Overpriced disgusting food that tastes like it was all out of a box and just heated. Every time I go to any BWs I always leave wondering what I was thinking. There are better bars in town that have better food and are locally owned and operated. Why bother with a mass chain with sub par food.

Can I go less than one star.. Went there tonight and told it was a fight night and had to pay a five dollar cover charge to sit at the bar. All I wanted was some Medicore food that this place provides.

Yes loud but it is a sports bar with many many TVs. The portions are small and it’s expensive but it’s fun for a group and the staff are nice. Hint: go on a day when there is a wing special, only order water and split a salad.(It’s the drinks that cost so much, even soda)

The food is terrible the atmosphere is loud and obnoxious, I understand that it is a sports bar and it will be loud but the least they can do is provide food that is worth coming back for since I do not drink I will not go back.

Cool looking place, but; It is loud, yes, but it is something different, the acoustics make it uncomfortable. Though the staff are nice, they are less than concerned about what you want, the food is mediocre, and the food and drinks are far more expensive than other places. Tim

Great food, great atmosphere and great beer selection. Add to that a full service bar and Buzztime trivia. One of my favorite places to watch sports. Keep in mind that it is a sports bar so it is loud! They are a new restaurant so they are still figuring out stuff. Service can be slow at times but the food has always been great.

It was a Friday night so my husband and I knew it was going to be packed. We decided to get some to go and save ourselves the hassle. Best decision ever. I went in through the doors and conveniently, there’s an entrance to «to go only» orders. It’s a small room all in itself with wait benches and everything(much quieter too). The lovely ladies behind the counter were patient with me as I looked over the menu. I was a bit hesitant with the current reviews on this place as well as my passed experiences with other bdubs so I ordered small portions. I ordered two snack size boneless wings, one honey BBQ(sauce) and they other lemon pepper(dry rub) with a side of French fries. Before I was about to pay she checked something real quick and told me that it would be cheaper to just get the medium order and split the flavors. I REALLY appreciate when someone does that. She saved me money. Plus they have a military discount! She told me it was about a 15 minute wait and she was correct. We drove home awaiting anxiously to see if we were doomed to repeat a terrible experience. NOPE! These were the TASTIEST boneless wings I have ever had from bdubs. My only complaint is that there could have been more lemon pepper seasoning. We have always had the saltiest luck with their flavors but this location has it down. We were so sad we ordered so little. My mouth is watering just thinking about it and we ate there a week ago or so(I know, I just remembered to write about it!) Overall best customer service and the best boneless wings. I hope they keep it up and we will definitely be back.

Sad, Sad wings! Save your time and money by going to the Wing Stop 2 blocks away. The wings were tough and over cooked. Service was very poor. When I told them I did not get the flavor I ordered, they just brought me different sauce. The place is extremely noisy and very hard to enjoy you meal. If you want the same experience, make a sack lunch and sit by the railroad tracks. You would be happier. If Wings is in your name, don’t you think you would have it perfected?

Not to shabby! 1) there are huge TVs everywhere. There are about 40 TVs in this place. There are even TVs in the bathroom. How cool is that? 2) the food was excellent. I had the boneless garlic Parmesan wings. They were awesome. The wings are definitely better than wing stop. 3) the service was great. Took no longer than 20 minutes to get our food even though the place was packed with people. My only complaint is that it can get really noisy. The music was a little too loud. It was hard at times to talk to other people because it was too loud. All in all, not bad! Definitely coming back!

I believe this is my first negative review of a restaurant in the 5 plus years I have been Unilocaling. I definitely go out of my way to praise more than I do to complain, but my experience this evening at the new Buffalo Wild Wings was horrible. I realize the business is new and by every right needs some time to iron out the kinks but tonight was inexcusable. The purpose of this review is hopefully a Manager can read it and it will help the restaurant in the long run. I have been to multiple BWW’s and I know their product is usually great and so is the service. My order was for pick up. I called in an order of 18BONELESS wings(10 honey bbq and 8 spicy garlic), an order of chili queso dip, and a grilled chicken buffalito with potato wedges. The girl taking the order was very friendly but it was obvious she did not know what she was doing. She talked to other people next to her obviously while I was ordering. She had me repeat my order multiple times and each time she read it back to me, it was wrong. Eventually she got it right and advised me my order would be ready in 30 minutes. When I arrived there was only one other customer in the to go area. I was greeted and then promptly paid. One of the girls advised my bag was sitting on the counter and began to show me each item. The first box she opened was 8 Bone-in spicy garlic wings. I very politely explained to her that I ordered boneless wings and the girl confirmed that the receipt in fact said boneless wings(so the kitchen or expeditor made the mistake). She was very apologetic and said that all 18 wings were bone in and it would be about 10 minutes to get the correct order ready. I told her no big deal and that stuff happens. I did explain to her that I live approximately 30 minutes away(Plumas Lake), and since it was going to be awhile to get my order remade if she could go ahead and remake the buffalito so it was fairly fresh when I got home. She said absolutely. Fifteen minutes later my wings order came up. They never even took the buffalito out of the bag to remake it. It just sat on the counter the whole time and then was served back to me with the fresh wings. At this point it wasn’t worth complaining over because I didn’t have another 15 minutes to waste. When I got to the car, I decided I should just make sure everything was right. I immediately noticed there was no sour cream with the buffalito and there were literally 6 potato wedges along with it! 6 tiny wedges?!? I ran inside and asked for the sour cream but decided not to complain about the wedges because they were now busy and also they didn’t get a manager involved in the first place so why would they now? It took at least 5 minutes to get a thing of sour cream. When I my wife and I finally sat down to eat, there were only 16 wings(they did taste good), the buffalito was sloppy and not very good, and the queso was good. With it being a new business trying to get off on the right foot, I can’t imagine why you wouldn’t get a manager involved if at least just to show face and assure everything is taken care of correctly. Will be awhile before we go back to this Buffalo Wild Wings as they obviously have a lot to figure out to catch up to the others in the franchise. Thanks for your time! I did attach a picture in the photo area of the buffalito with 6 wedges…

(Note: I’m only giving two stars as the place is newly opened… terrible service… but still new.) On 14 July 15, my office had a going away consisting of roughly 30 – 40 at B-Dubs. We called ahead/booked, so they knew we were coming. The overwhleming majority of the food ordered was wings and fries from the lunch menu. Most tables(70%) were served pretty slowly, about 45 minutes. However, three tables, including mine, were waiting over an hour and 15 minutes for wings… AKA chicken nuggets with sauce… to get come out… at lunch. My table followed up a handful of times during an hour+ wait with random floating waiters/waitresses would check and never return. At over an hour of waiting we requested the manager comp my table’s drinks and for us to leave. The manager stated the meal would be comped and out shortly, so finally at around 1 hour and 15 minutes we received most(missing a few minor things) of what we ordered it. After eating maybe 2 bites, the other 70% of the tables began to leave, so I got up for two minutes to say goodbye to some friends. During that time, the overabundance of wait staff cleared my table of the food they had JUST given us less than 5 minutes earlier. When we identifed the food was thrown away, the waitress offered to replace it, who knows how long that would would take?, but I just could not waste any more time while they jacked my order up, so I just walked out. The place had the WORST service I’ve had in a long while. Don’t go here if you are on a lunch break, or have limited time. I hope this place gets its act together…

So… meh. I know the place just opened, but jeez. Some pretty basic, easy to fix mistakes that kind of ruined it. 1) the building. Huge tv’s everywere, and I mean everywere. Dozens of big screens all over the place. Comfortable chairs, nice sporty décor. Cool music, 90’s to 2000’s rock. But it was so loud, you had to talk loudly to hear anything. Tables were Decent size, not to packed in. 2) SOME good things about the food. I had the nachoes. Said you could add chicken for a 2 dollar upcharge, so i tried out the chicken add on. Nachoes had Good flavor, chili was nice and meaty… but why offer to put chicken on it if it has a beef chili? Didnt make much sense. And the chicken was just cubed un seasoned lumps. Also, they didnt have enough moisture. Chips were dry, topping to chip ratio was way more chip to toppings. My wife enjoyed her chicken wrap, she had lots of compliments for it. We came during happy hour, so got some apps for cheap. Onion rings arent bad. Cheese sticks were already cold when they got to the table, no cheese pull at all. Got some fries to try out the sauces, not bad at all. The asian sauce honey bbq were my favorites. DONT try the special apple stuff. It was TERRIBLE… like eating apple butter. The hottest sauce just tastes like hot vinagar. 3) Now, my issues with the place… as soon as we went to order, we were told they were out of buns. Not just hamburger buns, ALLBUNS. No pulled pork, no chicken sandwhich, no burgers, no sliders, nothin. Super dissapointed considering we wanted burgers. Also, i drink water with lemon in it… and they had no lemon. What the heck? 4) The servers were very attentive, polite, refilled drinks a lot, gave menu suggestions. Apologetic about lack of buns and lemons. Even gave me limes for my water instead(i hate the way tap water tastes without citrus) So, the verdict. Slap the managers upside the head for allowing the restaruant to run out of product. I worked at a restaruant many years ago. When we ran out of something, they literally sent me to the store to buy more so the customers would be happy. To allow a sports restaurant run out of buns us just messed up. Then the poor servers have to explain it to the customers. Not cool yo. Tweak the food a bit. Nachoes tasted good, but were dry. Apps should be hotter when the get to the table. Whats the point in a non goey melty cheese stick? Also, a 2 buck upcharge to add chicken when it already has beef chili is just silly. How about you nix the chicken, add sour cream and extra chili for an upcharge? Maybe bacon? Tweak the sauces. Two were excellent, two were HORRIBLE. shouldnt be that hit or miss. All in all… could be a decent place once the kinks are worked out.

Oh how do i begin. …well for starters this place was off the hook… the food was fresh the servers were very nice and the prices were great… we had sliders and wings and they tasted great. … if you love sports this is the place to go with several large tv’s and one great giant tv to resemble a football stadium/basketball arena style atmosphere. …with several beers on tap… i recommend this place to everyone. … great for sports fans and family

Came here for a birthday party tonight with 12 people. First, they told us to call ahead and they would put us at the front of the waiting list. We called 45 minutes early and when we got there they said 40 minutes(which wasn’t bad). An hour went by so we checked on our name and they said 20 minutes. 30 minutes go by and they tell us another 30 minutes(apparently the wait time went up?). Once we got seated it took 35 minutes just to get water. That wasn’t the part that was irritating though. What was irritating is they brought out 1 persons food at a time! The girl at the end of our table ate all of her food and then they brought out another plate for the next person. Three people in and 2 hours later they FINALLY brought us all of our food and it was cold. Not impressed. Oh and don’t try and go to the bar to order a drink because you’re «not allowed» and can only order through your waitress. Not sure what the point of having a bar is if you can’t go up and get a drink. We were there for a total of 4.5 hours… 3.5 of which was waiting for our food and to be seated. The only reason that this isn’t getting a 1 star review is because our waitress was really nice and they had just opened the night before. I hope they figure their shit out because I won’t be returning. It’s overpriced and our food was cold.

Came here during«The Grand Opening», it has been opened for over several hours, but came around dinner time at 7pm. Glad parking wasn’t that full upon entering the vicinity. Upon walking into the building. The restaurant is well lighted. The vibe is great. Tons of TVS everywhere, and literally, I mean everywhere, including the bathrooms. Wait time to get seated, was approx about less than 10min on Grand Opening Day, and was greeted by Alyssa«the Hostess» who had a pleasant smile and an immaculate accent and directed me and a few friends to my booth. After being sat down, I was introduced by a waitress named Mercedes. As Mercedes introduced herself. She provided the best customer service I have ever experienced on a busy night. Although it was her first day, I could tell she was nervous, but she definitely did a terrific job hearing me and my friends out when ordering, even as complicated as wanting to know, «How many pieces of traditional/boneless wings has regarding on(1)Snack,(2) Small,(3) Medium, and(4) Large. Considering, we didn’t want to waste food but want to order what we can eat. Considering, I hardly take out food-to-go after dining in… Now as the drink ordering goes first as usual with any restaurants, I ordered the«Strawberry Kick Coronarita» which costs me $ 5.50, just incase if anyone wanted to know since BWW aka Buffalo Wild Wings does not show the price. And Im impressed. It tasted sofa king delicious. Although they forgot to put the lime as shown in the pictures. But doesn’t hurt to ask the waitress for some limes. Moreover, as soon as its time to order the food next. I ordered the side of Mac & Cheese & the Boneless Snack of Thai Curry… And trust me, The Mac & Cheese is amazing! Its not your ordinary Mac & Cheese from a box. It tastes so home made like. And as for the Boneless Snack of Thai Curry Chicken, it tastes so good, but on the spicy level, it isn’t that hot! Would be lovely if it came with a side of rice though free of charge. One last thing, before leaving the restaurant, make sure to check out the bathroom. The bathroom is located on the far left… Well, I’ll explain in great detail. As soon as you enter the building, take a sharp left, and maybe about 5 – 10 steps, take another left, and you’ll see the Mens bathroom first on your right hand side, and then the Female’s bathroom straight ahead. FYI! Happy Hours is MONDAY to FRIDAY from 3pm-6pm… And LATENIGHT specials is SUNDAY to THURSDAY from 10pm-close! I have provided pics if you need visuals before making that telephone order. Oh, and I took a picture of the food menu as well to help you speed up the process on ordering when ordering to go and do a pick-up order. Oh… And YES, they do have FREEWIFI and its so much better than Starbucks & McDonalds & AppleBees wifi… The wifi connection never drops, and its faster speed than the other places as mentioned! And for a full detailed menu. Click the link below on their main website. If my menu isn’t read-able.
