast beef soaked in au jus, cheese, mayo, mustard and salt and pepper with horseradish on Parmesan bread. Pretty generic sandwich but usually a very tasty choice. The sandwich by itself was pretty good. I could taste every little bit, from the meat, to the cheese, even the Parmesan in the bread. Then I went and dipped the sandwich into the«au jus». I put it in quotes because sadly it tasted like beef ramen water. It didn’t taste like any au jus I’ve ever had, and honestly was just pretty disgusting. When I dipped my sandwich in, it literally wipe all the flavor clean from the bite. So sad that I couldn’t enjoy a proper dip sandwich. The inside is nice, neat and organized, except at the soda machine you can see straight into the stock room and where the soda storage is. It’s not a huge deal, just not a very pretty sight. This is my second time coming to a TOGO’S. Though this wasn’t the best meal I’ve ever eaten, I am still happy I didn’t settle for fast food.

I love Togos! I stopped touching subway after I got food poisoning from it a couple years ago. It’s hard to forget a day in urgent care. Anyway, I diverged… back to topic, this is my togo, Togo’s place for lunch. It’s the closest togos to my work and the staff are friendly. I only come on Wednesdays for their #16 Italian Daily Special. Sometimes I would call in to order so that I can skip the long lunch line at the door. It’s yummy, filling, relatively healthy and affordable. It’s a win win! ** One complaint is the increase in price for the daily special meals but that has nothing to do with this location, it’s a mass corporate move.

I love togos and frequent them all over… They lose points for the face that both my friends and my sandwhich was way smaller than it should of been. My go to sandwhich is the turkey and cheese which is always saturdays special. If you check in you get a free soda… So it ends up being $ 4! For a 6inch sandwich and soda.

I love Togos! But I must note that my experience at some other chains have been far more pleasant than the one at McCarthy Ranch. It’s usually a hit or miss. One time, I ordered the tuna sandwich and when I got home, my tuna had soaked into my bread rendering the entire sandwich soggy. I managed to save it by scooping out the tuna and toasting the bread, but that was just way too much effort when the whole point was a quick lunch. Another time I ordered a pastrami and got SOMUCHPASTRAMI that I was able to save it for another meal! See? Hit or miss. Either way, togos is togos. It’s still yummy, just make sure you keep an eye out on how they are arranging your sandwich so you don’t go home and find out your sandwich has been destroyed by a hurricane.

Nothing to complain about, nothing to rave about… agree with many reviewers that there are some staff that may not know how to fix the particular sandwich you want? o_O My colleague ordered a sandwich and salad combi for lunch and ended up only with the salad, so you know how he felt. limited veg options, but i like whatever I ate. Convenient location
