I had my laptop for repair. The screen was broken. I shopped around for the best price and Support Bay had the best price in town. They were able to replace the screen right away. I picked up my laptop the same day. I appreciate their work and honesty. I highly recommend Support Bay for all your computer and repair services. They do the best work the first time at very reasonable prices.

Ned worked on my officejet 8500. He had it for over two weeks. I spent $ 170 all in ($ 110 to Ned and $ 60 for two ink cartridges) on a printer that he claimed he could repair for $ 85.
Finally, after several weeks of back and forth, dropping cartridges, doing this and that, he gives the printer back and i pay him. Literally that FIRST PRINT resulted in the same problem (color streaks) that I had when I dropped it off.
Ned did not offer to refund my money. He showed me how to «reset» the printer, which of course you can google and get in two seconds. It’s unfortunate that the guy weighs $ 110 more than a good reputation. He was basically dead air on the other end of the phone. Resigned, i thanked him and hung up.
Don’t bring your printer here for repairs.
You will regret it.
Save yourself money, time, etc and buy a new one.
