Pizza Hut

I ordered pizza tonight for delivery online at 8:30 pm. The delivery time said 9:33. Ok, no big deal, an hour wait for delivery on a Friday night is reasonable. The time is now 10:30 and I still haven’t received my order. This is the last time that I will be ordering from Pizza Hut. 2 hours+ for a delivery, an hour late, and no call saying that there is a problem. Instead, I had to call them just to be placed on hold. I am still waiting as I write this review. Update! It is now 10:52 and my pizza has finally arrived… LUKEWARM! Thanks for nothing Pizza Hut.

The pizza tastes just good-​average, nothing special. Just normal Pizza Hut pizza. Three star rating because the pizza was late (delivery). Not sure if it was because of the driver or the Pizza Hut but I was starving and I wasn’t pleased to wait an extra 25 minutes.

Placed a take out order here last night and it was extremely disappointing. I placed my order and drove to the store. The girl told me it would be just a few more minutes so I sat down to wait. About 25 minutes later she comes over with an order that is for a John, not me. She goes back to look for my order and as it turns out they never even started it. They somehow lost my order or sent it out with someone else. I don’t believe their excuse that they tried to call me to ask if I wanted a different crust but my voicemail box was full… I was right there, I mean they could have asked me. At this point I had to go so I got my money back and left. The only reason I gave them two starts was because the girl behind the counter was very nice and super friendly unlike everyone else that was working there. One of the cooks in the back gave a young man some nasty attitude when he pointed out that they got his order wrong. Another couple said they had been waiting for an hour for their food and left very angry. Worst Pizza Hut ever they need some serious help. Hey Pizza Hut big bosses get it right or you will loose another location guaranteed.

Just got pizza from here it was horrible it was under cooked the cashier was rude an why call an tell them they we’re rude we will never eat here again the pizza places have gone to the dog’s around here ugh

Zero stars if it was possible. We had delivery and it was cold late and expensive. This has happened 2 times. The delivery drivers and people on phone who take orders are rude short and could careless when they send the wrong food or about making it right. Save your money.

Not as bad as some reviews have eaten here numerous times and on the occasion a sit in. Small seating area and decent fountain drinks.
Staff on this go around were friendly and attentive. Maybe next time they will hit the 5 stars

I love pizza and was not horribly disappointed by the pizza here. The crust was crunchy and the toppings for my meat lover was delightful. If there was to be a flaw, it would be the uncooked spinach. The pizza was cooked, but the spinach looked as though they forgot to put it on the pizza and threw it on then closed the box. Yikes. Other than that, it was edible.

It’s not just this particular restaurant. The quality of Pizza Hut in Northern California in general is atrocious, however this is the closest store to where I live and therefore I have had more experiences here. Last time was it for me though. I will never go back. See the photo I posted of my pizza. It wasn’t even edible. It was thrown out.
And while the manager did offer me credit to try again, the fact is the last time that happened my free pizza was worse than the one that they were comping me for. There is NEVER enough sauce of cheese on the pizzas and the dough sticks up through what little there is getting burnt.
I’ve had the wings there and they are hit or miss, but the pizza is consistently awful. There are a few nice people there but also a few that seem to hate their job and it shows in the customer interaction.
Basically whatever you see on the website doesn’t look like what you get here.

Worst service I have ever had! I called and they left me on hold for ten minutes, then they finally took my order and told me it’d be ready in 15 minutes. I got there and after 35 minutes I finally get my pizzas they offered some old bread sticks on the house. There was 5 or 6 employees working and only 2 people dining in. I used to work here and it’s definitely went down hill since then. Definitely will not be going back.

This must be one of the worst pizza huts in existence. Everytime I order a pizza here, it turns out differently from every one I’ve ordered before. You never know what you’re going to get, even if you stick with the same regular order.
One time, I told them to put extra sauce on the pizza after noticing they were pretty stingy with it. When I got the pizza, they had mistakenly done the opposite and put none on it so it was like cheesy flatbread.
Another time, we ordered 3 seperate barbecue pizzas and even though they were all supposed to be the same, it was like 3 seperate people on different planets had made them. One was so greasy, the cheese was sliding off in hunks in the river of grease.
Another time, we started to order a 5 cheese pizza, but after finding out it had an alfredo sauce instead of marinara, we cancelled the order and asked for a regular cheese pizza with red sauce. This was in person and we were very clear about it. They brought us the Alfredo pizza anyway and it was so gross, we couldn’t eat it. After complaining, they offered to make us the one we had originally tried to order. This time, it had no sauce except around the edges. It was like the chef had drizzled some sauce in a half inch ring around the top, neglecting the rest of the pizza. When we complained again, this time upset and hungry, the waitress said she would get the manager. A young woman who appeared to be 18 came out and actually had the guts to talk back to us when we complained.
In the end they apologized and didn’t charge us, but I think we will go to a different pizza place next time.

I get the double chicken Caesar salad, which is actually pretty tasty. The woman, that is usually at the counter when I go in for lunch, is always very friendly! She see’s me coming and has my order entered into the register by the time I walk in! I only ever go in for lunch, so as far as I can see customer service is on point! So you may be wondering… hmmmm…food is good and customer service is on point… why in the world are you so stingy with the stars!!! Well… I will tell you… wait for it… wait for it… IT IS FREEZING IN THERE!!! I have mentioned it to the staff… this nice woman… and the manager… and no one seems to understand that it is next to impossible to enjoy your lunch while your teeth are chattering!!! They have a tough time chattering and chewing at the same time!!! I understand that you may be toasty back in the kitchen with the big pizza oven, but you need to consider your customer’s comfort! After all… if I can not go into your establishment and enjoy my only hour of the day that actually goes by way too fast… then I will think twice before I go into said establishment… and thus you may not have a reason to heat up your gynormous pizza oven! Do you understand that… your oven will go cold… if you do not figure out how to take the meat locker feel out of your dining area! People have said that the food from here tastes frozen! I can attest that it just may be… but it could’ve been fresh until it entered the restaurant… and a couple hours sitting on a table in the dining room it is rendered frozen… because after sitting in that dining area for 40 minutes… I feel like my hands and feet have a severe case of frost bite! So I will be more than happy to up the star rating on this review… if you will up your temperature on your thermostat so I don’t leave your restaurant feeling like I have to put myself on the defrost setting in my microwave!

I ordered two pizza’s online to be delivered at a certain time last Friday night. First, I must say that I like to order online. It’s convenient and gives you time to think about what you really want. Although, when I have a paper coupon I can never find the coupon code so I can’t enter it on my order. I wanted the pizza to be delivered at a certain time because a babysitter was coming to watch our kids. I thought it’d be good if they had pizza so she wouldn’t have to make them anything. They arrived at my door one hour before that time! Irritating. I had also called and asked that they send some extra pizza sauce with my order. The man was nice over the phone and said they usually charge extra for that, but he’d send it with my order for free. The extra sauce didn’t come with our pizza. The delivery person said that there was no note to bring any. Over the past year or so I’ve given them several chances. I will not order from them again.

Not real food. Such a dirty restaurant, horrible, rude staff, disgusting excuse for food. I can’t belive this place is still in operation. What a joke! Avoid at all costs!

I ordered a pizza online today and had it delivered. I don’t know if something negative happened at this restaurant today but almost every person was in a bad mood today. The pizza I received was filled with grease. The bread was soggy and when you touched any slice of pizza in the box your hands would become very greasy instantly. Knowing that this is not how there pizza is usually I decided to call the restaurant. When I called I spoke with the manager about the pizza. He was nice and all but he decided to lie to me and tell me he gave me credit last month when I know that I did not ever ask for credit from him nor have I ever spoken to him before. I asked him to tell me when he gave me a credit and as I suspected he had no answer for me and asked me what I wanted to do about this situation. I kindly asked for a remake because I didn’t want to feed my guests this pizza. When the delivery man came to give us our pizza he was in a bad mood. This was the most disappointing part of the whole experience. I told him what had happened and he began to argue with me that this is just how the pizza is and he had this really terrible expression on his face the whole time. What happened to service with a smile? And the customer is always right? At the end of this whole argument he said sorry sarcastically like it was my fault that they made a bad pizza. If I am paying for something I have the right to be satisfied with it. If I am not satisfied, it is my duty to tell them that it is not correct so that they do not make the mistake again. I wanted to tell the delivery man to take the pizza back because his «talk» was so disappointing. I have been a customer here for a really long time but I won’t be taking my business here again due to this experience.

Absolutely the WORST SERVICE!!! After getting home from the hospital I ordered a pizza for my kids because I just had surgery and they said it would be 50 mins. 1 hour and 30 mins later (8:55) I called and they said IT WAS JUST BEING TAKEN OUT OF THE OVEN!!! And it would be another HOUR! 2 hours for a pizza? By that time everything else around me was closed!!! And the manager (Alan) was extremely rude!!!

«Decent» pizza, Delivery is promised in 40 mins or less, but they need to lose the young, snot nose brat that answers the phone with the attitude. In this economy, I’m sure there are plenty of people who would appreciate having that QUEEN BEE’S JOB!

No military discounts, does not offer or honor any of the running pizza hit specials. Seats are in bad shape too, don’t sit in the booths

I have never been to this Pizza Hut location before, but I have to say that this place was pretty damn good. The only reason I didn’t give it all five stars is because the parking lot was sort of oddly situated and it was difficult to get to this particular location… no direct entrance from the road if you we’re coming from the other side. The inside was also very very small.
HOWEVER…
There are LOTS of positives… I came here with my High School Tennis Players who were all hungry from a long long day on the courts playing their hearts out. Immediately after we walked in, we were greeted and asked how many we had in our party… once they knew, they swiftly fixed the tables in the back so that we could all sit together family style. The entire staff were friendly to us and they were all happy to help us. The menu was sufficient and the $ 10 pizza deal was great… how can you go wrong with a 9 slice pizza/​pan pizza so it was thick/​and it came with 3 possible toppings pipping hot straight from the oven??? We ordered 5 of these and they were thoroughly delicious! Also they gave us a discount on the drinks since there were so many of us… we didn’t even ask for it. haha SCORE! The inside of this location was clean and organized and was nicely decorated with tons of catch phrases, road signs, car plates, and other quirky things. :) a quaint little place, but it was an enjoyable experience. :) 5 Large and filling pizzas with 18 drinks for 70 Bucks? So much win. :) haha

I popped in here for a quick chemical food lunch. Plus I wanted to flesh out my Unilocal Pizza Hut list LOL. It’s a dine-​in location however its small and a little bit atypical. It doesn’t have waiter service or a salad bar. You order at the counter and they bring the food to your table.
Breadsticks were fresh and the personal pan was as expected. The staff is super nice. They also had Law & Order on the flat screen so that’s extra props right thurr.
Just as an FYI they are lacking pastas. I think they have the baked ones that serve a ton of people but they don’t have the basic single portion spaghetti and meatballs.

So I looove Pizza Hut pizza period. But that’s about the only think I like about this location.
If you can order online! It never fails, no matter the time of day, no matter what day of the week you will spend at least 5.5 min on hold if you call in your order.
I’m sure you’re thinking I’m elaborating but i’m not! I live in Plumas Lake in a new home which the address doesn’t exist when I try to order most things online. So I always call in my order, from my cell which is my primary phone. I have called in orders on 4 separate times with the same experiences.
I haven’t sat down and ate my pizza at this restaurant since I was a kid. The restaurant is small, dark & creepy. Tho I must say they have updated the décor so it’s not as bad as it was. Customer service leaves much to be desired but they make good pizza!
