They are con artists and stole 2 cameras + security monitor. Made up a lie about our newly bought equipment was not working and he would«fix it. They kept calling and every time they would raise the price and refused to give our items back. He tried charging us $ 400 to just get our stuff back and with no work being done on them. They are the scums beneath ur shoes. The shit that comes out of ur a**. The fungus that is under ur toe nails. They are Absolutely disgusting people. Benjamin still has the nerve to call us to remove our Unilocal review and to drop the BBB report I made about their scam(different numbers each time). I have spoken to about 10 different people who have been wronged by them. One of them even told me Benjamin pushed their grandmother towards a wall. I wish them nothing but the worst. Assholes.

I was a returning customer back when they were located at Santa Monica, the service are generally good until one of my most recent visit. I was looking for a RAM to improve the performance of my laptop a bit, and after running around, finding out Bestbuy and staples don’t have that many good selections of ram, I end up calling this store to see if they have any, and turns out they do, which is when the nightmare begins. When I walked into the store, I asked the store manager Benjamin if they have the ram I am looking for, and he opens a drawer stuffed full of assorted parts to pull out one. He showed me the make and model of it which in turns, I google about it and do some quick research myself on my phone, it was a Value Ram generally sold for about 56 dollars(Brand new). After displaying interest of buying two(which they only have one at the store) Benjamin offered to sell me two for the price of 54 dollars each and 108 total(117 with tax). I agree to pay the price for two while Benjamin run to his supplier to get the RAM so I can get it the next day. I went home, installed the ram and got a phone call from Benjamin which in returns told me that the thing is priced at 76 dollars. After a lot of non sense, I finally agreed to pay 36 dollars more to get the second one. Two weeks later when the ram finally arrives their store, they told me they have to charge me 42 dollars extra since Benjamin as usual, changed the term of our agreement and switched the price again.(irony isn’t it? Takes about the same time to deliver if I just order it off eBay or amazon myself). If I have trust my instinct and just went with Amazon, I could have gotten the items in the same time frame while paying a lot less.(I paid for the price of 3.5 items and waited two weeks to get another delivered from his supplier.) So what is the moral of the story? This store will be nice to you until they fuck up, and if that happens, they will deny all responsibility. I doubt Benjamin made any significant profit off our transaction, but that is probably due to his incompetency. Problem number 1. They don’t know the price of their own item, which is probably the root of our problem and they have to change their price one time after another until I decided to be a sucker and go through with their shenanigan. Problem number 2. As a returning customer, you would at least expect they would have better customer service. Turns out not, all it takes is one major incompetency on their own part to drive their long time customer away. Problem number 3. Don’t trust them on verbal agreement, they will keep changing the price and milks you dry. Needless to say, this will be the last time I do business with them.
