I was served a bowl of crunchy uncooked rice. They either forgot to add water or forgot to turn on the rice cooker. I assumed even idiots couldn’t mess up steamed rice. Silly me.

The staff here is extremely rude. I thought I was getting bad service my first visit because it was during a rush but today the restaurant was empty and I was still given unfriendly service. Management should look into some new employees or perking up the employees they have cause they are awful. I definitely won’t be coming back.

Great location in the shopping center! Quick service even with a long line. Staff looked orderly and kitchen was clean. Food was good, like most Panda Express locations. Nice, central location to get some shopping done and eat

Worst customer service. They lie in your face. They’ll charge you for things you didn’t get. And give you attitude at the end for noticing, as if it’s my fault you hate your life working there. Especially the cashier Giselle, who absolutely gave zero cares about my satisfaction in my service. Worst Panda Express in my 24 years of life.

Ordered online thinking I’d be going just to pick up stood by the cashier 10 min before I was asked if I needed help I said yes she asked phone order? No mam online. She continued with the line. I was still standing there I thought I had to make line so I did that was another 10 mins. My turn and told the lady I was there for a pick up. She walked over to the cashier and said«your order didn’t print but I’ll do it right now. Okay another 10 mins I ended up leaving at 12. Point is they have an online preorder to pick up its nice to have the food warm but if there’s a pick up time I think it should be ready to just pick up.

Waited in line for 30 minutes… for a side order of chow mein. I don’t get it, if you see that there’s a long line and you know that it takes time to prepare another dish of chow mein, why wait until the tray is totally empty before the cook fires up another tray of chow mein? Considering that there were so many staff, it was comical watching the staff pile up orders just waiting for chow mein. Get it together and coordinate with the cook, it can’t possibly be that hard.

The worst Panda I ever been to I came at 10Am and they open at that time the girl rolled her eyes at me and said were not open yet give us 10 more minutes and slammed the door at my face. Ahh I was so angry and I forgot to get her name some ppl need to remember that this is America and in America customer service is number one priority.

Food has been great and service is amazing! Only problem i have had on multiple visits is when I order to go they don’t put forks In the bag. Simple thing that can piss someone off when they are in a hurry. I would make sure you start doing that or at least say we don’t want to put a fork in the bag for you so grab on on your way out. For that you loose 2 stars, However I’ll still come back cause the food and service is always great!
