Sigh… you know, I try to be fair, and I try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but this is really pushing it. How does a number 1, a number 2, and a kid’s meal turn into 2 number ones, and a missing fry order? Especially after repeating the order at the drive through. I can’t speak for the service inside, but this is the third, and last, time that this has happened at the drive-thru. There is a Burger King much closer to me that I am perfectly happy with. If you can’t get an order right after I repeated myself and then waited in a slow drive-thru line, then I’m done.

Something has seriously changed here. I used to drop by the drive though once in a while over the summer. My food came out hot fresh and the people at the window were SOOOO friendly. I’ve gone here recently — the place is filthy — sticky floors and flies buzzing around — no one speaks fluent English so they can’t get your order right unless you says it slowly 4 or 5 times. They NEVER have any food ready so you go in order a simple burger and you are standing their 15 minutes and there is no one else in line. And the people who work there must have something against condiments because my sandwich never NEVER has enough ketchup or mustard or tartar sauce. Also the food is stale and cold and it never used to be. I don’t know how a place could have gone so far down hill in such a short time. I believe the managers are not the same people who were there during the summer and neither is most of the staff, They should all be fired — really — the place has become a dump!

I put the review more in the middle because MOSTLY there is great service and a good place to have a meal! There are some really great workers here… BUT the problem is at some times the service is less than good. THOSE times are to be avoided!!! The early mornings seem to be that way. Last weel early at 5AMish I got a big breakfast and had to guide the worker as to what WAS included in it… butter, jelly etc. Was this the first day he was working? It was like he had NEVER done that before… Poor training or poor attitude? NOT sure… Today this same clown was busy as I waited at the counter. NO cars in drive through, just coffee stocking other things. He told me one minute, but I had already been there a few. I waited a few more and just left. A manager? I am sure there was one; probably in the back being useless to any customers. BUT that is the bad… which is just that… The good is great customer service at MOST other times.

I am dumb enough to get a banana at .69 each three times in a row because I keep thinking I’m sure they’ll buy good one!!! Well, today is the worst. I can only make banana bread from this one. Tried to be healthy since all their food isn’t healthy at all. Next time i’ll just skip it and have a milk

This location is a little sluggish in everything they do. Acknowledgment of you being there, taking an order, preparing an order, serving you what you requested. The simple stuff. It’s clean… enough. Townies(weird ones at that) frequent the place on Saturday mornings, so be aware that you don’t sit in their«spot»

Ok, it’s mcdonalds, let’s be real. It isn’t a place for fine dining or really even dining. it’s grab and go. i went through the drive thru at 6:02 am yesterday. after ordering a large diet coke and hasbrowns, i left the drive thru at 6:10. i was the only car in line. 8 minutes, 2 items, one is food, no waiting. of course 8 minutes is reasonable(dripping with saracasm). i thought they must be making them…nope. stone cold cooked hasbrowns. and coke. not diet coke. this place has a consistent problem differentiating between coke and diet coke — even if the receipt/screen is correct. this has to be the worse McD in the HUB.

I figured that 930 in the morning I would be able to get some decent hash browns. But NOOOOOO!!! I ordered 2 hash browns from the drive thru before heading to the bank. So I was eating the first one which was not that great(fried twice) but still edible while driving to the bank. Then, I TRIED to take a bite into the 2nd one after I finished with the first. It seemed like it’s been fried like 3x min. It was literally crunchy all the way thru. The whole time I was in the bank, I was deciding if I should drive back to McD’s to complain. IT’s only fifty cents, but still. I felt like I got ripped off! It’ll cost me another fifty cents to go back there with today’s gas prices. So I did go back, walked in, and showed them the damn hash brown. She didn’t say anything and packed me fresh hash browns and apologized as she handed it to me. Now these 2 are great and what my taste buds were yearning for. I chowed it down before I even reached my lot which is just a mile down the road. It was definitely worth the drive back!!!
