IHOP

I was very disappointed tonight, usually the service here is good, if not slightly slow. Tonight my boyfriend, and I waited for ten minuted along with another family waiting to be seated in an empty restaurant (1 person was eating). There was literally no one in sight, and it was dead. I finally gave up and went to Chili’s

Service always is so slow! We were seated and waited about 20 mins no one approach to take drink orders. I’m surprised I had patients to set that long. This has happened once before. Now O know better. Wont be going back. Ill just head down 30 to the one in Rockwall.

Every time I come I have to wait 10 minutes just to be sat. At first I thought it was just me but all my friends around this area say the same thing. We stopped coming here because of that and I came to try it once more and still waiting to be sat…

I love this location, I pick up breakfast from this location and they are very thorough when giving you your order.

Ihop is my favorite restaurant and has been for years. This ihop is a fairly new location it’s been around for about four years almost and I’ve gone a handful of times. The food is decently cooked, and even the country omelette with French toast that I always order is good. I had one issue with a piece of hair in my soup but the manager immediately rectified the situation and kept me happy. This is a good place, go check it out.

Waitress and hostess insulted me and my friend for serving in the military. And I quote we don’t serve those who support the president” not coming back again

You know; when you think of ihop, you usually believe that there would be a homely environment. We were greeted 5 minutes after entering and sat. After we received our menus we ordered our drinks and that was the last time we ever spoke with our waiter/​host. I did catch his attention after calling for 25 minutes. He ignored me. So I went up to him and asks if he could take our order but to no avail. He just looked and shrugged at me, which really tempted me to say, this is unbelievable. Instead he decided that his text messages were more important. I ended up paying for our drinks but I do not recommend at all. Place was also a mess and we were sat in a table that they had literally just wiped off as we sat.

Really? You are reading a review about ihop? Have you never eaten at one before? Never heard of it? Do you live in a cave? Are you from Mongolia? Get outa here!

We frequently drive from Garland to eat at this location because the service is so wonderful. The entire wait staff are warm, friendly and attentive. The food is always delicious and well prepared. The restaurant is always very clean and even the music station plays modern and pleasant songs. Overall it is a great place to grab an affordable meal.

Terrible Service.
Waited 15mins for drinks and a greeting.
The carpet smells like dirty feet or foul body odor.
My kids love this place.
At least it is not Denny’s.
Holy Crap! They have a «create a scary face pancake.» Pancake plus candy corn, whipped cream, Oreos, and a strawberry.
My kids have gone from 0−60mph in under 3 seconds.

Wasn’t pleased bad wet dog odor when I walked in the dog service wasn’t great, waitress was nice but I would rate the worst IHOP I’ve ever been to

The wait on a Sunday was usual, so no complaint there. The problem is when a table orders you expect all the food to come out together instead all the food comes out and a delay on the pancakes so your eggs and bacon is cold while you have hot pancakes… This was so not right. I also asked if the orange juice had «pulp» the girl said very little. NO the bottom of my cup was full it had a lot of pulp in… But never the less the food is aways good.

Basically the same as any IHOP ever. Decent service, decent food. Our waitress was super kind — we all got caught up talking and she patiently came back time after time to take our order. She was very attentive about getting our refills.
The food was all right — I had the pot roast, and it was yummy enough. Average, I guess. My stepmom said that the fried chicken was delicious, and not too greasy. Overall, our food wasn’t oversalted (which I find at many places), but it wasn’t anything to write home about either.
The restaurant is clean, servers are friendly, and food is what you should probably expect from a diner type atmosphere.
