The staff is always very friendly and helpful. They typically greet as you walk in and walk you to what you are looking for. Often times they offer tips and tricks if you have questions on a particular project. All in all I highly recommend them.

This is a great, friendly place. The staff is always helpful and will walk you right to what you are looking for. I’m always in and out of there in minutes. Always my first choice over one of the big box stores. Go buy stuff and keep them in business!

I felt compelled to write this review because of the exceptional customer service I received yesterday. The staff was very knowledgable about where I could find the items I needed and how well some products work but it was way more than that. The blond women who was assisting me was probably the friendliest person I have ever met. When enroll ing me in their rewards program she noticed I had an out if state phone number and she even welcomed me to the neighborhood. I was having a really blah day and she put a smile on my face … Thank you for that :-)

Clerk: Sorry, because we are short staffed on the weekends we don’t provide that service today.

Welcome option in the corridor for odds and ends small job things, saves trips to bigger boxes, better quality than wal-mart down the street if more expensive. But that expense seems to go straight to staffing. They do aim to help and you are not going be ignored. Biggest plus — they actually fill propane tanks here. Lost art. Not just a 2/3rds full swap off a truck. Seem to last a lot longer.

We bought a patio set at Ace a couple of months ago. When the seat on one of the pieces started sagging, we took it back in to see what could be done. The manager could not have been more helpful! He has ordered a new sofa for us and is making sure the problem is resolved. The staff has been helpful and friendly every time I go in. I love having a neighborhood hardware store that is so convenient and easy!
