Their sisig is amazing! Plus, it’s not super fatty, so you don’t feel THAT bad afterwards. But if you’re eating sisig, you may not struggle with food guilt ;) but really. i got the bowl with fried egg on top, perfection.

The pork sisig burrito is where it’s at, but note — prices have gone up. Most of the dishes were $ 10, not including side/drink.

Nasty food and not worth the price. My beef and broccoli burrito was so salty that I couldn’t eat it. My wife liked the orange chicken, but the 2 Tlbs portion is not worth the $ 10 they charge. I can’t figure out why others have rated this higher than 3 stars. Skip this truck if you see it.

Adobo burrito. Enough said. Not my favorite adobo recipe but still good! Great concept, and great way to eat adobo on the go.

Wow. Decided to finally try this place and ordered a simple orange chicken burrito, when I got home it was chicken adobo. Last time I’m ordering from here. Really disappointed

I would have given it 1 star but I gave them an extra for friendly workers. The food is not special. It’s mediocre at best. The frozen orange chicken at Trader Joes is better. As a matter of fact I’d prefer the tacos at the food truck in Van Nuys, even though it’s graded C. And even if there might be a better choice of meal, I don’t have time to check it out. This was the longest I’ve ever waited at a food truck. Skip it. Spend your 20 bucks elsewhere

Flavorless, heavy, oily, and bland. I ordered the sweet pork burrito, with rice and egg inside. Pork was really hard– felt like I was eating jerky. There was basically no sauce I could taste. Don’t waste your time.

Creamy crack wrapped in tortilla. Will definitely try other offerings if I ever meet you again. Til then, I’ll dream about you.

I ordered the sisig burrito($ 8) based on previous Unilocal reviews and was not disappointed. Burrito itself was densely packed with garlic rice and a fried egg. Perfect pairing of savory and sour from the sisig. Highly recommended.

I went to the White Rabbit(WR) truck with a friend when it was one of the vendors at the Great American Foodie Fest in San Diego. This truck is famous for its Filipino food, and my friend knew that it was featured on Food Network so he wanted to try it. I was busy ingesting my mac-n-cheese grilled cheese sandwich, so I didn’t order anything from this truck. My friend, however, opted for three of their tacos, and he was very pleased with his selection. He offered me a bite, and the flavors seemed very fresh and flavorful. There are definitely entrees I would want to try from WR, if I ever saw the truck again. But for the time being, here’s my run-down of what we got: «Tacos»: This dish featured three corn tortillas with your choice of meat topped with vinaigrette slaw. You can choose from chicken adobo, pork tocino, beef steak, pork sisig or vegetarian. My friend went with chicken adobo, pork sisig and pork tocino. The corn tortillas were pretty small(individually), but at least the entrée came with three … so they could be a standalone meal(with dessert and another side), or great for sharing. My friend liked the fresh flavors of the meats and he also got some sauces on the side to drizzle over each taco. He also noted that the corn tortillas tasted fresh and were super soft(I prefer flour tortillas, but he was a fan of the WR corn ones). «Burrito»: If I ever ordered an entrée from WB, I would probably go for this burrito option. It features a flour tortilla with choice of meat combined with garlic rice, egg and cheese. I would have to choose between chicken adobo– specially seasoned and slowly braised chicken, creating a savory sweetness – and the pork tocino, which is sweetened cured pork that’s braised and wok fried to intensify the spicy flavors. I would probably have to ask about the spiciness level of the pork tocino before ordering it(if it’s too spicy, that’s a no-go), but it sounds delicious. But I especially look forward to the garlic rice, egg and cheese that’s also featured in this burrito. «Rice Bowl»: This is the other option I would go for if I visited WR. I’d probably go for the burrito or rice bowl over tacos because if I’m getting a meat … it just needs to have rice. This bowl features two scoops steamed rice with your choice of meat. I would probably go with the chicken adobo or vegetarian option, which features BBQ pork or pepper steak that’s wok fried then sautéed to perfection. The latter sounds especially good, so I’m definitely down to try the aromatic-flavored dish that results from this combo.

I finally got to try White Rabbit last Saturday, and I’m pretty happy with my experience. I ended up getting their combo for $ 10, which comes with a main dish, a side and soda. Not a bad deal. It’s definitely one of the better valued combos compared to other food trucks. I ordered their pork sisig burrito, which was filled with pork sisig, garlic fried rice, egg and cheese. Their pork sisig is delicious and flavored well. I also really liked their garlic fried rice, which wasn’t too strong but didn’t skimp on the garlic flavor either. The egg got lost in the burrito, and the cheese, which I didn’t taste, could’ve been left out. I also got a chicken adobo taco as my side. It was decent for the most part. The chicken adobo was pretty good for the most part. Definitely not the best chicken adobo out there. The slaw on top was meh. Overall, I enjoyed their food. I think they’re only doing private events at the moment, but they’re definitely worth a try if you see them out and about.

The White Rabbit Truck was a pleasant surprise. I heard about them a lot online and in the media, so I was excited to try their food. This truck, a Filipino fusion truck, serves their take on tacos and burritos as well as rice bowls. A fan or Asian fusion with Mexican, I was inclined to try their most famous item on the menu, the pork sisig burrito. The pork sisig burrito had garlic rice, pork sisigs, egg, and cheese. This was a perfect balance of flavors and textures. The pork was nice and tender. Their pork sisig is deep fried pork belly, fried in onions and jalapeños. The almost runny egg and cheese was a perfect creamy and velvety texture. Their garlic rice was perfect as well. My gripe about some burritos is that the tortilla is not soft. I liked the tortilla from the sisig burrito — it was soft and chewy, almost silky. This burrito was perfect because each individual item inside the burrito was perfect — together, it was exponentially more delicious. The White Rabbit Truck offers a food eating challenge, which they are known for. The burrito is almost 2ft long, and contains, 6 eggs, 3 lbs of any choice of meat, 6 scoops of rice, 12 cheese slices, wrapped in 6 tortillas. That equates to 6 pounds! — Definitely bigger than my single tortilla burrito. Here is the video of Adam Richman from Man v. Food on the White Rabbit Truck. Watch to see them make this monster, and see someone eating it. Does he actually finish it? Honestly, I was happy to eat the burrito(the regular one of course). Each bite gave me a smile. Though I only had the normal one, one day, I shall attempt and possibly finish the challenge. Am I crazy? Maybe a little. Until then, the regular one will do for me. Just like the chef on the logo, White Rabbit Truck is a thumbs up!

Tried this truck out a few Wednesdays ago in Cerritos when they all a bunch of food trucks in front of Toys R Us. Loved their chicken adobo burrito! It has garlic fried rice, fried egg, and your choice of meat(we got chicken adobo). Pretty simple but I really liked it! The garlic fried rice, oozing yolk and chicken adobo in every bite… doesn’t that sound delicious?! Add some hot sauce to each bite and you’ve got yourself one satisfying burrito :) We did the $ 10 combo meal. Weird because one sign said $ 9 but another said $ 10 and we charged $ 10. Anywho! Combo meal comes with a drink and one side! We chose 1 taco for our side. Won’t review on that because by the time I got home, the taco was cold and not good :(so I’ll try it again later! Anyways I’d definitely be down to grab another burrito sometime soon :) you should give it a try if you see this truck or if you’re near Canoga Park

I was so looking forward to trying this truck. A friend was in town a couple of weeks ago and she mentioned that she was planning to go to their restaurant during her visit. I hadn’t heard of the White Rabbit but when I saw that the truck was going to be at the Westwood Food Truck Lot, I headed over to check them out. I wanted to try several of the meats that they offer. So, I ordered the three taco deal for $ 5.50 and I asked the guy in the truck to give me their three best meats. He chose the beefsteak, pork tocino and chicken adobo. I’ve had chicken adobo a couple of times, but the beefsteak and pork tocino were new to me. The three tacos were ready in about 5 minutes, which was just enough time for me to order a little something from another truck! The tacos were small, but filled with meat and they were all topped with slaw. I tasted the beefsteak first and the meat was so dry. I put it down and tried the pork, which was sweet and tasty, but also too dry, hard and difficult to chew. The chicken was the least dry of the three meats and it had a good flavor but the chunks of chicken were far from tender. Based on what I tried, I wouldn’t return to the truck. I can only wonder if the pork sisig would’ve been better(although the guy in the truck said that he only eats the pork tocino). This truck needs to figure out how to get their meat juicy and tender and they should vary the toppings on the tacos as the slaw got a bit mundane by the second taco.

That Tocino, I do not like Tocino you see. Try it try it and you may. I WILLNOT try it, you see, I DONOT like Tocino. You leave me be!!! Would you could you with some garlic rice? I WILLNOT could not with some rice Would you could you with some egg? I WILLNOT, could not with some egg. Try it try it with some cheese. I WILLNOT try it with some cheese. Now let me be. I Will Try it, if you let me be. I TRIED it, I Do like Tocino. I will eat it, here or there. I will eat it everywhere!!! I WILL eat it with some rice. I will eat it with some cheese. I DOLIKE that Tocino you see. My heart broke today a little today. I have a true love and his name is Beefsteak. We had a date today. I was dreaming of him all morning. When I went to get him, his dad said he was all gone. I almost lost it. Nothing can replace him. His dad said don’t worry and introduced me to his three cousins, Sisig who was the salty Cousin, Tocino the sweet one and Adobo who I could care less about. None of the boys sounded like a good back up plan. *Sigh* See, I tell myself I don’t like pork. Years and Years of convincing me to eat some, I turned my nose away. Till today. The White Rabbit, and there is no rabbit is a Filipino food truck specializing in tacos, nachos, burritos, rice bowls. This cash only truck cruises the San Fernando Valley to the inland empire. First off pick a meat, Chicken Adobo, Beefsteak, Sisig, Tocino or vegetarian. Then decide where to stick it. Pay the person, Then wait. Wait a little longer, and wait some more. It’s Filipino time here. Which is nothing new to me, we are always on that time. We ordered 3 tacos plate for me, Tocino, Sisig and Adobo. My husband ate my Adobo one and said it was alright. Nothing special. That left me with the 2 pork tacos topped with a little slaw, which he knows I don’t like. But I was so hungry. I took a bite of the Tocino taco, and I forgot all about my date with beefsteak. That one bite I was hooked. The 2nd bite I was lined and the third bite, it was over. I LOVE ToCINO!!! Just to be sure I ate the Sisig taco too. It was good, not as good as my new love Tocino, but good enough to eat when Tocino leaves me. The husband had a Tocino burrito, which had from fried garlic rice, onions, cheese, fried egg and a lot of Tocino. I took a bite, and again, it was like falling in love all over again. Husband who was Manilla born and raised said it was pretty darn good too. I will say this, it was one of the best burritos ever. I think it would be better if the yolk wasn’t so cooked. If I have a affair it would be with a big plate of Tocino. So Yes, Tocino or Sisig is the way to go. The Adobo is just okay. And the Beefsteak, well I forgot about him. As for for drinks. sodas and water.

Well what a surprise! The White Rabbit actually wasn’t half bad for a food truck and by far the best of my 3 truck experiences today. I opted for the Pork Tocino burrito, which is essentially the wrap version of Tosilog, a traditional Filipino breakfast plate with tocino, garlic rice, and fried egg. Tocino is fatback cured in anise wine and salt(and red food coloring), then braised and wok-fried. While the pork in this burrito was a bit dry, is was nice and sweet with some tang added from pineapple juice. The garlic rice was savory, the egg was good, and the homemade(or truck-made) flour tortilla was impressive! Throw on a bit of Sriracha and you’ve got yourself a serious breakfast burrito. There was one big problem that would be easy to remedy: the burrito was rolled the wrong direction!( ) Instead of getting a little bit of each component in each bite it was all pork on one side, then all rice, and finally the fried egg stuffed in at the end. Not the end of the world, though. The burritos were pre-made so I got it about 10 seconds after paying. It was warm, however, so I can’t really complain. Also, they only take cash, which isn’t unexpected, but might be inconvenient when so many other trucks at least have the Square app to accept debit.
