Had a really bad experience here — I purchased a bbq brisket sandwich(which was already overpriced in my opinion), gave the worker at the counter a $ 20 bill to pay for it… simple enough. A few seconds later she came back and said that the bill did not pass their scan and she was going to confiscate it! She said it must be counterfeit. I had literally just gotten that bill out of the Chase ATM earlier that day, so I told her that I wanted it back so I could take it to them and let them know the issue(and get my money back as well!), but she said she was legally obligated to confiscate it and I still had to pay the additional $ 9 for my meal! Outrageous. So, basically, I ended up paying $ 30 for a mediocre sandwich(hardly any meat in it and very greasy) and a bag of chips. Still angry over this and it is definitely the last time I will ever give Togo’s my money.

Never disappointed. Today I had the Italian sub and it was awesome! I’m pretty sure I’ve had just about every sandwich they have. May sound a little pathetic but I used to work at one in Orange County over 20 years ago. Taste and quality was great then, and still serving awesome food. Keep up the good work.

Ever go to a restaurant during lunchtime and see no one there? Everyone’s over at Souplantations, Sushi or Panda Express instead. And there’s a reason. I ordered a sandwich where cheese is extra and bill came up to $ 11, which is pretty high for a 9″ sandwich. Then I realized why I don’t go to Togos much anymore, everything there is crazy expensive. I didn’t experience the attitude thing, but i can relate to the guy that gives one star. I did ask the lady for hot roast beef, and apparently hot roast beef means they just pour hot sauce over it, they don’t actually heat it up. But back to that one star guy. There’s nothing worse than two employees talking to each other in another language, you don’t know if they’re saying anything about you, and well it’s just rude. Recently I went to a museum, no maps in english they ran out, I had to take the spanish version. Same thing when I went to another museum. Sometimes I wonder what country I’m in where I have to «Press 1 for english» or, where applying for a job, they constantly ask you if you’re hispanic and if you’re white you start to get paranoid. Anyhoo, I digress, this place could be better, not a fan. Maybe the owner’s a jerk and it rubs off, who knows.

Horrible service! Workers they don’t speak English. When you asked them questions they laugh. Specially there is one workers just stands up and doesn’t do anything. Took forever to place 1 order.

This is one of my all time favorite Togo’s. The sandwiches made here have consistently been delicious and exactly as I’ve requested them. It is always clean and the staff is very friendly. The only reason I’m not giving a 5 is because they don’t have lemons out for the soft drinks and since I get iced tea I do miss those lemons.

Much better and tastier than Subway’s. I got a coupon from the Sunday Times for a free 6-inch if ordered with a combo. I got a meatball sub with everything on it. It was delish. Even the bread is better here. They also share the space with Baskin Robbins which is cool. Grab a sandwich and get a pint of 31 flavors to go.

I ordered a veggie avocado and cheese sandwich and got an enormous pile of turkey in my sandwich. Understood there’s a turkey/avo/cheese sandwich on the menu, but that’s why the employees are supposed to listen to orders. I ate the sandwich anyway and just pulled off the turkey but I shouldn’t have to do that. And the turkey here is really thinly sliced and breaks off so I had to pick out all the little pieces as I’m a vegetarian. In this day and age it shouldn’t be so hard to order a veggie sandwich and not have turkey added to it. And you can taste the turkey after you pull it off. Please care a little bit more about doing a good job. It wasn’t even busy so there’s no excuse.

I feel bad for the 2(!) employees who are running this branch by themselves. This is a Baskin Robins /Togo combo store, so one person was working in the ice cream section, and the other one in the sandwich section. To make it short: 2 people are NOT enough for a Sunday late afternoon(6pm). After 20 minutes wait, we were told: ‘toasted sandwiches will take extra time — I suggest the cold ones’, no sourdough bread, no pastrami, no soup’. Basically they were out of everything and we decided to leave. Luckily a subway wasn’t that far away and it took 5 minutes in and out.

Just had the Cuban sandwich here and it was really good! I think TOGO’s should advertise more. They’re sandwiches taste way more homemade than Subway’s do. It’s a little bit more pricy than Subway, but I’d rather spend the money to enjoy myself then to just settle for any old thing! Like Arnold said, I’ll be back!

Went here to get an egg salad sandwich. Service was slow and average. No Ice left in ice machine and no ice available in back or on Ice cream side of business. Pretty sad hot soft drink on a hot day? Not cool. Egg salad sandwich was taken to go and upon eating found several egg shell particles in sandwich. Gross and I did not finish it and would’ve returned it but wasn’t worth my gas or time. Bad experience will not return. Go to giamelas down the street for a good sandwich and ice with ur drink.

Just doesn’t taste as good as Subway or Quiznos. Ingredients aren’t laid out in front of you so easier to forget to tell them to put something on a sandwich. Still, not bad just not very good. At least it was clean!

Really great value for the sandwich that I got. It kept me going till I got home late that night. I also love that this chain/franchise is working with Unilocal to offer deals/incentives.

I used to work for a Togo’s back when I was in college, so naturally my review could be a bit biased. I loved the sandwiches when I was working there because I got to try pretty much every sandwich. Their sandwiches are all delicious, bread could be a bit softer. They don’t make their own breads so that’s kind of a bummer. All the ingredients are very fresh and they are pretty generous with the portions. My favorite sandwiches: — Pastrami w/American cheese… so mouthwatering — Roast Beef w/Avocado… nice rare roast beef — Turkey cranberry… I mean it’s like Thanksgiving in your mouth, especially with extra mayo(i know terrible) — French Dip — Reuben — Chinese Chicken salad… I must say the dressing is to die for. I’ve tried to mimic the dressing and make it at home but failed every time. This dressing is addictive, spicy, sweet and savory, and it’s just oh so good.

I love Togos and theirs spinach wraps! Not the best parking during lunch hours do to the heavy traffic in the shopping center. Luckily my lunch is at 3 there is plenty of parking then. The staff is friendly and very welcoming.

I love Togos sandwiches. But, this location has finally just really pissed me off. I live very close and every time I go in there, I’m never greeted. There are hardly ever people in front of me, and it’s never busy, and more than once the staff will sit there and stare at me like they have something else to do other than their job. When they finally take«their time» to take my order they have the most sour and awful attitudes. For f”””“‘s sake, you have a job. Be stoked about it. Ugh.

Solid option for lunch if you’re in the area. I’m not a huge of their regularly priced options(I think cost vs quality you can do a lot better) but they do have a rotating daily special that you can get with a soda and bag of chips for under $ 7. Service is always speedy and pleasant and whenever the line starts getting long people start magically appearing from the back to help run credit cards and move people along.

I can’t bring myself to give a double dose chain-food eatery more than 3 stars, but the fact of the matter this is pretty brilliant. The togo’s line moves quickly– and I have never felt that the place was sub-par as far as cleanliness. The staff has always been friendly and in the world of fast/fresh food getting the order right is most important — and they do all of that. As far as favorites — I love #24 on wheat. True there is a lot of parking — but battling the Costco crowd can be a bit unnerving — good thing you’ll have a sandwich and ice cream to comfort any negative feelings…
