Used this company to send my household goods furniture etc from California to the Azores… What a NIGHTMARE! The estimate went up from $ 4800 to $ 6900… They promised me it would be delivered in 30 days it took 10 months you read it right…10 months! And that’s after complaints to the NYCBBB and agreeing to their terms and than no more communication from them again… Which prompted me to reopen the original complaint with the NYCBBB to settle the complaint. We finally got our furniture delivered which I had to pay for a customs inspection in the UK over $ 350 with most of the furniture damaged and anything that had glass shattered! Funny thing is the only items intact were the ones I packed myself in Home Depot heavy duty cardboard boxes… All in good condition! I WOULDSTRONGLYSUGESTIFYOURELOOKINGTOHAVEYOURHOUSEHOLDGOODSSHIPPEDNEVERTOUSEYHISCOMPANYNOTEVENCONSIDERTHEM!

I had the most horrible experience with this ‘acclaimed’ shipping company. 1. First they offered a cheaper price than competitors, then they added ‘unforeseen’ extra trucking costs. 2. Then the pick-up guy dropped my carefully wrapped and packed box containing my valuable road bike(the carbon fork arrived in two pieces). 3. The shipment was more than 2 months delayed!!! without proper communication or really any tracking of WHERE my shipment was at any point in time. 4. It then turned out it had gotten lost/found in SINGAPORE(of all places) even though it was supposed to ship from Denver to Munich. 5. When it finally arrived, half of my stuff was broken, and my valuable saxophone was missing. I am suffering financial losses of up to $ 6000 and am still awaiting what the claims department will do about it. STAYAWAYFROMTHISSHIPPINGCOMPANY!!!

Used this company to ship all our stuff from USA to UK, after packing it(the large things inadequately) they gave us an original estimate of 6 – 9 weeks to get to us, it took over 3 months, during this time they did not return calls, they did not reply to any emails making us aware that it was on its way or going to be delayed. As other reviews have said the only way to get them to answer you is by filing a complaint with the BBB. After complaining to the BBB we finally got an estimate of a delivery date and an excuse of «the Christmas time is slow and therefore delayed your shipment». After waiting 3 months we finally received our stuff of which they irreparably damaged bikes, tables, chairs(legs broken off), and guitars, from the looks of things the pallet had been roughly treated. I am sure the testimonials on their website must be fraudulent as they are a horrific company to work with. DONOTEVERUSETHISCOMPANYEVENIFTHEYARECHEAPYOUWILLPAYFORIT!
