McDonald’s

First of all, the food is okay, typical McDonalds. My review is of the condition of the place. Every time my family and I go there they are washing the floors. The container with the dirty water and mop is always in the middle of the floor. The floors are slippery and the dirty water and mop are disgusting. The floor washer was even in the playground area and kids were walking in their bare feet all over the gross dirty water on the floor. I tried explaining this to the manager, but he didn’t seem to really care. We will not be coming back to this McDonalds.

I ordered a small drink and asked for a small cup since they forgot to add it to my meal. The employee gave me the most dirtiest look as if I was the reason to why she doesnt have a dad.
Without a word, she slam the cup on the counter. Gave me a lazy dirty look then walked away.
This bad service happens around 11ish on 03.05.2015
If you are DM and reading this, please do the business a favor and start looking into how these employees are treating the customers.
Perhaps the most rudest McDotnald I’ve been to.
To the employees, if you dont enjoy your job, then just leave. Dont put it out on the customers.
I will not be returning to this crap of service ever again.

I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel and they drowned it with mayo. I didn’t ask for anything special. Just a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel. Cant believe they screwed that. Just have listen to other people on Unilocal.Never eating there again. Wasted 5 bucks.

My husband is staying in the area for work. After driving home for the weekend, he stopped here for something quick to eat. It was kind of late or he would have picked something healthier. Bad idea. He was up puking all night. He thanks them for the food poisoning & not being able to get to work. (They shouldn’t even get 1 star but I had to put at least one to continue.)

This is not rocket science my friends. A simple order should not be an issue. Post renovation seems they stole the employee brains and common sense. Customer service is not blaming customer for Your ineptitude w simple tasks like an order. Quality is slipping here from top to bottom. Skip this exit and go elsewhere. Less aggravation this place took 3 trips thru drive thru to correct order. Pathetic

Sat in «lane 1» of the drive thru for 5 min while cars kept passing in lane 2. (Lane 1 was open as the two cars ahead of me got their orders taken). Worst drive thru experience… Hit up the Wendy’s across the street…

«Come on!» you say, «Its McDonald’s» I have been busting late nights at work and this place is open late so I have been twice. All I ask is be nice and get the order right. I know the food sucks already; when they give me the wrong crappy food I am perturbed.

Not so great, it felt kind of old. It’s good if you really need food, though.

Have only been through the Drive thru one time & they messed up so that doesnt speak highly of this McD’s… However they have a play area on Crack & cant wait to bring my son!

It’s McDonald’s. Good drive through, fast sometimes, slow others, but no complaints.

As far as McDonals go this one is very run of the mill. The service is normal, nothing impressive but the food comes out quick and hot and tasty. This is a place to bring kids because it has the play room, which really is a giant climbing thing with a slide.
Sadly last night when we went, 4 of us 2 kids, after we ordered the three people behind the counter all turned around and faced the kitchen to avoid waiting on the next 3 patrons in line. I’m not shocked, but I’m not impressed either.
Normally the restaurant, including the restrooms are clean along with the play place, despite the fact that EVERYONE, including me, ignores the no food or drink sign on the door and inside the room.
Once McDonalds becomes fully computer operated and run this will be the best place ever, until then just deal with the rude workers.
