Where to begin. Filthy Filthy Filthy place. I even took pictures of the blackened fabric on the seat backs of some of the booths. All tables and seats needed a wipe down. Floor was littered with cup lids and other trash. No straws left in the straw holder. The outside garbage can was overflowing and there was a lot of garbage spread out in the parking lot. Our server seemed lazy and uninterested and even forgot to give us one of our items and didn’t offer one of our group members any dipping sauces. The food was as decent as deep fried food goes, in fact wasn’t bad as it seemed pretty fresh and not greasy but the filth in this place made me not want to stay and finish eating. This place is in desperate need of some heavy duty cleaning. An improvement in their customer service and greetings to their customers is also very much needed. Yuck! I’ll ever go back and would certainly recommend my friends to go elsewhere too.

I don’t eat Popeyes a lot but whenever I do, it is always at this location because it is the closest to my house. And I am no exaggerating when I say that every time I do go, they are out of Mac N Cheese, literally every time. And I hear that they tend to run out of other things a lot too. And they have to have the absolute worst customer service I have ever seen. I’ve even had an awful experience with the manger being on her cell phone while serving me and cussing out whoever was on the other end. Tonight I decided to go through the drive thru to avoid a situation like that again and the guy was so rude and rushed me and couldn’t even say a word back to me when I politely told him to have a great night. I get it, working sucks, working fast food sucks, I work in customer service to with food, but I don’t know how a single group of employees can be so awful

Wow this manger here has the worst customer service. So short with his customers and just clearly hates his life. You could at least faked it and said «have a good night». Hope you plan on staying in fast food with that attitude…

Food sucked and so did the service. Asked if i could use the wifi and the mgr turned me down. POS do not go here itnis horrible.

This location USED to be the cleanest in Yuba City and Marysville but it certainly wasn’t today. When we walked in there was only one other couple who had already been served. Our service was fast and courteous BUT, there was no ice in the soft drink machine, the drink my wife likes came out WEAK. All of the tables needed to be wiped down so we had to wait after requesting this be done. We complained about the heat and they said they are waiting for the air conditioning to be fixed. When we asked for napkins we received folding towels from a restroom towel dispenser.
All in all, aside from the food being good, the visit sucked…

I gave three stars because the service was good. They were courteous and polite. I did not want to give above three stars because this location was very dirty. Every table was filthy with trash… and crumbs all over the ground and tables. There were no straws or lids (I had to go up to the front to ask for them) no napkins and the floor was sticky. They were out of the spicy chicken and when I walked in everyone was standing around. They should have been restocking the chicken so that I wouldn’t of had to wait for 20 minutes. If the emotes wouldn’t have been so nice this location would have one star.

The food is standard Popeyes but the service is awful and I’ve literally never been able to go through the drive thru without a 4 minute wait that turns into 15, at minimum, even at normal meal times. Worst managed franchise ever

Best Popeyes around! Love this place. It is really the only «fast food» I eat at all. The biscuits are addicting and the chicken is always great! Love some red beans and rice too!

Don’t waste your time. Rarely does this location have any of their advertised feature entrées available. Let’s face it, popeyes isn’t a place where I frequently stop to cure my hunger. I find the food overly greasy and honestly lacking in luster. Add to that, the last 2 times I did decide to give em a try I was disappointed by the fact that they were «out» of their current advertised specials «chicken tenderloin» in this case. I just don’t see the reason in having a 6ft banner hanging in your window advertising a special thats being shown on t.v. every 20mins and not havr the product available in the store. Bad management, lazy employees, etc… I’m never going back.

My second time @ this location, service was alwayz fast, friendly & respectful & clean … Keep up the good work !!!
