I would give them –15 stars if I could. They either overcharge you for shipping or just have a complete lack of regard and communication. I came in on a Friday afternoon to ship luggage asking if it would go out on Friday or Saturday(I was leaving town last minute for work). They confirmed that it would leave that day or the next day. Meanwhile, Monday morning I get a call from the luggage shipping service I use to say the barcode has not been activated and asking if it had been shipped. I called Manhattan Mailroom and they said oh yeah it went out today(MONDAY). I wound up in Chicago having to purchase multiple days worth of clothing because of this incident. My luggage arrived Thursday instead of Monday… Obviously dropping money for 4 days worth of clothing since I flew with only one set of workout clothes since the shipment should’ve arrived Monday when I did. Additionally, to ship something priority mail via the USPS in a flat rate envelope is $ 5.75 they charge $ 11−12…Avoid them unless you prefer poor customer service and to double spend.
