This five guys is upto par with a well run five guys. Good turn over due to demand. The wait is moderate for the food, they do their best. Very polite staff. Very clean restaurant.

Been here a couple times before, first couple times weren’t bad, but the burger was always so-so. After my last trip though, I will never be back. Girl was very pleasant when I ordered, however, I got my burger and fries, no shake. I told the guy I was supposed to have a shake also, he says yeah, they’ll get it up front. I reminded them it was banana, they said no problem, I waited another 5 minutes for them to make it. Finally got the shake and headed home, where I discovered a) it was vanilla, not banana like I ordered and b) they didn’t put any bacon on the burger which I specifically requested. I understand mistakes happen, that’s not the reason I won’t go back, No, the reason is simple. I got Food Poisoning from the burger. I’m not kidding, within a few hours of eating it, I had the worst stomach pains of my life and couldn’t stop throwing up. Nevermind Five Guys, I’ll get my burgers somewhere else from now on thanks. Don’t need to go through that again.

Don’t know what all the hype is about but this place is average. I think they charge a little to much for such a mediocre burger.

It was good. I would definitely not say it’s the best burger ever. It was too greasy and the buns got too thin because of it. But the service was good. The speed was okay. I wish I got an idea of the size of the fries as I ordered way too much. The place was clean, friendly, and burgers are their business. They are on top of their supplies and making sure they do promote American farms. Which I loved. The burger itself was a 2.5 but the extra was for the American pride it shows. Honestly, the only reason why I gave it a low rating is because I have had much better burgers.

Stopped in for dinner the other night… I have been to many Five Guys so its hard to review another one… They werent as friendly as the people in my local one so they lose 1 start. Customer Service is a big deal… Be friendly! Otherwise its a burger, it was fine!

This is my favorite five guys location. The only thing i could complain about is when its busy, there arent really any seats. There is plenty of parking in the huge plaza parking lot. The people who work there are friendly and helpful, they know the menu without looking. The burger was juicy and cooked perfect, it wasnt greasy and unappetizing. I dont like eating much meat, but i eat the whole burger every time i go. Usually the fries are the leftovers, but thats because they give you so many! A cup of them, and then more in the bag?! They give like 10 potatoes worth, of fries to every person, lol! The place is clean, and theres peanuts in shells that you can also have for free. I love how they actually have mr. Pibb soda. When i went there the first time, i was surprised with how much i enjoyed my experience.

Lousy rude people who can’t handle money. Their burgers really aren’t that good. Fries are and limp. Most recent experience completely turned me off when the cashier short changed me and gave me attitude when I tried to show her that a «quarter» she’d given me was actually a nickel. She just rolled her eyes, turned around and walked away. When I tried to talk to the manager, the other person behind the counter just chuckled and shrugged. I can certainly understand if I gave her attitude, but I did not. I exercise politeness with my food preparers so as not to have spit as a condiment.(not that I’m implying that Five Guys would ever do that)

Burger was so greasy the bun disintegrated and the fries were not invitingly crisp at all. They(the fries) were but a sad heavily oiled and heavily salted«hot mess». Also, don’t let me forget that I had the privilege of dropping over $ 10 bucks for this grease ball.

Have been here several times now and absolutely love it… I got a double cheeseburger with mushrooms and peppers with a little fry and it was fantastic. The food is consistently good and the service has always been friendly and efficient. The only thing keeping it from 5 stars is the somewhat highish price. I got a cheeseburger little fry and drink and it was 11.55 which keeps me from visiting here more then Wendy’s across the street when I’m not feeling spendy.

I give 3 stars because of hwo inconsistent this place is. I have been a few times and most of the time its great but this last time was so awful. it was almost an hour ordeal to get food to go, and when they messed up our order and forgot to season our fries my husband asked if they would season them… well they seasoned them all right, to the point where they were inedible… I mean come on how old are you? it felt like they were throwing a tantrum and making us suffer for it. the woman who took our order didn’t even make eye contact with us. over all just a horrible experience. I don’t know why they were all so unhappy there but seriously it’s not my fault –please don’t ruin our food we paid over 40 dollars for dinner and got food that was inedible.

I have had mixed experiences here but lately they have all been good. Order a cheeseburger — and you get two burgers smothered in yummy cheese. Add whatever toppings you desire… if you want all that they offer they will put it all on there for you! My go to is lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, mayo and ketchup — its a mouthful but they get it right every time! If you think the regular cheeseburger is too big they do offer a one burger but they don’t really explain it. They do have hot-dogs too… which are surprisingly good. The rolls are always fresh too. Now the fries… there is no need to ever order a large fry unless you are feeding more than 4 people! They fill a regular size cup of fries and then scoop tons of extra fries in your bag… you always know its good when the grease starts coming thru the brown bag. They always have a huge line during meal times waiting for food. I definitely suggest you call ahead and order(this location does not offer on-line ordering). Once you call ahead your order of kind of skips the line when you get in so that you are only waiting 5 or so minutes instead of 15−20/

Always have had excellent experiences here. Do be aware the fries are delicious and abundant. They make no apologies for this. It’s 1000 calories of fried potato-y goodness. Heart meds optional.

Very clean, even after lunch. The team here is the nicest crew I’ve come across at various Five Guys around the country. Amazing burgers. Be careful not to order the fries unless you’ve got help :)

Compared to the other Five Guys locations I’ve been to, this one is pretty mediocre. Don’t get me wrong, the efficiency in ordering was there, but the resulting burger was not what I expected. I loaded up a cheeseburger with everything but jalapenos and onions, and what I ended up with was a soggy mess of half-cooked burger that kept falling out of the bun. What’s worse is that the bun itself came to me smooshed, so you’d think that that would have held the burger together. Nope. And my mushrooms were cold. At least the fries were somewhat decent — not enough to make me come back here again the next time I drive out to the middle of nowhere for a convention.

You know what? I’ve vastly over-estimated my opinion of Five Guys Burgers and Fries. I was at this location again recently, and their burgers are just blah. I want you to actually TASTE the meat here. I mean the actual BURGER itself — not while piled with all kinds of sauces and toppings. It’s blah. It’s the most blah meat I’ve ever tasted. And, not to mention, the burgers here are not well-constructed: the«patty» will simply fall apart once you pick it up. It’s gross. I ordered a burger with«everything» and it was a mess to eat. It immediately fell apart once I picked it up. The meat just crumbled. All the toppings slid everywhere. It was chaos. Sure, I got what I paid for, but now I know better — a burger with everything here isn’t worth it. The meat that fell apart, I actually ate, to see if it was any good on it’s own. It’s not. It’s boring. - Also — they screwed up my friends’ order. He wanted bacon, got no bacon. He did walk up and ask for it and they gave him some in foil. But still. It’s not like he was asking for much. - The fries are excellent, and they sure give you a lot. But the burgers? PASS.

If you’ve read my previous reviews, you know I’ve loved my previous visits to other five guys locations in two states now and yesterdays was no different. This was the first time I sat down to eat in. There was plenty of seating and the dining area was remarkably clean in spite of being open for a few hours. My only suggestion to management, please add a children’s menu. Buying anything for my three year old is a waste as I end up throwing most of it in the garbage.

There’s a lot of options in this plaza – Panara, Sushi, and Indian, plus some chains in the area. Five Guys is as close as we have to In-N-Out Burger What they do well: * Juicy burgers cooked to order with a great selection of veggies and condiments * Overflowing french fries * Friendly service without overdoing it — fast, competent, and efficient * Free peanuts in the shell Cleanliness is alright, but not stellar. I can get away with a burger & fries here about once a month. :-)

Five Guys Burgers and Fries… I have been waiting and waiting for this. I watched them hang the paper sign in the window, and then the lighted sign on the store front. I watched as griddles got installed and tables and chairs were delivered… I listened to the hype and, in part, the hype is true, but only in part. We had a large(ish) order(4 or 5 things) so we had it clearly printed what goes with what and just handed them the list. They got it wrong. Raw onions came sauteed. Bacon went on the wrong burger. And our vegetarian(and us) assumed«veggie» meant veggie burger, when, in fact, it means bun with burger ingredients on no meat(so she got a bun with tomatoes, wrong onions, and relish — which was supposed to be on the side but wasn’t). I am tempted to give them credit by saying that they’re busy and they just opened and they’ll sort it out, but we ordered more things from the Chipotle that just opened a few doors down on their opening day and Chiptole made no errors. So I say, busy or not is no excuse. And they should be clear on their menu that«veggie» does not mean veggie burger. That said, I had a cheeseburger with mushrooms and some cajun fries and I’ve got to say… it was all DAMNGOOD.(But, you know, damn good for fast food whne comparing to McDonald’s and BK, not when comparing to full service restaurant chains.)
