I’ve been going there for the past two months; every week for the Thai buffalo wings and pad see ew.~Hands down are the best in town. What keeps me coming back is the«knock-out delicious food». Unfortunately, the service is lousy. The lady who serves me every week has«attitude» for no apparent reason. I find myself searching and finding a menu, eatery-ware or to-go boxes for myself(and twice, me and my mom). Usually I noticed her and her coworkers eating lunch, which is perfectly fine and understandable, but other times, she is nowhere to be found or never checks on me(and sometimes me and my guest). Today, I said hello to her when I walked in and she responded, «um hm» and rolled her eyes. Wtf?!

One of our favorite go-to spots – perfect before a movie and delivery. Spicy and tasty, friendly service.

Unless you like stale flavorless food served to you by a bitter and indifferent staff inside a filthy dining area that also serves as a hangout for a creepy-looking kitchen crew, you should avoid this dump. The chicken and pork dishes were bland and the meat was chewy and way past it’s sell-by date. Everything was drenched in the kind of brown sauce you’d find at a cheap Chinese food /donut hole-in-the-wall. This establishment sticks out like a sore thumb in an area that has some nice restaurants, which serve fresh authentic food. Chilli Thai does not deserve to be at this location and I’m eagerly waiting for the day it’s doors shut permanently. Maybe the community can get a more authentic Thai restaurant with a competent, professional staff and an inviting dining area free of dirty line cooks in stained tank tops.

I have not been there in a long time. I remember it was a good place to go for great tasting thai noodle, which is my favorite. All of these recommendations make me want to go back there soon. I’ll report back on my experience. I also like the place because ii is small and cozy. Sandra R. P. S. I went back to Chilli Thai tonight. It’s Mothers Day. Might as well go there to see if the old place is still the same. We ordered the thai noodle(Pad See-Ew). It was seasoned well. And the cook did a good job of sauteing the broccoli and bok choy so that the veges remained firm. The service was good and our meal was served to us with 10 minutes. I also like this restaurant for the reason I stated earlier — it is a small and cozy place.

Best Spicy Eggplant anywhere! I order it with chicken. I have had spicy eggplant dishes at quite a few Thai restaurants but Chilli Thai’s is by far the best. I have never been to the restaurant itself, but they have always been a reliable takeout provider.

Definitely my go to for Thai takeout — and the delivery fee is only $ 2! Quick turnaround as it only took them 30 minutes to deliver the food via EATS24. Not the most authentic or best thai in LA, but it hits the spot when you’re craving some asian cuisine and for the price point it can’t be beat. Favorites: Must try the spicy noodles! T’s pretty spicy but delicious, just make sure to have a huge jug of water with it. The rice noodles are fantastic and there was a generous amount of chicken. Pangang chicken curry, veggie spring rolls and wonton soup are great as well.

Quickly stopped by to grab some food on my way home. I loved how quick they were and the place is absolutely cute. Pad Thai: 10⁄10

it’s almost repulsive how often my friends order this place delivery, but i figured if it’s that good, i need to try it. i went with two staple thai restaurant items, crab rangoon and pad thai crab rangoon was a little pricey, it was almost $ 7 for 4 pieces but the puffs were the most filled i’ve ever had. a little on the sweet side for rangoon even without the sweet and sour dipping sauce pad thai was decent sized portion and exactly what you would expect.

I ordered the Seafood Tom Kha for delivery. It took an hour and a half to get here, but the delivery guys was very friendly. The soup however was very bland to the point of being inedible. Will never order from here again.

I LOVE this place! I can’t say that this is authentic, or even close to being the best thai restaurant in LA, but that spicy noodle with extra veggies really gets me going. This is like a fully-loaded pad see ew with a nice, spicy kick. The chicken salad is also pretty delicious. Although the description suggests that the salad is sour due to the dressing, it actually just sour enough to make the salad refreshing. I am not a huge fan of sour taste, so this turned out perfect. Bear in mind that the chicken in the salad is grounded, which may seem weird at first, but it is nevertheless quite delicious. The one dish I would not recommend is the chicken pad thai. The pad thai is decent, but the chicken was too dry. Another small issue with Chilli Thai is that perhaps they skimp on the meat. I always order extra protein, but the meat always seems scarce. There is a chance that Chilli Thai simply does not see the orders, but that is not a much better alternative.

This may just be my favorite Thai food eatery in the United States. We order here at least 3 to 4 times a month. When we aren’t ordering delivery here I take friends, family members and coworkers here all the time. The service is friendly and welcoming. I love the chicken pad Thai more than anything. I litterally could eat it every day. Thank you Chilli Thai

Parking — On the street there is gridlock parking restrictions at times so read the signs. It’s across the street from Westside Pavillion/Landmark Theaters so we parked there since we were seeing a movie later. That parking is free for the 1st3 hours. Greeting — Our experience, we were greeted upon arrival very warmly. Each person/table coming in after us got the same greeting. Service was pleasant and attentive even as the place got a bit busy. Our beverages were brought timely and water always refilled even without asking. Food — simple order 3 basic entrees, soup, curry and a chicken dish… the chicken was deep fried and I thought a bit greasy for my taste, but, presentation of everything was really nice. All others in my party enjoy and thought the food was flavorful and fresh. Price/Value — I thought the prices were comparable to most places on the westside and was a good value for the quality. 3 entrees, beverages(no one ordered alcohol… just tea, soda) and tip our bill was under $ 40.

I’m actually surprised by the overall low rating. We’ve dined in twice at Chilli Thai and enjoyed it both times. I’ve found all of the proteins(chicken, fish, etc.) to be fresh and identifiable. The sauces are rich and well seasoned. The food comes out quickly and has always been delicious — nothing I haven’t liked. Last night I had the yellow chicken curry and chilli Thai chicken — both were fantastic. Love the fresh spring rolls too. I had a bit of my friend’s green curry fish — YUM. My only drawback is the service is kinda iffy. We had to ask for water three times(and we asked for 3 glasses and then she brought 4). I feel like the waitress almost purposely ignores us. or maybe she has bad hearing. It’s also super conveniently located across from the Westside Pavillions and Landmark Theatre AND next door to Atticus ice cream and pie shop.

Food poisoning! I’ve ordered from Chilli Thai several times, always for delivery, and it was always fast, good service. However, two weeks ago, I ordered from Chilli Thai and had epic food poisoning within the hour, from what I’m pretty sure was the coconut soup(I also ordered the coconut curry and the pepper garlic pork a la carte). I suspect the soup because that was what I primarily consumed, while saving the curry and the pork for later. I emailed the next morning to warn them that there was something in soup, and then after I called the next day, the restaurant said that«Nadia» was supposed to get back to me. Two weeks later, I’ve yet to receive a response. I see from the Unilocal reviews that I’m not the first person to suffer food poisoning from this place, but the customer service was non-existent here. Very disappointed.

This was an amazing find!!! Right across the street from the west side pavilion and it has fantastic food!!! And the food came out so fast! And it was so affordable. Two of us had complete meals and an appetizer for $ 23. You can get a meal, rice and egg roll or wontons for 7.95… Great find!

Came here yesterday with a new Unilocal friend and was mildly impressed with the food: we had a bacon wrapped shrimp appetizer and it was just ok. Prik king chicken was the best thing we had, beef salad had very fresh greens but the beef was waaay overcooked, looked and tasted like beef jerky, coconut sweet rice was pretty good but you can tell by my tone that the whole meal was just mer :(average… Location on Pico is good, very friendly staff, clean restaurant, parking is a pain in this area but that is the case for many of the restaurants on Pico nowadays. I’m not sayin’ don’t try it, but I’ve had better Thai for sure.
