If I could give«0» stars I would. One customer in the drive through and one customer waiting on their food and the manager and cook were yelling in Spanish across from the window and kitchen. In Spanish the manager told the employee«shut up your mouth and give me the order!». The manager could not control her emotions, much less control a team of people. When we were up to order the lady at the register was trying her best to keep her calm, we asked who the manager was and the cashier said«her» embarrassed and disappointed she continued to try her best with great customer service considering she was under an awful manager with major attitude towards her employees and customers. We ordered at about 10:50am considering we were waiting in line for about ten to fifteen minutes, the cook yelled at the poor cashier saying in Spanish«why are you letting them order breakfast we are not serving breakfast». With me was my father, a supervisor with more than forty years of hotel and airline managerial experience and myself a teacher, we have never seen such awful customer service, disrespect, or etiquette in our lives. We decided to leave and told the cashier«don’t worry forget about it we’ll go somewhere else you guys can’t handle even one order at the window and one at the register, much less your staff.» The manager snapped at us yelling across the restaurant«excuse me I know how to control myself». We left with the words«no you obviously don’t know how to control your staff or yourself, learn how to manage.»
