Have only sat at the bar for apps and drinks. Service was quick– food delish– and bartender was very nice.

I do agree with certain other reviewers that Prezo has a bit of an identity crisis: it wasn’t long ago that sushi shared menu space with pizza, burgers, and Italian seafood stew. Focus has improved recently, but I’m not sure this spot will ever be more than a good local joint in too-fancy clothes.(And that fanciness itself lacks focus, as evinced by, say, the engraved wine glasses, wall art, bourgeois accessories.) What’s weird is that the Prezo powers-that-be don’t seem content with being a ‘good local joint’! The pizzas are great(although, once again, there are issues with ‘fancier’ specialty pies), the caesar salad is always fresh and perfectly dressed, the beer and wine selection good(if lacking – you guessed it – curation). Service is hit-or-miss, and generally best at the bar. I’d love to walk in Prezo one day and see a 15-item Italian menu done TODEATH. Why not embrace what you do best? I suppose that’s the owner’s business; in any event, stick with the basics here and you’ll be satisfied.

Paid 9.25 for martini plus with tip 11.00. Martinis, because shape of the glass, the volume is at the top. when served the martini’s, my wife had one also, the volume was at least ¼″ or maybe 3/8″ from the top. Couple sips and $ 22 later it was gone. Also it wasn’t that cold. Second time this happened while dining there so I guess that policy. If I do go again, I’ll order a beer.

They just changed the menu and I do not like the food choices as much. I used to get this amazing wrap for lunch that they took off the menu!:(let’s just say I no longer love this place for lunch and the reason why I changed my review… also prices seem to have gone up… service was still good though

They changed chefs people… That’s why their food went from 4 stars to 2 :( Got the chicken broccoli and ziti — super salty and the chicken was cooked to death. It was also missing the usual medley of garlic and red pepper flakes that impart a ton of flavor. We also ordered the pretzel chicken app that smelled very strongly of fish. Come to find out they only have one fryer now and change the oil out once a day, so everything co-mingles. That must be a health code violation too? It’s sad to see a staple like Prezzo take such a nosedive. The service was good, so that at least earned back one star.

I come here on company outings a few times. Never disappoints. I wish they would bring in some new menu items. That would be nice to see. They have to keep up with other places around.

I was there a couple nights age I love the service and the bolognese was amazing. That’s why I’m giving them a 5 star and I can’t remember the waitress but thank you

I like this place, and I have been several times. But it is a bit over priced. Brought an issue to our server and then the manager. It was pretty clear that they couldn’t care less. I may go back someday. There are a lot of places out there.

Came in the other night with my family for dinner. It was our first time, and you guys have a lot of good reviews so we thought this we be a nice place. I am in the business, so sometimes I can be tough critic, but I am always fair. Service was very underwhelming. Very little attention, I noticed most other tables got bread, we didn’t, whatever no big deal. We had the Arancini’s for an app, they were ok, but I don’t remember them having any filling(usually will have meat and some sort of veggies). I had the mac n cheese burger, not that good. Yes, it was messy, but thats ok. Mac n cheese was very sub par and the burger, wasn’t great quality. My fiancé had the lobster mac n cheese, which got most of its flavor from the lobster. She loved it. Refills on our drinks were nonexistent, which always brings down the experience. If I go back I would definitely try something else, but with all the good restaurants now a days I am sure it will be awhile before I visit again.

We love this place! Stop in here when we go to Wrentham outlets since it is on the way home. We have had burgers, salads, pasta and apps before. Everything has been really great. Seems pretty popular even when we are there at off times. They also seem to have a pretty decent bar selection as well. Tried some ciders and wines with no complaints. I leave stuffed and happy every visit!

Just went to PreZo for Easter brunch. We had a 10 am reservation. The doors didn’t open until 10 am, so my party and probably 30 more people were standing in the cold waiting for the doors to open. Once 10 am came the manager opened the door and let it slam in front of my mother in law. No welcome, just a cold greeting from a manager who was pissed he was working Easter. When we got in to the hostess stand the manager who was wearing a sky blue dress shirt sat our party and gave us the worst table in the restaurant. We asked to move to a warmer table and were told all tables were reserved. All he had to do was switch us with another 4-top table but he wasn’t being flexible. Our entire visit there were 4 top tables open, not being sat at. Couldn’t believe the customer service was that poor. Buffet was mediocre at best. Some items were executed well and some were hurting. They had a brisket out that was cut in chunks with an jus. It was tough as hell. Absolutely no signage out for the buffet. Everyone was asking each other what items were. The waitstaff was good, and they were on the younger side, so they didn’t know any better when it comes to details on the buffet. I blame management team for not labeling items on the buffet. Woulda been nice to see a chef out front carving prime rib or a nice ham pit. This is my second ever Unilocal review. I don’t usually do this but was blown away by how terrible the experience was. I’ve been in the restaurant business for 17 years and couldn’t believe the manager on duty leads his team in that manner. I am a food service director, and lead a staff of 50 plus daily. You just cannot deliver that kind of customer service in our world. Funny part was I was out with friends the night prior and told them I was going to PreZo for Easter brunch. I was told they have good food so I was excited to go. I’m not one to bad mouth restaurants if they have a bad day. I work with chefs and waitstaff every day so I get it., But felt it was necessary to get this out there. Just wanted to provide feed back to help provide other customers a better experience than my families.

Stopped in for dinner on Saint Patricks Day. Everything was delicious from the stuffed mushrooms and French Onion soup all the way down to the sinfully insanely addicting fried cinnamon cheesecake! If you plan on ordering any of the pizzas — be prepared to bring your appetite massive doesn’t even begin to describe the size! Make sure to request Annie as your server she is wonderful!!!

Love Prezo! Delicious drinks! I have tried the chicken parm, lobster Mac and cheese, seafood risotto, pizza and more. Have not found a single thing I did not like! Delicious food well made with lots of flavor. Can be packed on weekend so make a reservation but it’s worth the wait!

Food is average and very salty. Never been a fan of the food here. Otherwise clean and an ok place to eat. Bottom line the the high price you pay doesn’t match the quality of food.

We ordered take out pizza. It was really good. We had the Pestolicious pizza which I liked more than the Veggie pizza. The crust is thin and the sauces were good. We’ll be back.

I’m in LOVE with Prezo. I visited this amazing restaurant in Milford, last week and have been dying to write a review about it(the holidays just make everything SO busy though…). I have driven by this amazing restaurant many, many times, as it is on Route 16(East Main Street), before Milford Center, across from the Dunkin Donuts«on the hill», and the Stop&Shop plaza. Plus, every time I’ve gone by, it always looks busy and the parking lot is consistently full. For that matter, the business is why this review is 4.5 stars(but since I loved it so much, I’ll push it up to 5…). When I came on Monday, December 21, there was NO parking available in the lot, and since I drove 25 minutes(living in Westwood), I was not willing to drive home, so from my car I called them, and they told me to park on Route 16(parking on a state highway!). I parked on the side of the road, and when left, there were many other cars on the road. If people are allowed to park there, there should be signs(specifically one at the entrance /exit of the lot!), while I was in their parking lot, 2 other people came in and left since they couldn’t find a spot either. One suggestion for a great, non-chain restaurant is not bad at all though! Anyway, the entire restaurant atmosphere was great. Most of the décor was quite pleasant, and modern(my sort of style…). The lighting was quite different than other restaurants, yet it didn’t bother me and was also pleasant. The waitress, don’t remember her name, was very friendly, kind, and SO efficient(the food here came out in the blink of an eye!). Before, my table got a few rolls of bread, with a different type of oil, comparable to Bertucci’s(yet, I think I prefer Bertucci’s still), that was delicious. Following, the food came right out. I ordered a burger, which was huge, juicy, and delicious(quite comparable to my favorite at TGI Fridays). Overall, the meal was extremely delicious, filling, and in a wonderful atmosphere of an independent restaurant. Great experience and I will be returning very soon. 5 stars.

It’s simply too phuchen noisy. They should put some serious money into some degree of sound proofing; and with a bawling kid in the midst it’s cutting and quite upsetting. Quite a conundrum. On the plus side… when they’re busy it’s noisy. On the minus side if it’s relatively quite, they’re not making the noisy profits of what constitutes a good business day. And folks will wait for a table on the weekends. The last time I was there was for their lunch buffet. It was nothing special. Maybe been left overs from a wedding. OUCH! The menu food is 3 – 4 stars, lighting was a tad darker than I’d like but the waitress was cute, knowledgable about the menu and efficient. She’s probably a grandmother now. That’s all I remember, I swear!

Prezo Grille & Bar — Franklin, MA — 9÷8÷2015 A quarter loaf of bread served with Olive Oil seasoned with some Italian herbs is the first to come out… Overall good but I would have preferred warm and something other than cold butter packets… For my salad I had the Mesclun… Fresh Mesclun Greens, Apples, Bleu Cheese crumbles, Pita Chips, dressed in Balsamic Vinaigrette… I ordered a half size which was like most place’s full size… Very good… For the main a Penne Bolognese… Beef, Pork & Veal, Italian herbs, Asiago Cheese… I would say even tho they don’t make their own pasta, the flavour of the Bolognese was exquisite! Finish it off with a slice of Chocolate Cake and a coffee… They don’t have a Cappuccino machine here… :-/The cake on the other hand was fab! Service is friendly and the food is good… This appears to be a very local place and casual… Maybe a little too casual for me… I generally prefer something a bit more upscale but that’s me. When you come here you will enjoy it all. It’s a great place. Highly recommended!

Milford is not known for their fine cuisine but prezzo is one of the best in the area. I went here as a kid when it was peppercorns and continued when it switched names. Very large and varied menu. The pasta dishes are very good. Caesar salad. Meat and seafood is always fresh. The space is large, but it does get busy so you might have to wait on certain nights.

I can’t decide if this should be 1 or 2 stars… I had heard tons of great reviews about this place so I was really excited to try it. When I got there I expected to see a huge wait(we had reservations) — but was surprised there wasn’t and we were close enough that I noticed there wasn’t a wait at all the whole time we were there — and that was a Friday night! We came in as a group of 7. We had a decent size table but it was too small by one person but they had us cram that one person in at the end even though they weren’t that busy. I wasn’t sure what to order and when I told the waiter what I was torn between he told me they sell more of the seafood risotto than any other menu item — well that convinced me. It came out looking like soup. As I started to dig in the soupiness was actually grease… it was swimming in grease(I will post a picture to prove it!). The seafood was OK except for the scallops. It was like trying to chew a rubber ball. I ended up ¼ way thru my meal finding a long blond hair — trying not to disgust the others that were with me I just pulled it out and politely put my napkin over my dish. With our waiter basically non-existent I didn’t have a chance to pull him ot the side about it so no one else would hear. A good waiter or even a semi decent one should’ve noticed that I hardly ate anything and refused a to-go box! A friend had ordered the bolognese and loved it — said it was very flavorful. A couple of the other girls I was with got an Asian type salad — there was almost no lettuce and a massive clump of the Asian noodles. — not appetizing at all Our waiter would diseappear for long periods of time even though he only had 2 tables.
