The«Original» carmel corn here is very good and loaded with cashews and almonds. Peanut Brittle was also very good. Prices here were cheaper than the Little John’s English Toffee House an aisle over and the quality is much better. This place also has tons of different dried fruits and candy such as chocolate covered stuff, gummies, jelly beans, etc etc,

After a nice dinner at the Market, I need a little sweetness to complete my meal. The chocolate-covered goodies at Ultimate Nut and Candy Co. looked like they’d fit the bill. Was I ever wrong! When I was FINALLY able to get the attention of the counter person, I tried the marshmallow and graham cracker dipped in chocolate, the marshmallow caramel dipped in chocolate, and the milk chocolate honeycomb in that order. The s’mores-like treat just tasted funny and I couldn’t find any cracker in it, but I gave the place the benefit of the doubt and moved on to the caramel concoction. Eh. It was at this point I realized the marshmallows at this place are just stale. And not in a good week old Peeps sort of way. This place gets 2 stars instead of 1 because of the honeycomb. That was pretty awesome.

Funny how every time I come here I end up with some popcorn but what I REALLY want, is some old-fashioned candy! Yeah baby, yeah! They have all the favorites from your childhood: Pop Rocks, Dots, Lemon Heads, Jelly Bellies, licorice ropes of all sizes… they really have it all. They even have a sugar-free section you know, if yer watchin’ your waistline or somethin’. lol Now, if you DO want popcorn… yeah, they have that too. :) Their specialty is caramel corn so be sure to grab a back… or twelve. Only pitfall is that if you go on a weekday morning… you may only find one person working the counter and the place is practically TWO stores. SO if you can’t find anyone to help you, check right next door where the candy is… should be someone to assist.
