We’ve been renting a 1 bedroom at this location for a little under a year. My wife and I couldn’t be happier. The building is great. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The building is clean. The 1 bedroom layouts have good space for two people. There are nice amenities such as laundry in-​building, a furnished rooftop deck, luggage storage, bike storage, and a complementary shuttle to and from the building to the subway. The management company provides an app where you can communicate and schedule maintenance requests or see when a package is delivered. We would recommend this building to others.

Just wondering if anyone who lives here has a problem with incessant renovations, and banging noises from heater at all times during the night?! It’s not that old a building — so, find it odd!
This is not a bad review — just wanted to find a review page, to see if anyone else has mentioned iy, and nothing comes up? Please let me know if you have experienced this in my building.
