Arrived fast and on a Sunday – which is a plus. Our water pump was simply worn out due to seven years of continues wear. The repairman tried to wrap the pump in some bubble wrap because he did not have the correct pump mounting bracket. Nice, I was going to pay full price for a half ass job? He failed to secure the hose that holds the debris catcher, which also attaches to the pump; so we ended up with water all over the floor and I had to clean it up even though he had a wet-​dry vacuum right next to him. On top of all this, I had to listen to his sermon on how the Earth is only 6,000 years old, and that evolution is not correct… I don’t need a sermon ! I need my appliance repaired and to get some sleep… since I work night shift from 2200 – 0600.
NEVER AGAIN WILL I CALL HOYT APPLIANCE REPAIR !
