This place never left the ninety’s. I’m pretty sure all of the staff has been there since the 90’s. There is nothing except combovers, denim jackets and giant off center projectot screens. The place is nasty, the staff is nasty and the walls look like they haven’t had a makeover since the 80’s. This is the kind of place that pops up in your nightmares. I’m not sure that I left feeling the same.

I must say that the staff here at this location are very rude, immature, and disrespectful. The teens that work here make it unpleasant to have an enjoyable visit due to their behavior and they act as if you are getting on their nerves. Luckily, I held my composure and did the right thing by walking away from the Prize Retrieval station because of a teen worker acting in a disrespectful manner towards my nephew, sister, and I. I’m still angry about what took place and I just may give the manager a call to report their behavior. **Be sure to look at name tags at all times because you never know what you may encounter.** Also, cleanliness really needs to be worked on. Due to so much traffic coming through, it gets dirty very quick, but from what I seen tonight, the staff looked as if they did not care. Sitting around on their phones or just looking at you like you’re stupid. I definitely will not be paying any money to come out to this place ever again!!!

It was bad from start to finish. The place was dirty, the employees were not presentable in appearance, no hairnets, gloves and most of the males couldn’t keep there pants up. My grand daughter(8 yrs) pointed out that she saw a servers butt. She was right. The pizza buffet was swarming with kids and their parents themselves lacked in manners and self discipline. The bath rooms were so dirty and the floors soaked with urine that my 65 yr. old husband slipped and fell into a wall. Injuring his shoulder. There was on management to speak of to which report the incident. The children were so out of control it was dangerous. They would push and shove at the buffet, run without looking and throw things. No one seemed to be in charge of their children or the facility. We will never, never make this mistake again. We will find a decent place for decent people.

Horrible! Waited over 25 minutes for sausage pizza and they were not busy!!! Told the manager and she was not very helpful. Don’t waste your time or money here!

There are no forks, there are no spoons. They’re out of napkins and also ice. Best of all, they’re out of pizza. That’s right, they keep running out of pizza. It’s dirty. On the plus side it’s(relatively) cheap and the food(when there is some) is decent.

Alas, if it were only true, but this Gattiland is not closed. The world, in truth, may be a better place if that were true — less cinnamon-&-sugar bread induced tantrums, less opportunity for children to pass among each other whatever happens to be the virus of the day. But no, Gattiland is here with it’s fair-to-middling pizza and salad bar(it’s not bad), large TVs, and underpaid staff. Kids run amuck in the game room, hopping from each money-eating game, delighting in the number of tickets they can procure to exchange for some meaningless plastic bauble that will likely end up either stuck between the cracks in the backseat of the car or in the trash at home. The kids, however, love it. So, in the end, my opinion doesn’t count. Except I’m the one who gives it the stars, so three for you Gattiland. You got an extra one from the kids.
