I find it really ridiculous that someone is charged extra just because they don’t eat a slaughtered animal with their meal. It would be really nice if maybe you added some meal options for breakfast that don’t include a dead animal(i.e. bacon/ham/sausage) or allowed people the option of maybe fruit or grits or something instead of forcing them have to have meat with their meal or charging them bc they don’t. Ended up having to order a kids meal & then add food options on it to get something without meat(so ends up costing more than if I would’ve ordered a steak here?) then our food comes and everything is cold & below par. So disappointed Cracker Barrel you used to be a pretty good place to come eat, now? Not so much.

For country food it wasn’t bad. First time coming here. I like the atmosphere even though it got soft of cold for me. The food was amazing, I am not a fan of eggs but I decided to try them anyways. Boy, those eggs sure are something else! They have a Rich texture to them add pepper and you find yourself in heaven! The pancakes were so fluffy and the turkey bacon was really good.

Very good, basic, southern food. Very good breakfast if you have the time to take a nap afterwards. I would not eat here and go to any athletic function after, the food is too heavy for that. Also, the coffee is terrible. Come here for breakfast and be prepared to relax afterwards.

Excellent service and delicious breakfast. Make sure to be patient cause it can get pretty packed, but it’s worth it. Good was fresh and not long to wait once seated. Biscuits are freshly made and yummy. Definitely coming again with the fam

2 hr total visit here. Really slow service. My boyfriends meal came out extremely overcooked. Said a manager would come by(never did). Waited for the food to come back out cooked correctly which took about 25 minutes. According to our server it was put back on queue with all the new orders. Oooookay. We waited 20 minutes for our drinks. Which he brought doubles of so he wouldn’t have to refill. This visit was my boyfriends first visit here. His thoughts are basically to give this place a miss in the future.

Our party of 4 had a good experience at this Cracker Barrel location. We arrived and there was about a 20 minute wait — but the staff was quick and efficient getting diners in and out. We got seated in about 20 minutes time and were waited on by Irene who was super friendly. The food was what one has come to expect, tasty and plentiful. Cracker Barrel is where it’s at if you want a great breakfast!

Ordered country fried steak, mashed potatoes, pinto beans, and turnip greens. Steak was very hot when it arrived, but the other items were room temp. Biscuit and cornbread muffin were yummy. Got chocolate cake to go and it was wonderful.

Food was ok but I had to wait over an hour and made me wait even longer after calling my name to be seated and they let others in while they make me wait

My chicken fried chicken was raw. I already took a few bites that seemed OK and then cut into it and it was totally raw in the middle. The waiter took it off the bill. Now I’m worried I may get sick.

This is a horrible location and I have given it a total of three try’s but now I’m done, won’t be back. I was in the restaurant business for 25 years and can tell you that the problem with this restaurant is the MANAGEMENT! The server turnover is constant. I asked my server why there are always different servers and she told me because«management treats them so Bad» the restaurant itself was dirty, two tables near me were complaining about their food and wanted to talk to the manager but the manager never came out, apparently the manager just told the server to deal with it. I’ve given this place three try’s and that’s enough since all three times were a disaster. Don’t go here.

Cracker Barrel should be rated on a creepy scale, not on customer service and food. The food and staff are generally the same at each location. Staff is fast at first but then they disappear after everyone is served. The food is always consistent. The biggest variables between locations are the decorations. The vintage portraits range from odd to terrifying. Four stars for the creepy turn of the century child staring down at my pancakes. Should I share my food or run away?

This location is awful. We were shoved in cramped seating, even though the dining area was not that full. Then we waited without acknowledgement for at least 10 minutes. I got a hold of the hostess and asked if someone would wait on us, it didn’t seem to be a priority. Finally we were waited on, after people that came in after us… I ordered my gravy on the side, I should have known that was difficult. We waited a very very long time before the food came out. She didn’t bring out the bread earlier to keep us satiated. Then the gravy was all over my plate. My bf ran out of water and we had to beg for a refill. And when the check came, there was no adjustments for the lousy experience. Awful place.

Ordered a basic ham steak, eggs and potatoes with coffee breakfast. Potatoes were cold, ham steak was about 1/64″ thin and as tough as shoe leather. They got 2 out of 4 items correct which tells me never will i go back to this restaurant again

We live a block from this location we call it CRAPPERBARREL. Food is below par, servers try, but can’t keep up with the returns to the kitchen. Too many tables and the emergency exist is blocked. Dirty, tired chairs and windows.

Breakfast was excellent. Service was prompt but the gal could have had a smile on her face. Slow for refills. Some patrons got better service as I observed with happy faces.

This place is going downhill fast. I was only asked for coffee one time only 1 syrup not the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had at Cracker Barrel. I know was little before 11 for breakfast but they gotta treat me like a redheaded stepchild…

This place was really tired and dirty to me. Food was below average, although I will say their service is very good. I just felt like I was eating at a place with an outhouse. For what it’s worth, I think it’s supposed to be a sort of Southern experience? However, I will not be back.

Awesome place. I’ve only done breakfast here. I have had no complaints. An awesome experience of you like old treats from the past like classic candies and concepts. You can shop while you wait.

I’ve been coming here almost my while life. Always a great place! As I’m waiting on my food, I see the staff working as a well oiled machine. Helping one another with a friendly attitude. I have never had an issue with food being incorrect. They are always on point here. Such a wonderful vibe. The décor is old odds and ends on the walls. They have a wonderful gift shop with really neat finds. Always picking up a few things here. It is always busy any time of the day, but worth the wait.

Pretty good food for breakfast. Down home southern cooking. Make sure to take care of most your order up front since they are pretty busy and sometimes don’t return too quickly to your table.

We went here on Thanksgiving(I vowed not to cook this year). I was told a 2 ½ hour wait(and was prepared for this) but it turned out only to be about an hour and 15 mins because other people would give up and leave, ha! We were given a table and a great server named Aubrianna who was polite, attentive, smiling and helpful. The food was fab — I got the turkey dinner and the breast was incredibly flavorful and moist. The best thing is I was raised in the North, not the South. I’m used to white bread stuffing and never cared for cornbread dressing. But this cornbread dressing was heavenly! I was impressed! With two generous slices of turkey breast and the dressing, I also was served a slice of ham, cranberry sauce, mashed sweet potato, the usual choice of biscuit or cornbread muffin(or both) and I choose a side of carrots. Plenty for a second meal later in the day(what’s Thanksgiving without leftovers?!). What a nice relaxing way to spend dinner time with the family. I only missed drinking wine with my meal!

This is the Worst Cracker Barrel I have ever been too, I have been here several times and you would never believe it was part of the Cracker Barrel System. Dirty, Very unorganized, very average food quality, it lacks in all areas I really cannot believe that corporate allows this to keep happening I have been in cracker barrels all over the country and this is the only one I can speak badly of. I will not go to this location again

It’s been a year and a half since my last experience with a Cracker Barrel and I’m happy to say this one does not suffer from the same malady as the one in Tulsa. Our server Jennifer was wonderful, kept my two year old grand daughter engaged and happy with biscuits and milk, while keeping all our drinks filled as well. Food was good, typical Cracker Barrel fare. I had the Chicken Fried Steak which was crisp on the outside and nice and juicy on the inside. As always love the store on the way out.

We love to get some breakfast on Sunday mornings and try to beat the church crowd by arriving before 10:30. I am really spoiled now and find it hard to go back to Ihop all because of the bacon. Once you have enjoyed thick sliced bacon and just overall better food, you will find it difficult to go to Ihop and Denny’s too. I think the service is excellent and if you get there early enough then the wait is hardly an issue. My only gripe is that I wish they would keep oatmeal available a little later. Oatmeal is only offered before 9am which is crappy :/

What can you say about Cracker Barrel that has not been said? It is a warm and friendly place. The food is really good, and you get a lot of it. We came in one night party of three. We were seated right away. Our food came fast, we all got what we wanted, and our server was attentive and nice. The restrooms were clean, as well as the shop and restaurant. I got the fish and it still has the skin on it. Delicious for sure! I love the shop with all the cool things you can buy that you cannot find anywhere else.
