I was disappointed with the food served this morning at this location. I was meeting my sister and brother in law for breakfast and their food was cold. They said the service was great and they received their food very quickly so why it was cold I do not understand. Once I got there and ordered, the food again came out fast but it was warm at best. Our waiter was very pleasant and we enjoyed his service. The restaurant wasn’t very busy hence my disappointment. It’s sad to say but food here is hit or miss.

The service is always exceptional at this location and I’m always allowed to order a Patty Melt which is not on the menu, even during breakfast!
My hubby always has the Ligonberry crepes and eggs and he devour’s every single bite.
The restaurant is very clean and well maintained by the staff. Of course, we’ll be back again and again! Breakfast, lunch or dinner??? It’s all good!

Excellent service and Derrick was on the ball with having many table to serve. Our food was good and filling. The manager was polite and right there with his team assisting in the quality and experience of the patrons.

went 2 days ago and our waiter seemed like he didn’t know what to do he’d say he was gonna refill our drink then go walk around for 5 minutes it’s was kinda irritating havin a waiter not knowin what he needed to do

This is a great customer service location! They always get you back in a decent time frame, even if the place is packed! And each server is very attentive and kind! Food is always great and service always superior! My families favorite IHOP!

We went to Ihop yesterday for breakfast and only because Our place was full it was 9:00 am. We had to wait 15 mins but no big deal it was warm outside. We got in and were seated at a table meant for 4 on the right side, their was only two of us. I kept telling my husband we were so squished by everyone else that I believe this table wasn’t meant to be their. We felt very uncomfortable getting bumped every second. Moving on my only problem was as soon as we sat down Our waiter asked us what we wanted to drink and were we ready to order. The waitress seen we were just sat sown any ways I ordered the Colorado omelet it was good.

Not crazy about the long wait time and the place is far from spotless but the service I got there last weekend (Saturday) was exceptional. There is a woman named Guili (I know I butchered the name) that served us and she was on it. Exceptional service is an understatement. I’ve heard from others that she was great — but forgot to ask for her. She has this accent that is partially from Puerto Rico and Arabian. You have to sit in her area. Service always trumps food in my opinion. She could bring you a bowl of dog food and you’d walk out of there planning your next trip.

It’s hit or miss here. Not the best for sure. called to place an order, the guy asked me if I would hold. I agreed, but not only did he put the phone down on the counter where I could here everything… he never picked it back up to take my order.

My order came out wrong. Wrong eggs.
They never refilled my drink.
I asked for catchup and it never came. I had to ask for my toast 2 times after I ordered it and when they finally put it on my table there was hair on it.
Congratulations! I will never eat here again.

Crowded, bad service, not very good food. Very busy for breakfast on weekends. Better options exist for equal price.

Ihop tends to be hit and miss when it comes to each location, as it is with most chain restaurants. However, the Debbie Lane location in Mansfield is one of the better locations, and holds a special place in my heart as this is where my wife and I went on our first date. Unless you come in the middle of a lunch rush, this Ihop is pretty clean, and we have never had an issue with the service; in fact, the best server I have EVER had at ANY establishment was at this Ihop. We came here in veterans day, and this server repeatedly thanked us for our time, and thanked each veteran he helped for his service to America. He was indeed a cut above the rest!

Staff was horrible!!! Place was nasty and the waitress dropped my blueberries on the floor and put them back on my plate with her hands!!! I will never return.

Just left Mansfield I Hop my wife and I were seated set they for 20 minutes no one every came and got our drink order. Got up and left gave them the menus back told them what happened, they didn’t say any thing about it, they just watched us walk out. Won’t be back

The Mansfield IHOP has been very hit-​or-​miss for us over the last 6 or so years. 2 visits ago, I almost instituted a lifelong boycott of this store based on the fact that it was Saturday morning and they ran out of the mix used to make the crepes for their Swedish pancakes. The excuse was «we just got a new manager and they’re not used to how much stuff to order» or something like that.
Well…fast-forward a year or so to now and they finally seem to have gotten things to click. Service was quick, professional and friendly. The food was hot and prepared correctly and overall a very positive and rewarding visit. As a benchmark I’ve always held the Arlington (Parks mall) store in the highest regard since we’ve always had a very nice experience there. The Mansfield store looks like it’s finally gotten some game.
I look forward to our next visit.

My son and I eat here at least once a month. Their food is very good & is cooked when it’s ordered. This makes a big difference! Their employees have always been good to us. I’d recommend this Mansfield, Texas Ihop anytime!

This restaurant is consistently bad. I like ihop and frequent others such as the one in arlington or off of hulen. This one is terrible. Cold, spoiled food, rude staff, and inattentive. If it were a one time bad experience, I’d leave it alone, but four times in six months and zero improvement.
Stay away from this location.

I’m not an IHOP regular but I was pleased with my last visit while visiting family. We stopped in to IHOP on a weekday morning so it wasn’t crowded. The service was friendly and quick. Prices were decent.
The food was average and a little too cheesy/​greasy. but nothing I couldn’t handle! :)
I wish they offered other sides with the omelettes instead of pancakes (3 is way too many for a ‘side’) or fruit which is mostly just melon and a few grapes (blah).
