Went to early dinner last night. Got there was greeted by the four hostess that they have which to me is a little over kill. Sat near the bar area, not crowded at all. The waitress we had was wonderful very nice lady who was very attentive. Went into the bathroom, it smelled like sewer and was disgusting. We both ordered prime rib. The prime rib came out with mashed potatoes. I got loaded mashed while I was mixing them together found a straw wrapper and hair in them. I called the waitress over and showed her, while showing her the head waitress(or manager) not sure came over and took our plates right away, the waitress kept saying sorry. We explained it wasn’t her fault. We ended up leaving. The lady(head waitress or manager) came back over with our prime rib wrapped and gave us four dollar gift card and only charged us for the drinks. While I gave this place one star is because of the cleanliness of the place. The management team and waitress are friendly. I don’t think I will be going back anytime soon.

Got takeout. Didn’t receive the bloomin onion I ordered and steak was borderline inedible. Seems as though they leave the scraps for takeout. Will not be returning.

We’ve been coming here for a while and the food is always great! The folks are attentive to their customers and we never have to wait for anything. This is the best Outback we’ve been to!

Bad experience from start to finish. Our night started with getting on the«call ahead wait list» using the restaurant’s website. This was a mistake. After arriving at the prescribed time, we were told it would be a 20 minute wait. This seemed odd since we could see numerous empty tables. 30 minutes later, after every other group waiting was seated, we were finally called. When I inquired about the wait, the hostess told us «the website isn’t accurate» and anyone who gets on the list through the Internet is essentially treated like a «walk in». Our server, once she arrived, clearly didn’t want to be at work. She was very abrupt and impersonal and when our food arrived, it showed. The side orders for my wife and I had been switched. This is a big deal for someone with a food allergy like my wife. Eventually the issue was fixed and we didn’t see our server again until long after we finished eating. We paid the bill and left. This place is now crossed off our list.

Food was good but not the service. Slow service, we weren’t served bread & had to ask for it. One steak had to be sent back as too undercooked for the customer which was ok but it took so long to have it returned the others in the party were ½ way through their dinner. All 4 ordered decaf coffee at the end of the meal that came from a nice fresh pot but we were served our mugs with no spoons, cream or sugar and we waited a good 3 minutes while hot coffee sat in front of us. Starting to wonder if wait staff is being hired and not trained anymore. Common sense? Went there for dinner. Service at bar was awful. Paid $ 21 for and over cooked thin breakfast steak but I ordered a rib eye. Terrible. Won’t be back.

Yikes. I think this one should get shut down with the rest of them. I’m just surprised it lasts against its competition. It’s no Applebee’s and it’s no longhorn. It smelled like kerosene when we walked in. Bread plate came out dirty. There is pretty much no healthy options on the menu. Someone said below — «it’s a splurge!» I can think of many a better places to splurge on calories. The portion sizes are sad. It’s not that cheap compared to other chains, yet the food is no better. My chicken on the Barbie was fine but very boring considering its one of their signature items. My boyfriend’s quesadilla was burnt — almost inedible. The music was skipping and no one changed it. The service was fine but slightly awkward. They never followed up on our request for a wetnap. So why did I come here? I had an old gift certificate so we figured why not? Just for lunch.

Been coming to outback for a long time but today’s experience was the best I had yet from our waitress Kendra who she said we were her second table she did a great job for her first day to the manager Kim who did a amazing job I messed up on telling them not to put bacon on the Aussie cheese fries and still they didn’t hesitate to change it 5 stars all the way !!! You rock Kim !!!

If I could give a negative star this is where I would give one. Let’s start with the fact we had not been to the Outback for several years, and when we received a giftcard from a family member we decided to go again, I mean how bad could it be? It can be so bad I know The sun will rise in the west and set in the East before my taste buds quicken for the outback again. Let’s start with the signature Blooming Onion… Well it had the skin still on, and after 2 mouthfuls of deep fried plastic like(had to spit back out) we send it back. When our entrees arrived it became apparent to us they left them under the hot lights rather than remake them after the terrible mistake with the appetizer. Our meals were so overcooked and gross we looked at each other and mouthed«never again» at the same time… now I remember why we have not been here for years. No apologies from the manager, even though he met with every other table but ours it seems.

I can’t seem to find anything here that is good. I’ve been a couple of times and the last time I went I just ordered the blooming onion thinking this is what they Re known for, but it was just awful. I tried twice and both times were disappointing so I won’t try this place again.

I got the sesame salad with ahi tuna but the tuna was really bad. It seemed like it had been sitting out for a while or was old. Kind of disgusting and really disappointing. However, I LOVE their cheesy fries and blooming onion. I would definitely recommend either of those appetizers.

Last night my sister and I had decided to go to the outback since the one in Concord has been gone for years and we hadn’t had it in a while. So when we get there around 7:00PM and we expected it to be busy, but not as busy as it was. The line was out the door and were told right away that it was going to be an hour wait. We had no choice but to wait since we had drove all the way to Bedford from Concord. Around 8:10 we are finally seated and handed menus. I looked at my phone and the time said 8:20, our waitress still hadn’t come over. 8:25 she came to us and asked for drinks, one water and one martini. The water came out within 5 minutes and the martini came out within 10. That’s a little annoying. What was more annoying was it took another 10 minutes or our food to be placed. 2 outback steaks, medium rare. While those were cooking we were listening in on other peoples experience. We saw the manager go to several different tables to see what tier problem was. Everyone that got steak had it either over cooked or undercooked. It took about 25 minutes or so for those to come out and when we got them my steak was cooked correctly, but with a lot of fat. And my sisters was over cooked and way to seasoned. Throughout the course of our meal, our waitress only came over about twice. The bill wasn’t that pretty either for what we were eating. All in all, we were a little disappointed with our experience. Although disappointed it might be hard to just say ‘we’re not going here anymore’ yet. We will probably give it another chance and see how it goes from there. My advice however is, plan ahead and make reservations.

We received a 4 gift cards to the restaurant and went out for a Saturday night dinner. We called ahead. Call ahead service was great because they tell you how long of a wait there is so you’re not standing in the front of the restaurant waiting for a table. Once we arrived there was still a 15min wait, which wasn’t too bad for a busy Saturday night. We were seated at a nice booth-hurray! We were ready for a yummy evening. We started off with drinks. I had a great mango ice tea and he order a beer. The ice tea was great because it’s sweetened only by the mango flavor they add to the unsweetened tea. So don’t add any additional sugar, it was perfect! We wanted to try the blooming onion appetizer, but didn’t want the entire appetizer, which is huge amount of fried food. The waitress, who was very nice, suggested we try the small bowl of onion pieces with dipping sauce for $ 4.00. We thought that was a wonderful compromise. We can sample without having to waste or over eat. Four bites into the bowl of onion pieces, we found them salty and greasy. The pieces we receive looked as though they were pieces that fell off in the fryer when the blooming onion was prepared. So we cut our losses and stopped eating them. Our orders came shortly thereafter. I order a grilled salmon on top of their blue cheese and pecan salad, which I have had in the past. The salmon was perfect, but I should have ordered the dinner and paid the extra $ 6.00 dollars for the vegetables-they looked good on a neighbor’s plate. The salad wasn’t as good as I remembered. The lettuce was wilted, and the salad tasted watery. Oh well. My fiancé had the fettuccine alfredo and chicken dish. The alfredo type sauce had a nice garlic flavor, but nothing else. The sauce tasted like oil and cream, and garlic. I didn’t tasted the parmesan cheese flavor the menu mentioned in its description. However, his chicken look perfectly cooked. We didn’t have dessert. Our stomachs were already reacting to the greasy appetizer we had. So we paid the bill, left a nice tip-the waitress did try to be helpful. Besides it wasn’t her fault our meals were meh. We still have 2 gifts cards and will probably go back. I think we’ll play it safe and order turkey burgers(if they have them) or salmon and veggies. The salmon was good. Perhaps we’ll have better luck next time. I’ll post and let you know.

We went to Outback for dinner. We have been to this location and always had a great meal and great service. Usually we have«Kevin» as a waiter. Not this time and the service seemed very disjointed. Something was going on in the kitchen. I was served my soup and them when I was almost done the salads came out. The dinners came out the same way. Once all the dinners were on the table my daughter and wife ordered wine by the glass. At the last minute I ordered a glass also. Understand we order before we took one bite. Well as we were finishing dinner our wine shows up. Then when we looked at the bill it would have been a better deal to purchase a bottle instead of these three glasses. In the past«Kevin» made that recommendation. We did not think of it. The food was good, but the service was BAD! Very disappointed as this location was our go to site. Used to be the best restaurant in the area, consistent. Now we are concerned.

Went there early evening on a Sunday recently, and we had a really good meal. 4 kids shared cheese french fries with dipping sauce, fries were done perfectly. For dinner we had Mahi Mahi, 9oz house steaks, steak and shrimp, chicken tenders, and Tazi’s chicken. Everyone loved their food and left stuffed!

I really like this place. Okay, it’s typical Outback fare, but the service is always good, and the thing I like the best about it is the short wait. So don’t go there, okay? Go to the Olive Garden and wait an hour for seating. Go to the Puritan Back Room and wait 40 minutes. We went with friends from out of town last night, and only waited ten minutes. On a Friday night at 730! The thing I want most from a restaurant is to get to a table. We have an adventurous 2-year-old son. At least twice in every meal, he has to go on patrol. At Outback, the wait staff give him a wide berth and a constant huge smile. So, please, dine elsewhere so that we can enjoy the place the way we have on the half-dozen occasions we’ve visited in the past two years.
