Out of the(hundreds?) of DnDs I’ve enjoyed worldwide, this one comes close to the absolute worst. Staff is almost comically slow on weekend(will let you read between the lines) with two or three people quitting the line in frustration before even making it to order, I have received translucent coffee and undercooked food, hardly ever get a receipt, have had items left off or added to my order, and worst of all have had to deal with some of the worst attitude in food service(as witnessed by your other reviewers) throughout.

Love Dunkin’ Donuts. Somehow it just feels good in the simple way. Their iced coffee is amazing. Nevermind what the calorie count is. Sometimes you just want a good sweetened iced coffee. Their prices are more than reasonable. I’ve had their breakfast sandwiches, which are flavorful and cheap. Oh, and there’s nothing better than 24 donut holes to bribe your co-workers. Trust me. It works.

Love the coffee from Dunkin donuts. There are not as many stores in New York City as one would think but this particular store Is on my way to work and very convenient to stop in anytime to get a cup in the mornings. The line can get a bit long at times but the staff generally has things under control to move through it quick. I generally switch up what I get(hot coffee, iced coffee, chai, latte, different sizes — all are great!) so I don’t have the«regular» treatment but my friend who is consistent will get coffee in an instant right from walking in the door — what a perk! They give s hospital discount for employees that work nearby which is an added benefit of stopping into the store. This is definitely a great way to start the day and sometimes even stop in for a break or in the way home!

No spica de english. No fresha fooda here either. Rude employees and lousy coffee. Avoid this DnD.

Clean, air conditioned place with friendly service. They have a variety of items on their menu including donuts, munchkins(donut holes), muffins, bagels, and many more breakfast sandwiches. The quality of the food isn’t fantastic but it’s decent. You will basically get what you pay for. Compared to other Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve been to, I would say this one is nicer and cleaner. Overall, this place is pretty convenient and worth dropping by if you’re short on time.

So I’m a recent Boston transplant who moved across the street from this DD. I thought it would be awesome having a DD across the street from me. I have gone basically every day to this location for the past 40 days(which is probably about $ 200) and ordered the same exact thing every time and somehow they managed to screw it up. Maybe it’s too complicated of an order — a medium iced caramel coffee with skim milk and light ice and an untoasted cinnamon raisin bagel with strawberry cream cheese. There was a 50% chance of them toasting my bagel anyways due to the register person pushing the wrong buttons or the bagel maker misreading. Then the coffee is always a mess — it’s always a medium but it’s a good day when they accidentally put whole milk instead of skim. Today was the worse — there’s this one guy with longish hair who made my coffee ¾ full of ice. I complained and he had the audacity to talk back to me about how an iced coffee should have ice. Then he angrily took the ICESCOOP out of the machine scooped the ice out then filled it with coffee(then put the milk-soaked ice scoop back which is a major health hazard no-no). So I’m sitting here staring at tainted bitter coffee(because he didn’t bother to adjust the ratios) that cost me $ 3 to match up with my toasted bagel. This is the same guy who basically hipchecked me while he was sweaty and disgusting after watering down the sidewalk and just laughed about it. The rest of the employees are pleasant although there are always mistakes in my order so I’m going to just suck it up and walk the half block to Starbucks(where the service is always great) or find another Dunkin nearby. It’ll probably take me the same amount of time as having my order re-made everytime anyways.

This Dunkin and I have had quite the series of ups and downs. On good days(now few and far between), I order my coffee with cream and sugar, perhaps a munchkin or two(never disappointed with blueberry) and then the sun starts shining, birds start chirping, and all is well. More often however, are the not-so-good days. They advertise opening at 5– some days the doors are still locked at 5:20, or the coffee is not ready. I have even been told on a random day that they actually open at 6. Most disappointing when, at that hour, I was really really really looking forward to that cuppa’ joe. About 50% of the time, orders are incorrect, and the coffee is inconsistent. I’m sure at this point you’re wondering why I would keep going back if it’s really that bad? at that hour, it was simply the only option for coffee on the way to work. On the plus side, many of the employees are at least friendly, assuming they are there to open and run the store.

AVOIDTHISLOCATION!!! The workers are friendly, but that is where it ends. They seem to have trouble comprehending ANY order. A typical exchange for me has been something like this(no exaggeration) Me: «Large coffee light and sweet, please» Them: «Medium iced with milk?» UMMMM. what? How about this one Me:“Chicken salad on a plain bagel not toasted“ Them:“Tuna salad?“ Me: Chicken salad. I got a chicken salad on a plain bagel. Toasted. I mean, such careless mistakes, and it isn’t like the orders are difficult. I’m not going back again. PS– Nicole… very sweet, but she is the worst of the bunch. Never once has she repeated my order back to me correctly. AND she has been there at least 6 – 8 months.

Small but has great variety and an extremely friendly staff. It’s close proximity to me makes it my neighborhood Dunkin’.

NewYork-Presbyterian employees, along with our fellow Bedpan Alley folks, can get a 10% hospital employee discount here! As one D.D. worker told a co-worker and I once, «It’s the least WE can do for all that YOU do.» AWWWWWWWW. It’s your average Dunkies*, that’s for sure, but it’s clean and efficient; it’s leaps and bounds ahead of the other Dunkies in the neighborhood. — - — - * — Sorry. My New England-ness just shined through wicked bad.

This place just opened up within this week and so far so good. It is like any other typical Dunkin Donuts. Service is decent, but what more can you ask for in a in and out coffee place. The plus side is that it is clean! I am just glad to have one even closer to my place for a coffee run! Iced coffee: Vanilla Iced coffe– one of my favorites here. Still great coffe, with a hint of vanilla to give it that little sweetness that I like and not over powering.
