Standard, small Dunkin Donuts location that is clean and with fast, friendly service. I only come occasionally after I recently discovered they are open very early and they also make skinny vanilla lattes — I asked the first time«is it real? You use a cappuccino maker; it’s not some pre made concoction ?» Ha They assured me not, and It isn’t a café or Starbucks but it isn’t bad.

They are rarely open at time. They are suppose to open at 6am, so there should be no reason at 6am that the lights are off and they are now preparing the donuts. Usually when the manager Kiesha is there it is opened on time… They should change the staff and get ppl that can arrive on time

Wow I am an avid dunkin donuts drinker. I came to this location for the first time and their coffee literally tastes like water. So disappointed I ordered a medium. I asked for a second cup threw it out. DONOTCOMETOTHISLOCATIONPEOPLE!

I am an avid dunkin donuts customer and this dunkin donuts is right by my apartment but I usually make a point NOT to go to this one. Instead I wait until I’m all the way in the Bronx for work to get my coffee at a dunkin there. The employees always seem like they hate it there and it reflects in the service and coffee!

Dunkin donuts with all the automation should figure out how to train their managers to smile. It’s always hit or miss. Rude and very quick to snap. I’ve been going here two years but rarely enter now because of the rudeness. I’ve ignored the nasty comments she threw at the morning workers but sometimes I just feel sorry that they have to put up with her. It’s very awkward standing there while she clearly takes out her frustration on her workers. Coffee and donuts are just fine in the morning. Enter at your own risk after 5PM.

I am constantly in different Dunkin Donuts location and this is by far the worst I have been to. There were only two employees when I went in. One was on the phone and completely ignoring customers. The other obviously had no idea what he was doing. I asked for a medium ice coffee with almond milk and sugar. He filled it up completely with coffee, dribbled a bit of almond milk in, did not put any sugar. All of this right in front of me. I handed it back and asked for more milk and even then it tasted burnt and horrible. My boyfriend ordered a mocha coolata and the man didn’t even stir the mocha in. Plus, it was pretty much ice. Such a disappointment.

1st I won’t go back to this one ever, unless they get rid of their entire staff that works their and Hire actually people who seem upbeat and have a positive attitude and know how to make coffee. 2nd their coffee is watered down or they hand you a cup of cream with a splash of coffee. They don’t know how to take and order when you ask for it, 3 times I ordered and each time wrong and the attitude you get from them is ridiculous when asked to fix it. How hard is it to make a coffee with 2 pumps of Caramel, Iced coffee and a splash of milk? Nope the whole thing was CREAM and a splash of coffee every time. 3rd I learned that they don’t train their employees hands on. They take an online course on how to work at Dunkin and after they pass the QUIZ they are put into a store without any other training. So NYCDD needs to learn how to train employees hands on because even if you own the Franchise your responsible for the Business Aspect and the name of the company.

Ok I just want to say I have never had a problem this dunking donuts until today. I asked for a multigrain bagel with cream cheese. One of the employes toasted my bagel but didn’t cut it in half and over did it on the cream cheese!!, talk about eww. There wasn’t even a long line for him to be in a rush, I will not come back here again.

At first, I was snotty because I thought, ‘a Dunkin on UES, ew’ – but then I got over any Blair Waldorf bi*ch-assness cuz I don’t particularly enjoy spending $ 5.50 on a pastry @ Dean & Deluca either. Service is nice; with regard to complaints about repeating orders, it’s embarrassing how impatient people are about second language speakers(refer to B. Waldorf B. A’ness above).

It’s always hit or miss with this one. They’re always rude and a little off. Rude I can handle, but the last time I bought from here, their hot chocolate and pumpkin coffee were really watered down to the point of having no distinct flavor. I am absolute chocolate fiend…9 times out of 10 I’ll usually guzzle down any hot chocolate, but this was just bad. There’s a nice Starbucks about 5 blocks north of here. Just saying.

Ok, so I have nothing extremely profound to say here… it’s Dunkin’ Donuts. There’s one in most places in the US. And as a native New Englander, I find the locations closer to D&D headquarters have the tastiest coffee for the chain. This particular location does a pretty good job compared to other D&D locations I’ve tried in NYC. The staff is consistent with flavoring the coffees, which a lot of locations in NYC are not. There is a male manager that’s always there in the mornings when I go, and he’s very nice and helps keep everyone behind the counter organized. Whenever I am in the mood for Dunkin’, I always go to this location.

I know not to expect much when I go to Dunkin Donuts, but this branch is one of the worst. Of course I don’t expect workers at Dunkin Donuts to be capable of speaking and understand English fluently, but I at least expect them to communicate with each other. As they were preparing my drink in a zombie-like fashion, I asked«what is the turtle coffee?» The worker responded by dumping a few more flavor syrups into my coffee while I tried to explain that I was asking«what» the drink was, not asking for the drink itself. The drink turned out to be sweeter than pure frosting. After returning the drink, I asked to exchange it for a regular caramel iced coffee. I had to repeat my order six times, three times to each worker because they would not work together and both insisted on asking me to repeat my order even though I explained that I had already said it to the first worker. After all that, they neglected to put caramel flavor into the coffee. I just left after that, having decided that too much of my time had been committed to Dunkin Donuts.

1. It’s Dunkin Donuts, you won’t get 5 star anything here. 2. The coffee tastes watered down. 3. They are SLLLLOOOOOWWWWWW, so make sure you have a lot of time to wait in line(which is usually out the door). 4. Yes, you have to repeat your order a few times and Yes, they may still get it wrong. 5. Someone remove Splenda from this location. That’s all they use, no matter how many times you tell them NOSPLENDA, they don’t understand. I used to go to this place every morning when it first opened and Ratina a Nurul worked there(the good ol’ days) but it’s gone down hill since they left. There’s always a line, the employees are slow and not very friendly, some are just plain rude and should not work in the food service industry or with other people(except for one and i can’t remember her name right now). I now go there in a pinch(because it’s across the street from work) and if for some reason I didn’t go out of my way to get coffee at the 7 – 11 a couple of blocks away.

Who writes a review about Dunkin Donuts? I come here everyday for a quick croissant and some coffee or tea before class, and today I decided to try the mint hot chocolate… WOW, it’s amazing! If you like candies like York or Andies then you will love this! Yay!

The shop is absolutely tiny — on par with those micro Dunkins in airports(hell, there’s even one larger than this complete with seating at Logan!). There is no seating — it’s definitely made to be an in and out location. They gave our sandwiches away to some douche on his cellphone once. But they apologized with a smile and corrected it right away. They really are quick and very friendly — no order accuracy problems here, haven’t had to repeat my order. They smile, and the girl even opened her cash drawer to break a $ 10 bill for us. Do you know how hard it is to get a place to do that??? Thank you! They pass in my book! And as I’m sitting on my apartment stoop, writing this review, my fiancé joins me and asks: «Did you get my iced tea?» — and I realize that, no, they didn’t give it to me. Crap. You really can’t make this stuff up. My fault for grabbing our goodie back and splitting the joint so quick. They better be smiling real wide next time I go in!

Yeah it’s a Dunkin Donuts just like every other DD, but the staff isn’t very friendly and you have to repeat your order four times. And, they still don’t get it right. It is clean though. The set up is weird and narrow and the couple times I came here, I knocked other customers with my gym bag. Ooops.

It’s been a while since I’ve had Dunkin’ Donuts. Come to think of it, I don’t even remember the last time I had Dunkin’ Donuts since they got rid of it years back in Cali, so of course I was looking forward to making a reunion visit here. It was conveniently located near my hostel, and right next door to Gotham Pizza! Mmmm… Anyway, I practically came here every morning for a cup of coffee and a donut. I remembered why I used to like this place so much growing up. I appreciate it’s simplicity and tastiness. Nowadays we have«new and improved» donuts(i.e. Krispy Kreme & The Donut Man) which I think, at times, can be a little too much for me. I noticed some upgrades since my childhood. I don’t recall them ever serving egg mcmuffin type sandwiches. I ordered one on bagel bread and thought it was pretty delicious, especially w/a NY bagel where the bread is just plain soft. The workers were very polite and didn’t have the«hurry up already» NY attitude. Such pleasant visits I had here. Oh how I miss Dunkin’ Donuts. Please come back to Cali!
