Sylvia at this location is AWESOME! I came in at closing to mail a package to Thailand. Later that evening after they closed I found out the address that I sent the package to was incorrect. I came to the store when they opened the next day and thank goodness the package had not left the store yet. Sylvia went above and beyond to help get the address changed for me with out additional cost. Very good customer service! This location has the very best employees!!!

Great management! Just went here to mail my daughter’s hair for donation to Pantene Beautiful Lengths and the manager paid for the shipping! Awesome to go to businesses with a heart! Prayers for her friend fighting breast cancer in Chicago.

You know what? i was pleasantly surprised. My expectation for ANY «mail service» location is the USPS model — long lines, uncaring, hard to deal with, robotic, and you just hope everything goes OK in the end.
My experience was nothing like that. I walked in and actually had an employee make eye contact AND smile!!! That threw me for a loop! I almost didn’t know how to react… It took her less than a minute to get to me, and about that long to help me. i was doing an on line return, so I had the box taped and the label ready, with it just needing to be taped on. This would still take a while at the post office… And, I was actually given the tracking information without needing to ask!!! Wow…
I’ll be back when I need to be. i have a new friend!
