I have only gotten take away, my order has always been spot on and the food quality excellent. Wish the rewards program was a little more generous, $ 1.00 off a pick 2 isn’t really motivating haha. Keep up the good work!

I am disappointed in this place. I had been to several different my PBs in the metroplex and was excited to have one built in Mansfield, but that has waned. I first was disappointed in the drive through. The wait was incredible — close to 20 mins, but it was for better food right? Then, on different visits, I had the different soups — broccoli cheese and potato. Both had a disappointing taste, but what sent me over the edge to complete disappoint was the Mac and cheese. I had to find out the hard way that PB does not make the Mac and cheese on sight, but actually microwave it from frozen. Parts of mine were still frozen! I immediately took it back to get nuked to a higher temperature. I just had higher hopes for this place. Disappointment is the feeling I have for PB in Mansfield now.

Foods great, dont do drive through. Painfully slow, easier to get out or go to Starbucks. 2 stars due to drive through

My favorite healthy drive through! Gotta love the Fuji apple salad and yummy short brad cookies… I’ve never had a bad meal here! I like to order the half and half combo that includes broccoli cheese soup and the Fuji Apple salad. A little on the expensive side but the freshness is worth it

Honestly, I have had better sandwiches from Subway and they have processed meats. We ordered both the turkey cranberry flatbread and the turkey avocado club and the meat is non existent not to mention instead of the nice sliced turkey you see on the picture it’s pieces of broken up turkey. It’s awful to say the least and the service could definitely be better. Nothing about this place is worth rating or coming back. I’m posting a picture of one of the sandwiches

What is going on with this place? Unclean and not so friendly service. I brought my family here for a lite-dinner and the dining are was just a mess with tables uncleared and old plates left on the tables at half of of the dining area. The cashier made us feel rushed to order with no one in line. The food however was good. I had the Turkey Avocado Sandwich at 580 calories. It was fresh and delightful. I will come back again and sit outside.

Yuck! Came here for a bowl of soup. Got the potato soup, don’t know why, I usually get the broccoli cheese but I was going to try something new. It was gross. It was watery and lacked potatoes. The few potatoes were so mushed like they had soaked in boiling water too long. Over cooked possible. It lacked any kind of flavor. I added salt and pepper but it didn’t help. Left most of the soup in the bowl. Not worth coming back for.

Love the food but 30 minute wait for half of a salad and a smoothie? They need to get their stuff together!

Love Panera, and I have for years. I was thrilled to have one open in Mansfield. We’ve been there several times, and the food is always fine. Sometimes the dining room is a bit messy(dirty floor, etc.) at busier times, but whatever. I can’t eat lettuce. I wish I could, but I can’t. On one visit, the cashier suggested I have them make the salad I wanted with just kale, because I can eat kale, and they can make a salad with only kale. Great. Sign me up. Last night, I did that again. The cashier looked confused and asked me to explain what I meant, so I did. Hubby ordered, we paid and got out of the way. I looked at the receipt to make sure it said«no lettuce» on it. Boy — did it ever — because what it actually said was, «NOLETTUCEKALEONLYIDKLMAO»(that’s «I Don’t Know Laughing My Ass Off» at the end). Excuse me? I asked for the manager, and explained that I go to Panera especially because they can make a salad that takes into account my food sensitivities. Then I showed her the receipt and read it and she was horrified. She apologized and comped our meal, and made it clear it would be handled. I realize that food service employees hear all kinds of requests and maybe they seem silly. Food allergies and sensitivities aren’t silly to me. I hope the manager is able to get this turned around.

I visited this location soon after it opened. It is a little frustrating that because they have computer kiosks to order, only one person needs to be on register no matter how long the line. The food took a little longer than usual, or it should considering it wasn’t crowded and the food is relatively simple. I was also surprised to see that, although the store had only been open a couple of weeks, the furniture was really worn and there was already sign of wear on the restaurant. The food was actually delicious. I love their bread and all the possibilities available with the pick 2. I also got a dessert added on for a small fee and it was quite delicious.

We waited over 30 minutes for them to prepare 2 half salads to go. Granted, this was a Friday during lunch, but that amount of time is inexcusable. I love panera and every other one I’ve been to is very efficient. I will not return to the mansfield location anytime soon.

Panera is slowly becoming a favorite of mine thanks to my wonderful better half. She loves this place and i come here with her every now and them but i find myself going on my own now. I even got a Mypanera card now. Im still new to panera but i already have a favorite and its the broccoli cheese soup. Thats all i really get from there its so good. One time i think i tried the club sandwich or something like that but it was good too. This location just opened and from the looks of earlier reviews had a rough start. My visit here was a good one i guess things are starting to smooth out for them now. I didnt have any problems and my food came out fast and it was hot so based on my first experience at the new location i will be back.

I think they’ve gotten most of the new restaurant kinks worked out. This has been my go-to place. Always fresh. I love that you can order on the touch screen in the restaurant as well. My order is always accurate when I do this. I would highly recommend this location. I went here last night after a gross-out at the Chipotle down the street. It was refreshing to have fresh Panera in a restaurant that is clean and smells nice.

Oh dear. We SO wanted to like this. The online order didn’t work, so my husband called the order in. I heard a very good order conversation. But when he arrived for pick up, he wasn’t on the board and he still had to go through the line to pay. The order was wrong, so he had to replace it. Sigh. When he finally got our food home almost an hour later, the Frontega chicken panini was delicious. The order clerk wisely suggested the half sandwich. He had the ham & cheese on rye. Delicious. The order ticket said ACCURACYMATTERS and to alert someone if the order was wrong & it would be corrected right away, with a free treat for your trouble. Perhaps that was the single pickle spear we got? I understand this is a new restaurant & they are working out the kinks. The cashier WAS very nice and the food WAS very good. But, 40 minutes for a $ 6 sandwich? «If I wait 40 minutes for a meal, there is usually a martini in my hand and a white cloth in the table.»

Nice to have different sandwich options in Mansfield. There is an option to order via a person or computer screen. If you order on the screen there’s a buzzer that you pick up and place your order under that number. The food is the same as it is at every panera, but I do recommend the pick 2. It has good portions and I left full.

They just opened and do not have bread bowls. I would not be upset if there were signs letting people know they were out. This was going to be my first time to eat at Panera and now I will never know what they taste like because I will never try and eat there again.
