they changed chefs who just came from Chengdu. Added more items too. as someone from Sichuan, i enjoy the food a lot.
Cons: they don’t have a phone line, so you cannot call in for take out.
Pros: good food, because they dont’ take calls, they guarantee fast service for people who goes in!

This is one of my favorite noodle places, the Wuhan dry noodle is my favorite. The atmosphere is pretty casual. I hope they are still in business. It has a sign saying remodeling (but I really can’t tell) and has been closed for two weeks now.

Avoid! We arrived this plaza late at Saturday night and didn’t want get in line for those popular restaurant, so we tried this one. Their food pictures look really attractive but the food tells different story. We ordered six dishes and one soup. The chicken stew and the steam pork rib was terrible! Materials are not fresh. Taste bad and not much meat in there! We count about 5 pieces pork rib (they are not real ribs I will say, just bones with very thin layer of meat on top) in that dish and they charge 13 dollars for that! Why don’t they just go rob some hungry guy on the street? That’s how we felt then! We are originally from Sichuan and this is not Sichuan food! Don’t go there!

Some updates: my mom and I are both allergic to MSG and we told the waitress to avoid it before order, but guess what, we are now both feel stomach sick and bad headache! Gosh! Really hope I can suit them for this!

I thought this place was good, but I don’t anticipate that I’ll for sure come back to this place the next time I’m in the Milpitas area. While the menu is great with lots of Taiwanese and Chinese eats, I didn’t particularly find any of the dishes my family ordered really amazing or worth ordering again.

紅油炒手 (wonton in chilli oil sauce) is the BOMB!!! SOOOO good! Probably the best ones I ever tried! My favorite used to be from Din Tai Fung but this place takes the cake for this dish!
Came here after dinner with a friend with her recommendation to this dish. We were overstuffed from dinner but she still wanted to take this to go so I joined her. If I knew this tasted this good, I would have gotten 2 orders like her!

They had a lot of interesting dishes here but no rice. So I have no clue how you would eat the side stuff here. My boyfriend and I ordered soup. I was expecting very little from this place but this place was very clean and nice. Good for a fast dish or something simple. The service was helpful but everything for the soups look the same. I ordered the pork noodles which was kind of plain but the meat was so soft. I had to add chili oil to my soup to make it tasteful or good enough to eat. It was a little too oily though for my taste in my opinion. I would probably come here again because the price was very cheap, service was fast, place was not crowded at all, portions was also really big for the price. I will probably recommend this place if I want some soup.

They’ve only been open for about 3 months but are quickly becoming a local go to spot for traditional Chinese noodles. Its nothing fancy– just quick service and delish food. TRUST ME TRY THE POTSTICKERS.

First, the service was really impeccable, that’s for all the staff here. The owner was super helpful in terms of explaining what the dishes consisted of and answering any questions I had.
Second, the food selection was impressive, but I hope it doesn’t stop them from adding more dishes, considering the high expectations. Not easy to live up to the name 吃货。
Third: Food itself was good but could be even better. #9 could have some improvement. Not many people know that you’d have to get veggies from the veggie stand and put it in the bun. #13 辣肥肠was super flavorful and is my all time favorite!
As a 吃货，I will be back very soon to explore the rest of the menu.

Noodles are okay. The only Yunnan noodles shop in South Bay. Side dishes are bad. Ordered the «bang bang chicken» last time, didn’t really like it. I would still go there just for the yunan noodles. But for the food quality, this shop is on a pricier side.

Food is okay. Got the noodle to go and the noodles do stick together and kinda soggy. Soup is a lil blend. I got the snails and it was spicy and hot. I love it, but kinda salty.

Tried this newly open one days ago with my boyfriend. Just so-​so. We saw online recommendation and decided to have a try, but there’s not many choices of food, looks like a fast food place, not impressive food.
If you are looking for food in this plaza, I suggest you go a bit further, there is another plaza just nearby and lots of Chinese restaurants are there.

This noodle house decent. While the food won’t blow your mind, what I like is that it’s close to my office and I can get a sizable lunch at a low price and in a hurry. Picture a noodle house fast food, but the food is definitely better than the price suggests. Best of all, it’s very filling. I’ve been here a couple times now and they have always been generous with the protein! Beef noodle (#2) is my favorite. 3.5 stars for now (could get better in future). 2 for good tasting food, 1 more for low price, and half star for speedy service.
Update (05/​17/​2015): AMAZING potstickers! See picture! Also, they changed bowls to go green. Almost 4 stars now.

Me and my wife decided to stop by check it out they’re noodle soup is great, best pork sticky buns I’ve had in a long time. Good food, great prices. Can’t wait to try more items. Yummmmmy!!!

I had tried couple times in this brand new place, very impressive food. I highly recommend the beef dumplings, it’s unique and delicious, as shaped like a lotus. Also, the Sichuan style cold noodle is my favorite. If someone likes spice food, you should try it.

Worst noodle I ever ate… no kidding…
I ordered clear soup beef noodle, the soup has no taste but some weird salty flavor. Noodle was sticking together. On the top, they gave you a few pieces of beef offal-​like thing, not even edible.
I have never wrote a negative Unilocal review. But this time, it really hit my bottom line.
TOO BAD!

This is more of a fast food joint than a sitting down chinese restaurant.
If you look past the plastic bowls and don’t expect white table cloth, you will have some decent chinese food with reasonable price.

I usually don’t review restaurant has less than three stars. This is a new restaurant opened recently so I decided to give it a try. We ordered number 1 rib noodle and clear soup base beef noodle and one pork pot sticker. The noodle were bad! My beef noodle soup has no soup! The noodle is too soft as it soaked in soup for too long! It just taste horrible!
The food is loaded with MSGs!!!
Did I mention all food were in plastic containers? I guess they don’t have a dish washer! And it’s so not green!!!
Compare to the noodles the pot stickers were OK just OK.
For $ 7.95 I should just go home and cook my instant noodle! At least the Shin ramyun Korean instant noodle has no MSG. And it cost less than $ 1.
And one last thing, not sure if it’s just this restaurant or the whole plaza, there are tons of flying bugs!!! If you eat there be aware of the bugs as they may land in your food and water!
