Came here and ordered a chili mango and a mango a go go. I hated the chili mango cause it was too much. I felt like I was eating Fritos chips ! Anyways, KIM was awesome and immediately fixed my order! She was so sweet and made sure before I left that my drink was to my liking! Love this place. Everyone come here! Ask for Kim :)

My last three visits the rewards machine was down. I’d have more points by now. Pretty nice, efficient staff. I want my points!

Use to work at this Jamba a few years ago. It’s sad to see how the customer service and the consistency of smoothies went down. The store was very sticky and dirty. They had 3 bananas on display and they were all really brown. How pleasant. Order an orange dream and white gummy. Both came out like juice. I had said that they were pretty watery and the team member added a lot of ice and made it taste extremely watered down. It seems the team members aren’t well trained. The blender lids they used were disgusting and still had leftovers from a previous smoothie. I didn’t want to make a scene and point that out as there was at least 5 other people waiting for their order. Terribly disappointed. It seems there has been previous reviews and complaints about this Jamba but nothing is being done. Jamba replies saying they’ll contact management and fix it. But how long will that take. Some reviews I’ve seen were a year ago and seems like nothing has been fixed. Awesome! I know Jamba prices have went up a considerable amount. But it’s very unreasonable and ridiculous when the service and smoothies are less than average. This location should have a «F» for their grade with how the store was. Disappointing.

Staff is extremely nice and make the drinks very tasty. I don’t go as often because as I’d like but enjoy it every time. try their ginger shot

This review is based entirely on poor customer service. I’m a trained barista so I know what it’s like to be burnt out after an 8 hour day and just wanting to go home but the gentleman who helped me was just plain rude.
It looked like he was working alone, so I told him I was still deciding to give him time to help another pair of customers. I patiently waited while he rang them up and made all 5 of their beverages, no problem! But then he came to help me and I asked him how his day was going. Answer: Well. *no eye contact, body language clearly annoyed and bothered* Okay! Still smiling I asked a question about their new almond smoothies. Answer: This one is made with sorbet and milk and that’s it. This one is made with kale banana and almond milk. *still no eye and still clearly annoyed* He charges me, hands me back my card, and walks away without a word.
Another associate got back from his break by this time and made my drink with a smile. Service here needs attention from management ASAP.

When I’m sick I like the Coldbuster aka Orangecbooster! (Orange/​banana/​peach). Or if I’m craving something that taste like orange juice!
When It’s summer… I love the Strawberry Tsanami aka Strawberry Surf Rider. This smoothie has strawberries/​lemonade/​peaches/​lime sherbet… really good. If you like strawberry lemonade then you’ll love this.
When I finish working out I like The Protein Berry Workout. With 18 grams soy protein (Med), strawberry, and banana it’s reasonably good!
When I’m craving something sour in my mouth I like Pom Paradise! It’s really brain freezing, tangy, spot hitting greatness.

This isn’t my favorite Jamba Juice. For starters, it’s a much smaller location than any of the others I’ve visited. There are no tables and chairs inside so there’s really nowhere for you to sit while you’re waiting for your smoothie and/​or food.
I ordered the Acai bowl which was pretty good, but when I asked for a spoon they said they were all out AND OFFERED ME A FORK. I was like are you kidding? How is a smoothie place out of spoons… I honestly thought he was kidding when he suggested I eat my Acai bowl with a fork. I ended up having to go next door to get a spoon. Like I said… Not my favorite Jamba Juice location…

I was there exactly at 8:00am. And they still weren’t open. I wanted to get the oatmeal but they told me it wasn’t ready, ten more minutes. Shouldn’t that be ready before you open. Very disappointed. Last visit there

No complaints about my smoothie. The place was packed, but it always is since its small. The girl at the register could’ve been more responsive, so service was mehhhh. The place seemed to pick up when a bearded dude came. Good job bearded dude, he’s obviously carrying the place.

Completely understaffed. It took at least 25 minutes for me to get a small juice. Probably wasn’t worth it.

Nasty! Went there the other day and it was hot inside. The place looked dirty and unsanitary…
There was a no one at the register while the employees hung out at the back. I waited 5 minutes…
My drink was over blended and watery… this place is not up to par with the other Jamba Juices!

If you’ve seen one JJ you’ve seen them all, so I’ll base this review on Customer service and smoothie options.
Customer service at this location is excellent. Prompt, courteous service with a smile and suggestions if you look confused. The place is also kept very clean.
Drink options don’t vary much from one establishment to the other, but I’ve always found their selection and blends to be above average. Excellent taste and consistency.
I’m a big fan of their classic smoothies so I don’t stray much from those, but the healthier menu is very tasty.

I don’t know what it is about this particular location. But no matter what flavor smoothie you get, it always comes out kinda bland and flavorless. I can literally get the exact same thing from different Jamba Juice location, and it will taste way more flavorful. So weird…

I don’t care how good your juices may be. Once customer service sucks, I will never go back. No «hello, welcome…» Or «bye» from the workers of this place… And i was the only one in there! I even said «thank you» after I received my smoothie, yet no one said anything thereafter. All I got was a girl ringing me up who was pathetically chewing her gum. I don’t care if you’re having a bad day. We all have bad days, but a simple smile helps! I guess their mommas did not teach them any manners!!! Management definitely needs to set some sort of customer service skills to their employees or else this entire operation will shut down slowly but surely. Never again!

I always get their matcha green tea smoothie or white gummy bear! Never been disappointed!

Carla Assisted tonight. Didn’t feel welcomed and her attitude was extremely disrespectful. If you don’t like your job in customer service, give someone else Th opportunity to actually make a difference at Jamba Juice. If you want your cashier to be abrupt, disrespectful, and have a miserable face, Carla is your go-​to-​girl. Very disappointing, I hope management resolves that or reprimands her for her rapport with guests. Excuse my language, but that customer experience was beyond shit.

I’m giving the 2 stars because I liked the greens juice. I ordered a large green juice and a chunky strawberry bowl. After waiting for 10 minutes while I could see them chatting and the drinks waiting to get served, they give me the greens juice (great juice). I wait 10 more minutes for the chunky bowl! They hand me a half full bowl!!! I asked «is this what you’re giving me» and the guy said that’s how all the bowls were.
Not true! I’ve had many of these bowls and never have they been half empty. There were lots of people waiting so I just left. This place is terrible.

This is painful to write because I think I still associate Jamba Juice with summer days at the pool 15 years ago, and in that association, it is golden. Now, not so much.
It’s hard to pay more for a 16 oz smoothie than the 24 oz used to cost, but I understand why prices may have gone up, not to mention costs/​wages/​etc. Fine.
Here is the problem: about ¹⁄₃ of the time at this location, the taste of my smoothie has been bland, even bordering on «off,» as in, «this tastes off.» And more often than not, less than full. Bland and expensive is painful, but leaving an inch (or more) at the top is just salt in my wounds.
As far as locations go, this one is clean, not particularly fast or slow. Pretty standard.
