Great spot! Great service! All I would add is that it is not open on Holidays at all. I wish I had known this before going on a holiday, had to go back the next day. I couldn’t find this information anywhere.

I live near by and this has been my go-to laundry place for 6 months. Laundry has been consistently clean. They’re quick — usually same-day turnaround(drop off around noon, ready by 5pm). To top it off, their rates are quite cheap at ~$ 1/lb. I’d give them the 5th star if they did pickup & delivery; it’s a mild annoyance to have to walk a few blocks to drop off & pick up my laundry.

We stayed in NY for an entire week, so needed to do some laundry. Followed a Unilocal lead and landed here. Ladies make you feel very welcome, changed us 13 dollars for 9.5 pounds of clothes, told us to be there 4 hours later and as such we arrived and voilà!! Our clothes are clean, folded, packed in plastic bag and smelling good. Straight forward service. Definitely coming back next time in NY for a long stay. You can also do your own laundry in their next door facility.

Worked quick, inexpensive, clothes done same day. Walked there from hotel on 47th&7th. Did sight seeing in Central Park. Took taxi back here and walked back to hotel. Clothes were clean. You won’t be disappointed.

So there was an accident on the plane. Not me but my friend. I guess they really don’t have a diy laundrymat but more like a typical laundrymat. This was the nearest to our hotel. Great service, reminded me of SF. Nice people. Quick too.

Cheap, they follow directions, and I got all my clothes back. What more can you ask for?

It’s your standard laundromat with a wash and fold service. It is actually two combined store fronts. The left is self service laundromat and the right is the wash and fold. Two lady’s seem to manage the store while also doing the wash and fold. They are quiet but friendly. The store seems to be a little rundown but it is clean and well stocked. There are a decent amount of chairs to sit and wait. There are lots of long tables for folding clothes and carts to transport you cloths around. The machines are several years old by they seem to be working with only a few out of order. I went in the morning so there was no wait and it was my first trip. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back. The location also boast a near by Starbucks and Dunkin so you can get a bite or drink while you wait. I did notice the wash and fold side was very busy. I liked how they pinned the actual ticket to the washer and dryer to track the clothes.

We frequent this family-run establishment a couple of times a month for their drop-off service. Friendly faces, honest people, fair pricing, and they’re always clear on how long the laundry will be ready in(usually a few hours). They fold and sort laundry — socks with socks, tshirts with tshirts, which makes putting away laundry so much simpler. Laundry always smells and is as clean as one would hope. I’ve used their service almost two dozen times and haven’t had a single item missing.

I used this place 3 times for drop-off while staying in the area. They always had it ready when promised(which was within 3 – 5 hours), they didn’t lose anything, and everything came back clean. 2 weeks laundry usually cost around $ 20. Seems like everything you could want in a wash & fold. BTW, cash only.

One timer. Staying at a midtown hotel. Dropped off 8 pounds of laundry. Paid $ 11. Picked it up a few hours later. On a Sunday. On a holiday weekend. What more could I ask for?

I use their drop off service and it’s awesome! Great price(not a dollar per pound as listed by another reviewer), very quick turnaround time and I haven’t had any damaged clothes. I’ve only lived in the area for 2 years but thus far, I can’t complain about this place. I’ve been using them since day one for all my wash n’ fold needs.

A pretty standard laundromat, in terms of services and pricing. Small washers take 10 quarters to start, big washers take 17 quarters, and the huge dryers cost one quarter per six minutes(except for one which is a quarter per seven minutes… but you have to find it yourself). Drop off service is pricey, as usual — I think it’s something like a dollar a pound. There are tailoring services as well but I’ve never used them. I have one major complaint about this laundromat. It is EXCEEDINGLY narrow — if you’re loading up a washing machine and someone wants to squeeze past you to get to the dryers in the back, you have to shut the door to your washer and lean up against it. This is especially obnoxious when it’s crowded and people are taking their good sweet time loading up their washing machines. The area where the dryers are located isn’t much better, since all the laundry carts somehow end up back there and there’s just no way to move around. I also get irritated when I go to unload my washing machine, only to find all my clothes unceremoniously dumped in a laundry cart or on the counter(and subsequently, on the floor) because someone else(an employee? an impatient patron?) couldn’t wait two more minutes for me to unload it and did it themselves. Yeah, okay, so I wasn’t standing there waiting next to my washer for it to finish up; yeah, I went and got a freaking coffee and it took two or three minutes longer than I expected. I feel like there should be some kind of five minute grace period before strangers start unloading my washing machine for me. Honestly, I hate doing laundry, and this place doesn’t make it any better. I’d always do drop off if I could afford it, or walk to another, better laundromat farther away if I wasn’t toting around 40 pounds of laundry. But alas, I’m broke, and seem to wear a lot of clothes — thus forcing me to join the masses of Hell’s Kitchen residents in doing laundry inside this cramped laundromat.
