McDonald’s

I haven’t gone to McD’s in the US in a while until this McD’s at MIA airport. The prices are somewhat higher than say a normal McD’s in a non-​airport type of environment.
A number 2 breakfast combo (sausage mcmuffin w egg) was almost 6 bucks. Still, airports can rip you off royally if they wanted to because they have you once you’re past security and until you finally get to board your plane where potentially the food could even be worse.
For a few more dollars and the comfort of a brand name fast food place, this place will do just fine.

I keep swearing off McDonald’s, but when you are trapped in the airport without breakfast…
So we walk up to order some breakfast sandwiches at 10:00 AM on a Saturday. They had already switched over to lunch. This is precisely what I try to avoid here. Sometimes I’ll bend and have breakfast. Every other McDonald’s in America serves breakfast until 11:00 AM on Saturday. Apparently this one is random. All the signs around it were advertising breakfast. The staff was rude about it.

Two days in a row does this McDonalds mess up my order.
Day one: I ordered the Big Mac meal only cheese and big mac sauce with fries and a drink. Guess what i got? A big mac only with cheese. No sauce.
Day two: i had to wait for the manager to finish sending her text message before she helped me. Priorities you know? Anyway, I ordered the Big Mac meal only cheese and big mac sauce with fries and a drink. Guess what i got? A big mac only with cheese and an over exaggeration of sauce. My burger was practically swimming in this soup of big mac sauce. Luckily i got a photo this time.
The ladies are very rude saying how they talk to me in spanish and i answer them in english. #1 We’re in america where we speak english. #2 Just bc i have a hispanic last name doesn’t mean i need to speak spanish.
Its a shame i work here at MIA and I’m subjected to this crappy service and only 1 McDonalds in the entire facility. FML
NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN!

There were two people being served so I stood behind one. I didn’t go through the roped off area because the airport was dead. The woman paid and the server went off to find her rag to clean the counter. She didn’t look up all. I was in front of her for several minutes. The other server, he finished and looked dead ahead. I was about to say something when a new person walked up to him via the ‘line’. It was strange. I left, which is apparently what they wanted me to do. I have to thank them. I really don’t need anything McDaniel has to offer. Bored at the airport, the best time to write reviews.

Food was terrible, staff were very rude and they made fun of me in Spanish. I pretended like I didn’t know what they were saying.
How hard is it to make cheap burger and serve it?!
Waited 15 minutes to get my food and there wasn’t even a line of people.
Shame shame.

Don’t waste your time at this McDonalds. The service is terrible. The wait is forever just to get food. They have one girl waiting on 35 people and two people in the back.
McDonald’s did the passengers at the airport surprise you this morning? Were you expecting to come to the airport and only two flights going out? This is Miami, get enough staff.

No complaints about this McDonald’s. The only problem are stupid passengers who’ve apparently never seen a McDonald’s menu holding up the lines.

It was 4:45 am and nothing else was open in the food court. It’s more expensive than a McDonalds outside the airport, but I’ve never seen an Airport McDonalds on-​par with non-​airport McDonalds. I special ordered and still got my order in a couple seconds.

Pricier than other McDonalds and they are sloppy with their orders. Asked for a couple of sauces which I had to pay for and they forgot to put them in my to go bag. If you are stuck in the airport, then this is a quick option, but I might have to go elsewhere in the food court next time.

The food options at MIA are not too expansive but the little food court between H & J has a few places, such as this McDonald’s. There was a line but it moved fast, the food was fresh and hot and presented nicely, staff was friendly.
If you don’t like McDonald’s in general, this place won’t change your mind but if you want a fast and tasty meal, this fills that need.

This McDonald is located in between concourse H and J in the food court, it is also in the secured area, so you must either be an emplyee ir have a boarding pass in order to eat there. The menu is limited and the prices are highter that in most McDonalds… The employees are freindly and courteous.
