Domino’s Pizza

My friend came over for a pool day we decided to order dominos since she liked their veggie pizza. It was really tasty and fresh. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars because of delivery, they said it would take 30 – 40 minutes however they delivered in 1hour 15 minutes.

If I could give this location no stars… I would! Like another person stated in another review… this place is ran by 15 yr olds! I was taking my time deciding what to order, and the girl at the register and another two employees were gossiping, giggling, and telling each other to shut up. It was very annoying, but that wasn’t what really pissed me off. What infuriated and disgusted me was the fact that they weren’t required to wear gloves. I watched, for 20 mins, how these disgusting people prepared, molded and added toppings with their germ filled… ungloved hands on my pizza that I paid money for! This one blonde in particular, was the most disgusting. She was picking at her nose digging for blackheads, or trying to dig out her whiteheads, scratching her nose, touching her greasy face while going back between handling the dough, adding toppings to the pizza, and answering phones, and occasionally working the register. She did this in plain view. No shame whatsoever. Doesn’t wash her hands, but wipes down the left over grease left on the phone she just finished using. I saw other employees handling money then seeing them handle the food without washing their hands! Its easy to prepare food, with dirty hands without worrying, when you’re not the one eating it. I was worried if I said something, they would probably spit or «accidentally» drop my food on purpose. These people have no conscience. It’s like, «we’re bringing you business and you serve us shit!» Almost $ 30 shit, in my case. This place is a disgusting joke. Never coming here again. I’m glad they built a new Panda Express next door! That place is packed all the time! Taking all your damn customers for being dirty f******!

Awesome clean and excellent service. I have been coming for years and the place is all ways clean and the reps are always helpful. I don’t know why the one star in resent comments they most be confuse with the second dominos in sun valley.

THEY DONT USE GLOVES. When I asked why they don’t wear gloves, the guy at the register just shrugged his shoulders and said, «They don’t make us.»
The pizza was too saucy and I paid almost double for double toppings and you couldn’t even tell. Just gross.

The young lady I spoke with over the phone was very nice & communicated with me very clearly. The driver arrived to my apartment within the expected time frame and was also very nice and courteous, which prompted me to give him a tip. Overall, this has probably been the best experience I’ve had with Domino’s. I will be ordering from here again!

OMG!!! Horrible… I ordered greek salad n I got regular salad instead. This is the second time they are messing up my order. I called and Andrea instead of apologizing she says well what do you want me to do? She claimed she is the manager then apologize to the customer for messing up don’t tell me well what do you want me to do.?This is the worst location ever

Food was mediocre. But I guess you can’t blame the robots who follow corporate pre packaged overpriced junk. I remember the day where $ 20-​$ 30 would get you an extra large pizza sides and drinks. $ 80 later were wondering what to dip in the 9 cups of ranch we ordered lol.

If I could give this location NO stars I would! I just left on a Friday night starving without my food after driving all the way over there to pick it up. They never «put my order through» because the girl said she got hung up on. Um no little girl I had a 7 minute conversation with you and repeated my order 3 times to u because u kept getting it wrong, and then I distinctly said goodbye and hung up. So my order was never processes. They have like 6 girls working there and all look 15. Get some more competent people working for you! I’m now taking my business elsewhere to get pizza and have to starve another hour! Thanks a lot dominos!

This is the WORST Dominos I know of! I have been ordering from this location for well over 20 years. I do not know what has happened but the store has fallen apart in the last 14 months.
This location NEVER delivers my drink. Every time I order a soda it is never delivered with my order and even when they are supposed to drive over just the drink they have left and not returned! This has happened to be 4 times in the last year and each time the supervisor is absolutely no help!
The last time I got fed up and contacted the corporate offices several times! They too are not able to do anything. They send me a gift certificate for free pizza and coke but the supervisor at this location REFUSES TO ACCEPT MY CERTIFICATE OVER THE PHONE FOR DELIVERY EVEN THOUGH THE CERTIFICATE ITSELF SAYS IT CAN BE USED FOR DELIVERY…
The Management are purposely denying my certificate and even though I have contacted corporate again they have not been able to resolve the issue.
I have now not ordered from Doninos in 5 months because of this issue and I will NEVER order from Dominos again especially this SUN VALLEY location where they are the least professional, rude, and most incompetent Dominos employees.
You should be ashamed of yourself Dominos. Force this location to shut down or change owners.

Ordered something online, and got the wrong item. No big! I called them and the gentleman on the phone apologized, and said we’ll send you the right order right away, told me I could keep the other if I wished.
Wish the drivers would get to keep the tip charged on the card… dunno if they do.

I went here a week ago and ordered Two pizzas at 5.99 each, asked for extra sauce. The total was 13.06 I went back a week later and ordered the exact same thing, this time the total was $ 15.86! WHAT? I asked why it was 3 dollars more this time? The «manager» LOUIS tells me «its 1 dollar more per pizza for extra sauce» I explained to him that I was charged 3 dollars and asked what the extra dollar was for… I’d been coming to this location many times and have never been charged for extra sauce. He tells me there is nothing he can do, and doesn’t even attempt to explain why the other dollar was charged. Expects me to just take it and go. Nope. REFUND BITCH!
This Dominoes is run by Brain dead lazy drug addict wannabe gangsters. No respect no class no integrity. Shame on you

The pizza tastes delicious and the prices are great. I can’t imagine ordering anywhere else but at dominos, especially this place.

Ordering online was so easy as soon as I clicked submit my order They called me. It was easy and I could take my time. I got carry out a special they had witch was great… The guy at the register was nice I don’t know his name. But he was nice and professional. My experience was great !!!

The local deals were not available via app. For example, I paid more because mix and match was not available to my iPhone. Also, it said it was ready but I still waited another 10 minutes for some breadsticks.

this place sucks!!! everytime they bring pizza its called and of course wrong order!!! no customer service and very nasty and unprofessional stuff!!!

I will not order from this Domino’s again! I ordered 8 pizzas online and only got 7 but was charged for 8, when I called back the manager was «too busy» to speak to me. They have some really bad customer service to say the least. Also when you ask for Parmesan cheese either they don’t have any or they give you a handful of crushed red pepper instead. This reflects very, very, poor management. Oh and as far as the pizza goes the toppings are few and far between. Overall, very very bad experience here.

Those chocolate cake things are insanely good, i let them cool and eat them later… I was never a Domino’s Fan until they came up with the new menu.
They also have a Vegetarian sandwich.

Who doesn’t like Domino’s? It’s like you can’t ever go wrong with it. Never fails, evah!
Anyway, I always order from here because if I’m ordering pizza it’s because I’m lazy as fuhh and so I’m obviously down with some delivery services. Why the 3 stars? Because I was in my pjs watching my favorite show in the world, Workaholics:) and I obviously was expecting a call from the delivery dude. I’m chilling playing footzy with my pup waiting for my damn food and out of nowhere I get this scary loud knock on my door. Made me and my dog jump. I thought maybe my house was being raided by the damn SWAT team. I go to the door only to see this little man with a huge smile and holding some pizza. I open the door and told him he scared us. He giggled and handed me my pizza and ran out. Ok? Maybe I need to pay this guy. I walk out behind him and was like, ‘Yo! Pizza dude! You might need this!’ He runs back laughing. Lol. Even if you were new, why forget to charge ?
Anyway, my pizza was fuckin BOMB and suuuper on point. Had enough pepperoni and pineapple:) Yummmmz. Why the 3 stars? Because he scared the shit outta me, dah!

So I want to give this place 5 stars but I ordered a Mac and cheese bowl. It looked so good I mixed it up took a bite and I had a whole mouth full of salt. So when I call to complain the manager tells me they don’t put salt it’s just the way the new cheese taste and they changes it about a week ago. So after a bit of arguing he agrees to send me a new bowl. Everything else was perfect the pizza and the sandwich. So just make sure before you order the new Mac and cheese know that it is extra salty.
I am loving the new crust and everything else about the new Dominos. Everything else is just great and i rather have this over pizza hut any day.

Garlic crusted pizza tastes great!
