Went here for dinner and i must say the food has been getting worse. we ordered spinach dip and chili cheese fries as starters, they were alright. for our entrée my dad ordered a strip rare and it came out medium. i ordered the redrock shrimp entrée and they literally burnt the shrimp. it was rubbery and dry. never again i will visit this place.

So I came in here after finishing work all week to have a drink and unwind. I walked in sat at the bar a employee walked by me when I sat down and I expected service soon, boy was I wrong. I sat for a good 10 minuted in that time Some men came in and sat at the bar as well. I heard a high pitched voice after 5 minutes to the men who sat down, ill be right with you. I saw her serving tables in the dining room before making it over to me. When she finally made it over the bar she started serving the guys that came in 1st. That was enough for me and I was done as I was walking out she is sputtering I had all those other tables. At least tgi fridays has an actual bartender and thats where I went to be greeted immediately. Sorry for the long review, but as someone who was a server that was unacceptable.

Used to have really good pork chops. I think they reduced the thickness of them. Not nearly as good as before.

Except for our server, who was terrific, I would rather forget about this visit. The food is just awful. The worst I have had in a long time. We were a party of five and nobody was happy with their meal. One of the party ordered a medium rare ribeye. What she got was closer to medium well and very tough. It also looked more like a strip steak. The person from the kitchen who brought it out, not our server, swore it was a ribeye even after he first announced it as a strip. I think he got it right the first time, and it wasn’t a good one. My wife had a small prime rip with a baked sweet potato. She couldn’t finish either they were so bad. Another in the party had the 8oz filet, that looked more like a 4oz overcooked beef medallion. But my meal was even worse. I started with French Onion Soup, my favorite meal starter. It would have been better called Swiss cheese water soup. There were no onions in the soup, and the broth was tasteless. I did not feel like a steak, and they were trumpeting up their lamb chops on horseradish mashed potatoes and wilted spinach. For $ 20+ I received 4 very small chops, three had one bite of lamb on them, the other, maybe a half bite. They were also overcooked. But how could they not be with so little meat. I expected the mashed potatoes to have a slight horseradish taste to them. It was more like straight horseradish with a hint of potato. The wilted spinach was indeed wilted. We would have said something, and I usually do. But this was a birthday dinner for my mother-in-law, and we all did not want to put a downer on the evening, since it was her request to visit here. Never again. Texas Roadhouse or The Outback are far better options for chain steakhouses.

Nope. The highlight was the polite server(4stars). We had a party of 12. We got seated pretty quickly. But the food was ice cold across the whole table. I am reminded why I avoid chain restaurants.

Ate here the other night and received the worst steak I’ve had. It was burnt(charbroiled) and unseasoned. Their signature lemony-butter sauce didn’t taste like either but it did make it look like someone jizzed on my steak. Everything else was good: sweet chili calamari, sweet potato, and chicken fingers. But being a «steakhouse» this was a criminal disappointment. The manager wanted me to tell him how to fix the problem and even implied it was my fault for not being able to taste their«bold» lemony-jizz sauce. He did comp the steak without me asking him too, however. I won’t be returning to this location.

Been there multiple times and no matter what day or time they almost never have prime rib. A steakhouse with no steak is disgraceful in my book. I’ve tried other steaks but very disappointed. Service is average but the hosts/hostesses can be very rude.

I try to avoid the chains in general, which tends to limit my reviews of them as, outside of indivisible service, they are all the same. Felt like some steak tips, asked for them medium well and they came out undercooked. Now, I usually don’t mind if it’s a little under cooked and would have accepted medium, but these were medium rare at best so I sent them back. The picture you see posted here is AFTER their SECONDATTEMPTATMEDIUMWELL. Barely an apology from management and STILL spent $ 26.00 after tip. I’m not looking for handouts, but my steak was severely undercooked TWICE and it was practically business as usual. Never against

I really enjoyed both of my experiences here, first and foremost the bar tenders each time were both very friendly and attentive which is such a refreshing thing, a lot of places these days don’t have staff that keep up with how the bar patrons are doing. The first night I had the sirloin and it looked really good but was okay, I did enjoy it and it was cooked to perfection but there was just something about it that didn’t give me that steakhouse feel. The second time I went I had the prime rib and I’ll tell you that was really really good, I asked for a lean cut if possible and they were able to accommodate. For a chain it was a tasty rib, better in my opinion than Texas Roadhouse down the road. They bring you bread on a platter which is yummy and the salads were fresh and they had peppercorn parmesan dressing which every restaurant in the world should have(if you are a restaurant owner reading this and do not have peppercorn parm dressing, stop reading and order it for your next delivery). Now, not that it is difficult to make a vodka soda with a splash of sprite, but whatever the first bartender did on the first night, I have no idea because it was the best one anyone had ever made me, it was the perfect amount of liquor, soda, sprite, and ice… I can’t even recreate it myself and she did it for me like that twice. I know I know you’re thinking how can this be an actual real thing but the truth is that it’s true, it was scrumtrulescent.

We’ve been going to Manchester Longhorn for years, but have found that they are in a steady decline as the years go on. Just did our last takeout with them and had a grossly undercooked sweet potato, equally grossly undercooked and grisly steak and ice-cold broccoli. It went right into the trash. A real shame as we used to enjoy Longhorn.

Haven’t been to Longhorn in awhile. Decided to go for their $ 12.99 special, Started out with spicy chicken bites which were quite good. Server offered us a side of blue cheese dressing to cool them off. Very nice, Next was the Caesar salad. Well when our steak came, it did not look like the picture on the menu. Very thin and small…cooked overdone. Should have upgraded to the larger steak. I suppose you get what you pay for. On a good note, our server was great.

If I was the manager, i would tell the chef’s, cooks, and whoever works in the kitchen to stop yelling and laughing and goofing around. Not very professional. Dishes break every 5 minutes. Not very serious…

The service is very good here but the quality of food is that of a chain restaurant. Most items were very salty. I had the filet mignon with rock shrimp and sides of asparagus and broccoli. All were very salty. All were nicely prepared, but very salty. Do you see a trend? :) I would go back but will try other places first. Again, the service was outstanding.

Steak Redemption!!! The sides here are always top class. For starters, the sweet corn fritters were like soft hush puppies and the scipy ginger chicken bites tasted were akin to southeast asian flavored buffalo bites. The mac & cheese was cooked to perfection with a touch of char on the top and the loaded baked potato soup was properly done with small pieces of potato at the right consistency with cheese and green onions as well. The main point though, is the steak… my wife and i had terrible steaks during our last visit, but today’s t-bone was perfectly cooked and the whole meal was deserving of 5 stars.

Been a long time since going to a LongHorn, but it was worth the wait. Met some friends for lunch on this occasion. Got there a bit early as we didn’t want to be stuck waiting in line with a holiday shopping lunch crowd; this restaurant is directly across from the Mall of New Hampshire and several other big retailers along South Willow Street. Two of us arrived before the other two and got seated right away. Nice cozy corner booth. Though the angle of the sun made it a bit uncomfortable on the eyes for those of us facing the window. Could have asked for the blind slats to be adjusted a smidge, but we were talking so much I kept forgetting. None of us went for starters, just picked an entrée. I had checked out the menu beforehand so knew I wanted to try the grilled chicken strawberry salad with the mushroom truffle bisque combo. One of my companions liked the sound of that. Another went for one of the burgers and the straggler(she got lost driving around the mall trying to find the place LOL) had the chicken avocado flatbread sandwich. Happy faces all around! The salad was lovely and fresh with a raspberry vinaigrette(got it on the side; they always put too much on) but the bisque was really good. Pleasantly pungent you might say. The meal came with some thick home made kettle chips in a ramekin, drizzled with little bit of melted cheese sprinkled with bacon bits. Not sure if I can go back to boring old oyster crackers with soup! Our server was fabulous. Forget her name, unfortunately. Always checking in every few minutes. I did find a half dead/dying fly on the table next to my drink coaster before the food came. I wrapped it up in my napkin and passed it on to her. She apologized profusely. Better an insect on the table than in my food.(Been there, done that elsewhere. Bleurgh) Will definitely be going back!
