I am very disappointed with this hallmark location, I got out of work at 8:00pm drove all the way from Miami Beach to this hallmark that is close by my house to buy a wedding card. The sign said they close at 9pm and the website also said they close at 9pm when I arrived it was 8:35pm they were cleaning, I went straight to the cards and 5 mins later the manager an old guy came to tell us we had 5 mins because they were closing. I looked at the time and it was only 8:40pm. He was rushing us to get a card. Other customers walked in and left bc they heard him telling us they were about to close then after they left he was yelling at his employees, they started vacuuming and turning lights off, which made it harder to concentrate getting a card. By 8:45pm we had grabbed the card and went to pay I ask him what time they closed because there sign says 9pm and very rudely he’s answers they close 15mins earlier because they are slow. As we left another customer was trying to get in but the doors were locked the customer looked oddly confused looking at his watch. I don’t think thats very professional and good to your customers. Of course they are slow if you shhh all your customers away. They definitely lost my family and I as customer. I will never ever go back or recommend this location. If that’s how they run things then the best thing is to change your hours of operation and on the sign put the new time that way you don’t lead customers on. Then he wonders why it’s slow.

I came here for some birthday cards and it was my first time in the store. I was immediately taken aback when the second I walked in the store, the cashier, instead of saying a hello or welcome, immediately told me that no drinks were allowed in the store and that I would have to leave it at the counter. I am a grown adult carrying a covered coffee and should be trusted to not spill coffee on their paper goods. Sure, the card variety was nice, but customer service should come first. Don’t make your customers feel unwelcome!

I’ve never been much of a Hallmark customer albeit but walking into this store, I wanted to buy one of everything because I knew someday I was going to need it for someones birthday! They have a lot and I mean a lot of cards and cute martini glasses for us girls who like Wine Wednesdays or just want to have a girls night in. They have Precious Moments, funny books that could make for good birthday gifts and sweet somethings for that special person in your life. You are bound to find something here for everyone in your life!

My family has been buying cards from Jean Marie for 15+ years. She used to be down South on 137th and 152 St., but moved to the Town and Country shopping center a few years ago. I love the new location! It is conveniently located a few doors down from the post office so I can pop in, get a card and send it out in a flash! The selection is great and the service is friendly. This store has great sidewalk sales every few months and I always wake up supppperrr early the day after Christmas to stock up on 50% off Holiday wrapping paper, cards, ribbons and other great deals. I know, hoarder! No, but really, that ish doesn’t go bad! Check this place out if you still love snail mail and other bygone pleasures.
