Wendy’s

After waiting 20 minutes in line at the drive-​thru, this was the medium fries I received when I returned to my office. Disappointing. The spicy chicken sandwich was good though.

I got my order in about 10 seconds at 430 on a Sunday in the drive-​through. The food was waiting for me before I got to the window. A chicken sandwich meal. There was not a customer to be seen in the parking lot. When I got back to the office four minutes later I threw it all away. It was clearly hours old, not minutes old. The frys were a lower temperature than my office. They felt chill to the touch. Gross. I guess I can chalk it up to an $ 8 Coke Zero.

They advertise that they are open until 2am Thursday through Saturday. On a Saturday night I went to their drive thru at 1:30am they quickly replied through the speaker that they were closed. Not cool advertising, I was disappointed.

Remodeled and super clean. Drive thru moves incredibly fast and the staff are friendly, quick, and helpful.
Only issues (–1 star), 1^st time I came everything fine (June 5,2015 at 12:45). 2^nd time I came: no receipt, missing straws and spoon, had to stop at Gulf Express up on Route 20 East to get some (June 5,2015 at 8:48). The Milford Wendy’s wouldn’t have forgotten…

Came in today. Waited, as usual, for somebody to wait on us. The lady was nice and apologetic. She had her hands full with kitchen employees squabbling. You could hear them arguing throughout the restaurant and using foul language. Classy.

Hands down the best wendys i have ever been too. They never get my order wrong, and nothing is ever wrong with my food. Its always fresh, hot, and tasty. The service is quick inside, & out. The renovations make this wendys much nicer than it used to be. The food is pretty expensive for fast food, but its better tasting, and more fresh than other chain places. If you want to see poor service and dirty food area… then go to any wendys in worcester and your low star ratings will be valid. This place is much better than it used to be a few years ago. Try it again, if you haven’t been their since there renovations!

While traveling home on Easter we needed to find a place to eat so we decided to stop at this Wendy’s. What a horrible choice we made. When we walked in, our choice seem promising due to the fact that this Wendy’s is really nice and remodeling. This fleeting thought was soon to change.
When we enter the restaurant we were the only ones inside. We stood at the counter for legitimately 5 minutes until someone finally came to take our order. When we were finally able to order some of the items we wanted we couldn’t get because they weren’t prepared. One example of this was that they had no baked potatoes. They said that they had run out and it would be half an hour because they were in the oven. This in itself was not the issue.
We ended up ordering two burgers, chicken nuggets, and french fries which took another 5 minutes to get. The burgers and chicken nuggets tasted dehydrated, and the French fries tasted as though they had been fried in old oil.
The final issue was that as we were waiting we could see into the kitchen and I have to say that it was a mess. There was trash and food scraps everywhere which idid not help our appetite.

5 star for the staff and décor. 3 star for an overpriced salad with not much chicken… too bad. Seriously — if you are that worried about your diet, order a plain salad and a grilled chicken sandwich and chuck the buns — you will have the «save your conscience» rabbit food AND enough protein. Pass on the dressings — they are terrible. Yep, 6.00+ salad — LOTS of lettuce (about ¹⁄₈ of a head) and smidgen of chicken… seriously. A head of iceberg lettuce is UNDER $ 2! :-(but my son’s chicken sandwich was nice. I love frosty’s so, that is another saving grace!

I love the renovations this Wendy’s has done, it’s very comfortable inside and the addition of a fireplace and television screens is a plus as are the new drink machines overall this is a very nice place as far as fast food restaurants go

Not only did they renovate the restaurant, but the staff as well. It was previously managed by truly apathetic teens and early twenty something’s. Now, adults are on staff and run a fairly tight ship. The menu has been revamped and the quality of the food has increased. This is a good value and it blows five guys away.

If I could give zero stars I would. The man who was working the drive thru was awful. I was ordering about 10 hamburgers for the people who were helping us move. When I finished placing my order He rudely remarked «wow are you SURE you only want TEN burgers? Is that gonna fill you up???» As if I were eating them all myself, he made me feel foolish for a hot second! When I pulled up to pay, they asked me to please Park in the parking lot so I can help them with their wait times… So I waited an extra 10 minutes in the Parking lot. When the woman brought my food I asked her if the man on the speaker was the manager, she said yes and apologized for his rude remark. At least I wasn’t crazy for thinking it was bizarre. When I got home the burgers were a sloppy mess. It was disgusting, even for a couple dollars per burger. Honestly cant believe how awful the management is.

Clean, bright
Food reminds me of Wendy’s in the past, fresh and appetizing. A big improvement over most of my recent experiences with this chain.
Large but somewhat inexperienced staff. Service a bit slower than what I expected.
