I would give it negative five stars if I could. The manager«Baylor» is an absolute moron. No training. No skills. No class. The place is dirty — you do not want to touch the tables unless you want an infectious disease — and they botch every single order. A big fat yuck. Appalling. Never again.

Slowest Panda Express I’ve ever been too. Been waiting 20 minutes for my food. I would have had my food by now in a regular restaurant. Tables are dirty.

I am a vegetarian, and I really like the eggplant tofu with brown rice here, and usually the spring rolls are very good. The food is super tasty! The service is very fast here(in a good way).

Two Friday nights in a row, I bumped into my ex coworker here… by chance. Imagine the screams *ahhh omg…* Pay day and her son lured her into Panda… so that explained the second bump in. All kinds of people here. Your people, my people, law enforcement, Aunt Sally, Tio Juanito, y todos los ninos. Munching down orange chicken/beef, slurping noodles, biting spring rolls, crunching cream cheese ragoons, savoring the tasty veggies, chowing the stir fry rice, devouring the shrimp with walnuts. Okay okay… I’ll stop. Hehe. Panda is pretty yum. Especially when the food comes hot, fresh, from the woks to the serving pans. * nom nom* The noodles were sooooo hard to pass up when they arrived hot n steaming from the wok slowly sliding into the pan. Secretly and selfishly screaming: «Eat me Nadia. Pick me. Only me!» So I did. Half a plate full of noodles. A serving of yummy veggies. A side of eggplant tofu. But poor me… only 2 pieces of tofu.(This plate was shared of course). Dad offered some fried shrimp. I hesitated, like I always do. But, this time I gave in. The 6÷3= each of us got 2 shrimp. The shrimp was amazing paired with the sweet and sour sauce. I couldn’t resist, I was back the following day to fulfill just a shrimp craving. Sooooo expensive though. Almost a $ 1 per shrimp. With tax the total was $ 5 something for 6 pieces. But it was totally acceptable for the craving emergency. After the meal… definitely gotta end with my favorite cookie. Dad doesn’t like his fortune cookie. So that ones tossed into my bag. While I unwrap mine and crack in half. Sometimes I read it. Sometimes I let my partner in crime read it. Either way, its a fun way to end a Chinese Friday night. The environments pretty chill. You will hear kids, and loads of chattering. The walls are filled with beautiful panda art. I love it. The seating well there’s high and low seating. Depends what your in the mood for. Restrooms way in the back. After your done eating clean your own area. And out the door you go. –Friendly service –Loads of parking –They have catering options as well. :)

I had the worst experience this week at this location with the manager by the name of NORMA. I live in the area and I have been coming here since this location opened(over 7years) ago. The entire staff is very nice and know me by name. This location has gone through many managers through the years and Norma is the latest manager. As soon as I walked in and ordered my food, she was rude and very short with me. The staff always acknowledge me and this time no one talked to me. As I requested my choices, the manager Norma was abrupt and rude at handling my order. I asked a few questions and she was short and very rushed towards me and my order. I have never felt unwelcomed at a place like I did here. I did ask the manager Norma what was her problem and why was I treated this way and her response was«I don’t know what you are talking about». I really felt discriminated and unwelcomed by this woman. She then proceeded to help the couple behind me with a great smile and was totally happy with them. Was I treated this way because I am a gay Latino man? I promised to myself I was not going to return to this place again. I decided to write this not to bash the establishment but to warn others on the treatment I received by this person who happens to be the manager. To NORMA at this Panda Express location, «This is not cool at all»…

This location is okay in service, I just eat here cause I work near by. I haven’t really had a bad experience but it sure does get busy! It’s inside a shopping center where there’s costco, best buy and w few other restaurants. The beef broccoli is my favorite!

Thank you Maria, Norma and the cook on the clock. About a week ago I arrived 15 minutes before closing time. The environment was friendly and enthusiastic to take my order. Since I goy there pretty late I had to get most of my food cooked in that moment. The cook didn’t get mad or make me feel uncomfortable. It was a great experience for me.

They count the pieces of chicken they put on your plate. Took one bite off of this kung pao chicken. The rice is hard and flavorless. And they dont even give you soy sauce or hot sauce. And oh it’s orange fried batter not orange chicken.

Went in at 9:00pm, they close at 10:00pm. The steam table was 90% empty. They didn’t have enough left of any entrée to make a full serving. I asked the girl if they could make Kung pao chicken and honey walnut shrimp. She said its going take like 10−15min and we close at 10pm. Sorry I didn’t know you guys cooking food for me to buy was an inconvenience to you! So apparently they will stay open until 10 not serve people. Would give no stars if I could!

The food here tastes the same as it would at any other Panda Express chain. Customer Service The employees at this Panda Express are generally friendly. My only issue lies with the fact that they don’t serve you as much food as they could. If i’m going to be paying $ 7 and something cents, I expect to get a decent amount of food. I don’t like how one of the employees felt the need to count how many pieces of beef she could give me for my beef and broccoli item. I think a lot of the employees are scared of their owner who will probably yell at them for giving customers too much food. But its really sad to see a worker who takes the company and its food to heart. By giving me a decent amount of food, you aren’t going to be losing money, it’s not your company, and I’m sure a chain like Panda Express can afford to serve each and everyone of their customers a full box of food. Overall I like this establishment because it remains clean at all times and you get your food pretty fast. I will only stop by if I’m starving and in the area.

Generally reliable and tasty fast food. The eggplant dish(according to the Mrs.) is superior here to Linda’s in Pasadena.

I have a confession to make: I thoroughly enjoy Panda Express. Does that make me a bad Asian person? Probably, but I don’t care. Whenever I get Panda Express I make sure to flaunt it on social media so all my Asian friends can lambast me for not being Asian enough. I feel bad for all those people. They’re missing out on orange chicken and other delightfully white-washed creations that transport my tastebuds to the Orient. It’s also fresh. Or at least, they make you think it’s fresh. You can see refrigerators full of fresh vegetables and you assume those are the ones going into your dish. So with all my Panda love, why not five stars? Because the portions are too damned small. Damned corporate enterprise. Giving out reasonable portions so I don’t get incredibly fat and disgusting. Maybe I want that!!!

06/24/2013 3:30-ish p.m. Hi c: So I asked the dude for half & half, and he only put just a little tiny bit of chow mein and fried rice. It was like two tiny spoon fulls of rice o0 What in the blue blazes, maaaaan? It only took up like ¼ of the rice and chow mein space in that foam container. Usually, at other Pandas, they fill up that whole space with food that when you close it, the contents reach the lid. So I asked the guy if he could put some more, and he did. I’m rating two stars because the guy put more food when I asked. Otherwise, it would just be one star ._. I shouldn’t have to ask the guy to put more food. Sorry :c Maybe the guy is new or something

I love panda. The employees are friendly. And the food is always fresh every time I go. However, parking does suck but I just walk if I park far which is fine with me.

Well it’s a Panda! Ordered some Honey Walnut shrimp with Sweetfire chicken, steamed rice and chow mein. It’s all good, the shrimp especially. tender with a bit of a sticky crunch to it. chow mein seems to not have bean sprouts in it. that’s a shame. Medium Mountain Dew to wash it down. Yep. Nothing special about this place; it’s a solid location in Glendale, somewhat off the freeway. I was headed to the Mazda dealership and saw the sign. I suppose they did good putting it there.

What can I say… Every once in a while I get a craving for Orange Chicken. Panda Express is about as Chinese as Taco Bell is Mexican… but hey I get a hankering for both every once in a while. Most of the food there is just so-so at best, but the Orange Chicken is pretty darn good, along with the Beijing Beef. The Sweetfire Chicken Breast is pretty good and so is the Eggplant Tofu. The location is solid. It is a pretty good size and has ample parking as its part of an outdoor shopping center. Service moves well even during peak lunch hours… though finding a seat can be tough at times.
