This review if for a NYC location. Long story short, i showed up for my appointment and no one was there to do my hair. The woman who answered the phone said it was because that location was closed due to air conditioning issues (i was in the facility there were no air conditioning issues). She also said they tried to contact me — also not true since my appointment was still in the system and i had no missed calls, voicemails or emails. She offered me a complimentary blow out at a diff location, which was insufficient since they don’t have many locations and I scheduled to apt so I just needed to get dressed quickly after and go to my event.
Since this location opened I was going once a week, and was excited they were going to offer further days — however, i will NEVER book again because they are not reliable and I did not feel my issue was handled professionally.
