This is the best coffee bean in West LA. First off, great location. Second, mornings at any coffee place is busy, and they know how to move quickly! Third, the employees there are super efficient and friendly. Shout out to Hope! She always suggests good drinks and the best pastries to order!

You have it as opened at 6:00am but it’s still closed right now at 6:29 am you guys really suck at updating your apps and everything else on line it’s 6:45 am now. But besides that outside smells like Urine around their outside patio tables very nasty. Now that doesn’t even make me want to wait or comeback again. Plus even at this time of day barely any parking outside and it’s metered.

Hmm I don’t know what I want. The Chai Tea Latte? The African Sunrise Tea? The Hazelnut Latte? The Mexican Hot Chocolate? The Caramel Frappé? I guess I’ll just have to come back five times — any location — until I’ve satisfied all cravings. I’m never going to crawl on my knees and beg for «Coffee Bean.» But I do have a car I like to drive a lot and make random stops. I consider «Coffee Bean» one of my routine random stops. This location requires headache inducing parking meters to deal with, though. But the service does come with a smile. #fistpumping

Helpful staff. Friend asked the calories of a drink that wasn’t on the menu and got a pamphlet to tell her what it was. They accidentally made a mistake on my drink but offered to make me a new one when I told them. All in all just another cb with decent staff.

Really disappointed with this CBTL. Quality control is basically non-​existent. I ordered an iced green tea latte, but three-​quarter of the drink is ice. The barista definitely put way too much ice in it. Try to talk to the manager about this, but I was told the barista is only following the so-​called recipe. I only got 3 – 4 sips from a medium-​size drink. What a rip off!

Unfortunately the past two times I’ve come in, I’ve had to wait 15 – 20 minutes for a drink, and that seems to be the norm now. The previous manager, Mynor, had this location on lock, but things have changed. Miguel is great (I’d give him alone five stars!), but I haven’t seen him in a while, and wonder if he has left as well.

Thank you Egbert! I seriously got teary eyed by this this employees kindness and willingness to help.
After having his car towed and a dead phone battery, my husband was having a horrible day. The restauraunt he had been eating at was of no help. Thinking he would have to walk home, he stopped by for a quick warm drink on this particularly cold winter day. Egbert went above and beyond letting my husband use his charger, and offering to help.
I have always loved coffee bean, but people like Egbert are really the reason we will be lifelong coffee bean drinkers. Thank you!

New manager at this shop. Used to be a real great spot to go to but now the line is out the door and the service is bad. If Laurel is there, you’re in good hands, otherwise, expect to be there a while. The previous manager, Mynor, had this place running great. I’ll be taking my money across the street to Starbucks.

Ok if you want to grab something «To Go». Inside doesn’t have enough seating, and I when I got there everything was taken. So I sat outside on the patio. Dirty tables that had not been wiped down on cleared. There were things on the ground, crumbs, napkins. It looked like the patio hadn’t been swept in a while.
It was okay to grab my green tea and go. But I don’t think its one of the better Coffee Beans to hang out at.

I come here once a month when I see my hair stylist right around the corner. I always get fast and friendly service here and they have a nice selection of baked goodies to go with my latte. I appreciate their clean restroom too.
A little bit tucked away location is great because it is not as crazy busy as some other locations. Fellow customers are nice and friendly too.
When I was in yesterday, the trash on the condiment station was overflowing which was not pleasant, however, that was an unusual occurence in my experience.
I really look foward to coming here — and I’m already thinking of what I’ll try next time.

I only came here once, but it wasn’t the best of situations.
My medium iced coffee was about 40% ice, 15% coffee and 25% water = not a fan.
If I ever come back, it’ll be because I’m in the area, but there’s a Starbucks next door… so… yeah.
