I am facing a dilemma… I can only carry 1 item home in my back pack and I love the Felix the Cat clock and the pink ceramic day of the dead skull.

Found this store on my first day visiting downtown Martinez and really liked it. If I hadn’t been so worried about my meter expiring a couple streets down, I would have spent a lot longer strolling around the store. I was greeted immediately by a woman behind the counter. The booths are so much fun exploring. There is A LOT to see. There are two floors. Depending on who the vendor is, I thought for the most part that the prices were reasonable. I settled on two china plates. I was hoping the friendly woman would have been my cashier, but when I got up to the counter she was away from it. Instead, there was a man behind the counter wearing an old stained t-shirt who saw me, but didn’t acknowledge me. I figured he either does not run the register or clearly does not want to work. So, I stood there. And I stood there. He still didn’t acknowledge or call out for someone to help me. Finally, the nice woman came back to the counter and the man says to her, «Do you want me to get this?» She cheerfully grabbed a plate and began to wrap it for me while he filled out the receipt pad and rung me up. Are you kidding me?! So, he CAN ring people up? Good grief. Incidentally, the man never once said hello or thank you to me. So for me, the store is just«A-OK»(in Unilocal rating lingo) and not«Woo-hoo, As Good As It Gets.» I would have given it another star had I not been treated like a pink elephant.

They are a tad pricey and I almost never find anything to buy here but its fun to look. Unfortunately the quality of stuff here is pretty low. Its packed to the brim of things to look at but I tend to skip this place as it feels like I only window shop throughout this store. I think I bought 1 or 2 things and the people there are very friendly, just wish the dealers there had better things for sale.

WOW! This antique shop is amazing. I saw so many unique items with great prices. I had a blast just browsing and my daughter and her friend(they are tweens) had just as much fun. I will be going back and allowing more time to look around.

Great antique shop, very nice helpful and friendly folks, great prices and a huge selection — I will be returning with my wife! There are many great shops in the area, but this was by far the best.

This is a must see if you’re in downtown Martinez. This place is absolutely huge and houses all sorts of antiques and collectibles. Give yourself at least an hour to get lost in here. :)

Another awesome antique store in Martinez(FYI there’s like 7 within walking distance of downtown). The two floored, warehouse sized Antique Corner operates a little differently than regular stores, as they have sections that are being consigned by other dealers. This means that should you not like the price and wish to haggle, it really depends on what area you found your item in. I adored their vintage designer wall, filled with Gucci, Chanel and LV. One Gucci scarf in particular caught my eye. They had a carousel horse for 2500 and a huge amount of vintage toys. I also saw a nice array of black light glassware and vintage clothing. My favourite siting was some disney pins. A hard find in any store. The only drawback I found was their pricing, which was about 50% too high. I adored this set of faux pearls with an interesting clasp, but for 16 dollars, it just wasn’t worth the buy. I also heard some other customers complaining of the amount of items they were interested in as well. I’m giving it a 3 because while I’d come back for the selection, the price will make me grumble.
